Shorewood 207 est un confortable et spacieux 3 chambres Condo Front Ocean. Ce condo de 3 chambres a 3 salles de bain complètes avec une combinaison douche / baignoire dans chacune, un roi dans le maître, le roi dans la deuxième chambre, le roi dans la troisième chambre et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Ce condo est parfait pour une famille ou une escapade en couple. La vue de ce condo est incroyable et avec cette unité étant sur la fin offre une grande fenêtre supplémentaire pour laisser le soleil entrer. En plus des autres conforts de la maison, vous trouverez une télévision à écran plat dans chaque chambre et une connexion Internet sans fil. Prenez un bain de soleil dans la toute nouvelle piscine et le bain à remous situés directement sur le front de mer dans le complexe. La piscine est chauffée du 1er mars au 30 avril et du 1er octobre au 30 novembre.
Une des meilleures choses à propos de Shorewood est son emplacement et sa proximité avec tout ce que vous voudriez apprécier à propos de Hilton Head Island. Golf, vélo, shopping et restauration sont tous à une courte distance.

The condo is very outdated and has an odor. The furniture has stains as well as the carpet. Would not recommend staying here unless you are completely desperate.

This place was great, right on the beach, 3 bedrooms each with their own bath and options within walking distance for anything you need (restaurants, groceries, clothes or Souvenirs). We enjoyed everything about Hilton Head.

The location is superb. The view is great. Loved the patio. The unit was clean and comfortable. The three bedrooms and bathrooms worked out well for our family. However, some of the villa is in need of renovation. The Master Bath looks brand new but the others looked old. Some of the paint and baseboard is worn. The mattress in the MBR was too soft and uncomfortable. I would stay again but I have seen other units in this building in better shape.

Needs bathrooms updated, furniture old and damaged, but functional. Paint for the entire unit desperately needed. Air conditioning for bedrooms 2&3 wasnt good, very stuffy.

Problems

Carpet and living room furniture very dirty also patio very dirty. Kitchen stove burners half worked , washer had to be unplugged to stop it, probably a fire hazard. Blender not working properly. Patio only had three chairs for 7 people, could at least have stack stools or bench for people. Sorry for not so good review but the way it was check air vent by bar heavy with dust.

Dirty outsated

This unit was very dirty,,, carpet, furniture and very outdated. The property manager was excellent in listening to my concerns. Location was excellent. The owner needs to redo this unit except the kitchen was nice.

Great location

I was originally wary of the property from the reviews I read but was familiar with the area and was willing to take a chance for the price and amenities. The rooms were well cleaned but there was damage from age in some areas of the ceiling and in the bath tubs. This was nothing that some work in the off season couldn’t fix. The proximity to the pool, beach, bike paths, and Coligny made up for the outdated-ness/TLC the condo needed. For the price, I would book again.

The size of the condo was nice however it is very dated and worn. There were a few things broken as well (bathroom locks, crank to open/close window, rotten wood and rust on our balcony). Could have been a little cleaner. The facility/pool is nice. Location and beach area great. For what we spent on the room, we are disappointed. Defiantly have stayed at much nicer places in our past travels.

Tropical storm Debby

This condo is definitely in need of updates in the kitchen and bathrooms (bathrooms especially). There were holes in the ceiling and faucets that barely worked. The ice maker in the freezer didn’t work. Our trip was cut short due to tropical storm Debby and we left after 2 days. There was no kind of compensation even mentioned.

the owners should be ashamed to rent this. From the FILTHY CHAIRS to 20 yar old coffee maker to wall sockets that were falling away from the wall nothing comfortable about this condo. It is in a great location and just very neglected. I was appalled when we arrived. Will never rent it again. I can't emphasize enough how badly this condo needs updating and renovation.

Good location but poorly kept unit

Location is great, condo is very dated and poorly kept. The carpet is covered in stains, there was a hole in the roof of one of the bathrooms from a leak, pieces of the popcorn ceiling fell of (presumably from previous water damage) during our stay. I saw other condos in the community that were well kept and updated, and this was neither. I would not stay in the unit again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival the commode in one bathroom had not been flushed and there was hair in the tub. All bathrooms were dirty - need deep cleaning not just left from previous guest. Carpet is very dirty and worn. Plaster peeling from ceiling. Under sink in kitchedn was a container used to catch a leak with black mold in it. Patio door needs to new track hard to open and close. There is no lock on the inside of the main door entering the unit. Any one with the code could enter while we were asleep. Hopefully the code gets changed after each quest. Pur 3 yesar old garndson was able to exit at will so we had keep a big chair in front of the door. It did have a beautiful view - has potential of being a nice property but it appeasrs no one cares. Did not minf being outdated but I must have clean, will not rent again this unit - I recommend Seachsore Vacations but not this unit.

Reviewer Comments: You get what you pay for, but there are limits...CONS:Plugs don’t hold anything.Carpet is filthy.Washer cannot handle a 3 towel load as it sounds like a jet plane off kilter.Master bathtub has a chipped downspout. Fan doesn’t work.Furniture is worn and dirty.No pot holders in the unit.Only 8 forks.Dishwasher not attached to countertop and fell on our feet.All vents are filthy.Sliding door fell off the track. FELL OFF!No lights in bedrooms that attach to the switch.Ceiling is falling down.Pots and pan handles are loose.Kitchen redo is like lipstick on a pig.No deadbolt. Had to put chair in front of it to secure it.Bathroom has hot out of downspout and cold goes to the shower.Table on patio had the be leveled with folded paper.Lounge chair straps are broken.Microwave is too close to the stove top, cannot stir a pan. When both the microwave and stove are on at the same time it pops a circuit breaker.If the owner would just invest some money in the unit, it would be terrific. PROS:The view.The pool.Close to Coligny.The management company.

Reviewer Comments: The Shorewood Complex is a beautiful area--we have stayed in many units that were just wonderful, but this condo just fell short! This condo is in need of updating, a deep clean and completion of projects. When we reached out to Seashore Vacations with concerns, they immediately resolved the issues! We were not able to get the ice-maker to work, but Seashore Vacations sent us 2 bags of ice, which helped a lot! A beautiful view but needs some TLC! I would rent from Seashore again, but would choose another condo next time!

We love Shorewood. This wasn’t the shorewood I am used to

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in Shorewood more than ten times. This is the first time in this unit. It wasn’t up to the others I have visited. There were holes in the walls and ceilings. There wasn’t a lock ion the lanai door instead the door slid open when we were outside and a bar held it closed when we were inside
