Impeccablement entretenu, propriétaire utilisé maison située dans le quartier Eastward Look à distance de marche de la plage de Scarborough. Cette maison entièrement meublée offre beaucoup d'espace de vie avec deux chambres familiales, une cuisine / salle à manger ainsi qu'une grande table pour tout le monde. La maison est entièrement meublée et comprend 2 téléviseurs haute définition, un lecteur Blu-ray et une télévision par câble premium. L'accès Internet sans fil est également inclus dans la location. Regardez le lever du soleil sur l'océan sur notre immense terrasse. Idéal pour recevoir avec une table, des chaises et un barbecue à gaz. Au-dessous du pont se trouve un grand patio et une cour arrière. La douche extérieure a l'eau chaude et froide et est super après une journée à la plage. Situé à quelques minutes de Block Island Ferry et d'autres plages, à 20 minutes de Newport. Proche de toutes les attractions de la région, y compris de nombreux terrains de golf publics dans un court trajet en voiture.

Cette maison de vacances est parfaite pour une famille nombreuse ou élargie. 6 chambres, 2 salles de bain complètes, maison entièrement meublée à Eastward Look souhaitable. Courte promenade à la belle plage de Scarborough Beach en bord de mer.
La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend un four micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle, un grille-pain, un mixeur, une cafetière, une vaisselle, des verres et des ustensiles.

S'il fait trop chaud dehors, profitez de la climatisation dans cette maison d'une tonne d'espace vital. Idéal pour les enfants et divertissant. Plan d'étage ouvert avec bois franc au premier étage, grand salon et cuisine spacieuse. Il y a une salle familiale supplémentaire en bas. Dort confortablement 10-12 pour quand invité visite. La location comprend des oreillers et des couvertures - apportez simplement vos serviettes et vos draps et vous êtes prêt à vous amuser. Laveuse / sécheuse au niveau inférieur. Nice big house in a great neighborhood

The house was well maintained and was the perfect launchpad and place to relax for our vacation. I highly recommend it and we will be back.

Fantastic location for a 3-generation vacation. The kids had the downstairs rooms and the adults stayed upstairs. Plenty of room for all! The walk to the beach was easy and the cart and chairs in the shed were much appreciated. The kids enjoyed the games and grandma loved the quiet neighborhood and afternoon ocean breezes on the huge deck. Owner communication couldn't be better. I'd definitely stay again.

Vacation 2023

Property is beautiful. Large deck that has ocean views! Big yard that my grand kids played baseball on. Over all perfect spot for our vacation. Will be back next year!

Excellent house near a great beach

Our family of six adults stayed for a week. Booking was simple, communication with the owner was easy with text and email. The house was spotless when we arrived, and is a short walk to Scarborough Beach. Plenty of parking, a big yard, big deck, garage for bicycles etc., and central air conditioning (which was quite welcome as it was pretty hot that week). We will definitely stay there next time we visit Narragansett.

Great size house

We had a great week in this house! The layout was great for a larger family. The "younger" members of the family took the downstairs area and the rest were upstairs. The deck was the perfect size for outdoor dining and catching a glimpse of the sailboats in the water!

Great beach week - plenty of room for our three generation family - deck was great very large saw sunrise and sunset - need enclosure for the outdoor shower - neighbors did not appreciate all the full moons - we will be back for our annual Narragansett Beach week

Large Family Friendly Getaway

Great neighborhood, great location with everything Narragansett has to offer within minutes to property. Safe neighborhood for children, walk to Scarborough Beach, easily accommodated stated capacity, plenty of room and seating, pretty clean for most part just minor things that most people wouldn’t notice, There were items on property in need of repair ( icemaker, shades, garbage disposal, outdoor hoses), that being said had no effect on the quality of our stay. Would definitely rent again.

Yearly family beach vacation

We have been renting in this neighborhood for the last 5 yrs. It’s a great location and just a short walk to the beach. This house was perfect for us especially having 6 bedrooms with queen/full beds. The kitchen living room was great for our large family. The open floor concept was perfect. The best feature is the huge deck! The owner is very responsive of any questions you may have. Would definitely stay here again.

Ed is the best!

We had an excellent stay at Ed's beach house last week. Although we had a couple minor hiccups - broken coffee maker, window shade, etc., Ed was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was addressed/fixed within hours. Great location (5-10min walk to beach) and layout for 2 families with adults upstairs and teenagers in the downstairs. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet neighborhood in walking distance to Scarborough Beach.

Great beach house & location

We have been coming to Scarborough beach for over 20 years and as our group gets larger we have needed more space and found this great spot. The house was perfect with 6 full bedrooms. Plenty of room for airmattresses. The deck was amazing, outdoor shower was great. The walk to the beach - with everything you need is right up the street. Beautiful beach, quite neighborhood! Great hosts!

Perfect for a large family!

This home was the perfect spot for our summer vacation! With six rooms we all had a place to call our own. The open floor plan in the kitchen/dining/living area makes it feel very spacious. The neighborhood is excellent, kids enjoyed riding their bikes and we didn’t pay for parking a single day because we all walked, including the 92 year old in our party! We will definitely be back!

Nice house, great location!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We had 6 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room. The location can't be beat; quiet neighborhood but just a short walk to the beach. When we return to Rhode Island we would definitely stay here again. Ed (the owner) communicated everything we needed to know before we arrived and, although we didn't need to contact him during the week, I feel he would have been responsive.

July 4th Vacation

Ed was outstanding with everything. I do wish he could have done something about the weather, but he was upfront in telling us he couldn’t control that... Location was outstanding. Just a leasurely 10 minute walk but I was able to shuttle people which was a 2 minute drive. Great yard with giant deck. Hit Newport and Block Island to break it up a little. Highly recommend Ed and his property.

Wonderful week

We had a wonderful time at the house. The porches afternoon was the best place for cocktails, barbecue. We enjoyed the neighborhood and the short distance to the beach. The only thing they need to provide it’s blinds on the windows. The beautiful sunshine in the morning didn’t let us sleep a little longer. But for us everything else was awesome. Thanks for our awesome vacation

Family summer beach week

This was a new rental this year for our family and our group was a little smaller so the size and set up of the house was perfect. The price per bedroom was extremely reasonable. The house was very clean and had almost everything we needed .The deck was very spacious and relaxing after a day at the beach. We enjoyed the big yard to play corn hole and ladder ball. Although we typically rent closer to the beach this was a reasonably good location and just had to make some adjustments to our routine. (We have been spoiled in prior years) overall a great house I would recommended for a family week !

Great place to Summer

This property was exactly as stated in the description. There were even a cart, chairs, and boogie boards in the shed for our use. A beautiful semiprivate flat backyard. Deck was large enough to hold all 12 of us all at the same time with plenty of room to spare. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was very accommodating. And it was a short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this property for a large family gathering. Thanks Ed for the great accommodations. We will be back

Well maintained house , minutes walking to beach ... great location ... Ed is a wonderful host, welcomed us with wine ...nice touch ... always communicating , slight issue with a blind ( no biggie) which he addressed immediately .
