Trip to Augusta

House is nice. Quiet neighborhood. Close to just about everything. We had an issue with the air conditioner keeping the home comfortable. Aside from that, nice stay.

I had to asked the company to cancel their reservation because it was supposed to be 1 guest and more than 12 showed up and I have experience with them kids in size it’s a wild party, and they still leave

Not satisfied at all!

We ended up leaving the property because two of the front windows were broken. One had only plastic and tape on it and the other was cracked all the way across. We didn’t feel safe so we left. This was almost two weeks a ago and I still haven’t seen my refund which Vrbo said would be refunded to me. I’ve used vrbo many times in the past and I know it’s not vrbo’s fault that the property was misrepresented and unsafe, but I am not happy with the way I have been treated regarding my refund. This experience is making me question if I should ever use vrbo again.

Yes we had 2 cracked windows that a previous guest tilted a recliner and I apologize for that, but I’m sure y’all just using that because y’all needed an excuse for a refund and the part off not being our felling safe because people was standing outside at 1-2 am is just another makeup story. Because in our neighborhood there’s a crime watch and we got cops, military families,teachers and nurses who’s living safe an I’m not saying anything about crime free because in America today it doesn’t exist, and that’s why I didn’t believe y’all story y’all made it up for a clear refund I hope y’all get your money back because people like that I don’t want to do business with I already told the company that they are welcome to give y’all the money if they didn’t maybe you should find out was going on because it’s not on my side

Some snafus, but place has potential

Nicely decorated and cozy, with a soft comfy bed/couches and a great heater. Tupperware collection was the best I've seen at a vacation home yet, super helpful for leftovers. Very quiet neighborhood, even during the day. Stack of logs put out for us to use in the fireplace, which was nice. Master bedroom gets lots of sunshine, so may you want to bring something to cover the windows if you sleep in. Heat worked really well and fast, until the gas company apparently shut off the gas on our last day, which negatively affected both the heat and the hot water. I imagine the owner has solved that issue at this point. Also, note that the TV might be on when you first pull up to the house ... we were initially confused and thought that someone was home, making us worried about entering the house. But it probably is part of the alarm system, which you need to disarm upon entering the house with the code that the owner provides. Also, do not put anything into the door shelves of the refrigerator until they get replaced; the rest of the fridge is good.

Don’t judge the inside by the outside

House was everything we could have asked for! Modern, clean!, 3 comfortable beds, well main-rained interior. Great location for us with reception in HEPHZIBAH. Neighborhood sketchy and exterior of house needs a lot of work especially the back yard shed from heck! We tried to clean up landscaping in front but someone needs to care and offer some effort more than guests. Overall interior was good and exterior was poor.

I totally recommend this house

We found the house and property to be exactly what we wanted and more! We totally enjoyed our stay!! Communicating with the owner was right on the mark. Always answered my messages immediately. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone!

Great Value !!!

My group and I had a wonderful time at the Property. Everything was in order when my wife and I checked in. The Owner was there doing a little yard work and she was very pleasant and accomadating ! She is in the process of building a deck in the back yard. The property will be very nice after that. You will enjoy your stay there. The ONLY thing I would enjoy more would be King size beds. But NO ONE had any complaints.
