Bienvenue dans le magnifique Panorama 7 sur l'île Hamilton.
Les appartements Panorama sont orientés au nord-ouest afin de profiter au maximum des vues du coucher de soleil sur l'océan; il n'y a pas de meilleur endroit pour s'asseoir et regarder le soleil se coucher dans la mer que le balcon de cet appartement. Si vous cherchez un appartement d'un bon rapport qualité / prix près de tout sur l'île; c'est la propriété pour vous. Avec une cuisine complète, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains et un buggy de golf gratuit, il a vraiment tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances reposantes.

Le complexe Panorama n'est que petit avec 16 appartements répartis sur 2 étages - cela signifie que c'est un quartier très calme. Même lorsque l'île est occupée, il semble absolument paisible dans cet appartement. Il y a une piscine complexe partagée, et nous venons vous chercher à l'aéroport et vous déposons gratuitement au départ.

Worn out and unloved

By the look of it, this property has not had a single cent spent on it in the 15 years or so since it was built. I would not book this property under ANY circumstances. Broken chairs, leaking airconditioner (not just condensation drops), crumbling dining chair covers (white crumbs sticking to you and the floor constantly), spiderwebs all around the ceilings. The condition of this property is disrespectful to the people paying money to rent it, truly appaling. I would recommend Hamilton Island Holidays remove this from their management. Other people in our group staying at other properties in 'Panorama' had perfectly suitable lodgings that have been maintained well.

Good afternoon Brett Feedback like this is extremely important to us as we outsource the cleaning & maintenance of this property, and we rely heavily on them to communicate any issues for rectification. Unfortunately, it seems like these teams have let us down in this instance. We have arranged a full inspection of the property to ensure everything you have mentioned is rectified ASAP. We have also passed your email onto the owner of the property and strongly encouraging repair work to occur. I do apologise that this was your experience in this particular property. Property was in good location with lovely view. Comfortable. Kitchen equipment sub-optimal: no grater, no baking dish or mixing bowls and only 2 wine glasses. 2 dishwashing tablets and one tea-towel for a 4 night stay - really doesn’t add up!

Needs things fixed up before renting out

The great location and view and handover were awesome. The place itself was worn out with a lot of things broken like no blind in the lounge, flyscreens ripped, outdoor chairs broken, dining chairs peeling on the floor, toilets lids faded and yellow just to name a few. On top of this, the pool was unusable as the gardeners just blew the leaves off the garden in it and left for the pool cleaner to get it all. We were there for 5 days and couldn't once swim in the pool. I was so disappointed each day I looked for another place to switch to but couldn't get one. Would not stay here again and beware that photos are not what it actually looks like and look from years ago when everything was working correctly. If you are happy with 2-3 star hotels then this would be a great place for you but just not for us and compared to others we have stayed on the island.

Beautiful views (as is most of HI), really old TVs & only one 3 seater lounge in a 2bed apartment. Out door furniture all busted and only a baby Q, most furnishings really old. Walls are paper thin can hear neighbours walking around at night or early mornings Not really an apartment for a family

Awesome view from property. Great location with buggy to easily get around. Meet and great service with Dean (property manager) was fantastic and there on hand if needed. Apartment a little tired but apart from that it suited our needs just fine.

amazing view. There was a couple of small things not quite right but they were all dealt with very promptly and we loved our stay.
