À quelques pas de l'ascenseur Coonskin (ascenseur n ° 7) et de la riviĂšre San Miguel, le voyageur avisĂ© adorera cette magnifique rĂ©sidence de vacances Ă  prix modĂ©rĂ©. Le condo est particuliĂšrement polyvalent, Ă  quelques pas de tout et parfaitement amĂ©nagĂ©. Le condo peut accueillir une fĂȘte intime de deux personnes, ou un groupe familial jusqu'Ă  six personnes. Il y a un lit queen dans la premiĂšre chambre, deux lits jumeaux dans la seconde, qui peuvent ĂȘtre convertis en lit king, et un canapĂ©-lit queen dans le salon. La cuisine se jette dans la salle Ă  manger et dans le salon. Toute la famille peut se rĂ©unir dans le mĂȘme espace, jouer aux nombreux jeux fournis par le propriĂ©taire ou regarder le jeu sur le grand tĂ©lĂ©viseur Ă  Ă©cran plat!

Pour ceux qui apprécient les commodités raffinées, cette résidence a tout pour plaire: draps fins, cuisine gastronomique avec comptoirs en granit, laveuse / sécheuse, planchers de tuiles en pierre avec chauffage au sol, douche à vapeur, casier à ski individuel et stationnement souterrain chauffé disponible. Un véhicule par unité est autorisé dans le parking du premier arrivé, premier servi. La belle grande salle commune centrale avec foyer au gaz massif est un lieu de rassemblement idéal pour l'aprÚs-ski, tout comme la grande terrasse à l'extérieur. La promenade de deux pùtés de maisons dans la partie principale du centre-ville de Telluride est une promenade plate et l'une des plus belles promenades que vous aurez jamais prises! Totally enjoyable experience

We stayed at this lovely property during the Telluride Bluegrass Festival. The four of us shared this two bedroom, two bathroom property that was close to the pathway leading to the festival grounds making it very user friendly. It was a beautiful location overlooking a beaver pond with a large beaver swimming around that was thrilling to watch. The location is also close to downtown with a nice parking area. The condo is very comfortable with beautiful art. I loved staying here.

Comfortable & Convenient Lodging

Stayed in February for a snowboarding trip. Sure the unit looks outdated but honestly, it made no difference. All the furniture was very comfortable and all the appliances worked. There were plenty of comfy towels and blankets, and everything was well stocked. The fridge had a water filter. We even received an awesome goody bag upon arrival! Location is ideal and we could easily walk anywhere in town, including the gondola which was only 10 minutes away. Seriously you don't need a car.The only cons: hot tub was available but the water was cold. Unfortunately there were no instructions and the host was unable to assist us so we didn't get to use it. A real bummer after a long day on mountain. Also the upstairs neighbors were SO LOUD! You will hear every word and every step they take. Luckily we didn't spend much time in the unit.Great deal for the location and good for 2 couples or a small family. Would recommend if you can deal with the possibility of some noise. Just google "hot tub use" before you arrive....

Telluride at Christmas

It was terrifically located and spacious, and included washing machine and dryer, and downstairs ski locker. Our only minor complaint: it wasn't that well fitted out with drinking glasses, mugs/cups, and cutlery/silverware--we kept running out. But fine! And reasonably priced in this expensive ski town.

Great location and size.

Dated finishes and furniture. Kitchen could have been better stocked. Great layout and space, we never felt like we were on top of one another. Walking distance to lift 7 and Clarks, and Wine Mine., and Siam. Washer and dryer are appreciated. Hot tub was not functioning or not maintained while we were there. Overall a good value and location.

Great stay!

Overall a really great stay and close to the market to get groceries which was super nice! The hot tub was great and we were able to get in a little earlier which was really nice coming off a long day of travel. The only recommendation would be for more fans to be through out the place, but other than that can’t complainâ˜ș

Great stay in the heart of Telluride

Our condo was clean and cozy and the location could not be better! We had a great day and it was wonderful to be able to walk everywhere. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the pillows in the master bedroom. Other than that, we loved our stay at the boomerang lodge!

Great Location - Walking Distance to Everything

My family of 5 (two adults; three kids ages 7-11) really enjoyed our stay here. It was walking distance to everything we wanted to do including the gondola to Mountain Village. It was clean and very functional. The only thing I would recommend to the owner is to supply two rolling, portable AC units if possible. We stayed in the middle of July when temps were warm...even with the windows open, it was warm during the stay. It would eventually cool off at night. This clearly wouldn't be an issue if staying in the winter. In summary, no complaints.

Unpleasant

Very disappointed in this unit. Is not near as nice as pictured and way overpriced for what it is. Very surprising it’s rated as high as it is. Just not comfortable or charming at all. Like being in a student apt in the year nineteen eighty-three. Odd musty odor. Unit really needed airing out and freshening up. Were there for r and r and hardly got any bc of the noise on the street and others in units around us. Could hear whole conversations and stomping around. The sheets didn’t seem fresh or clean. Sheets in master had ripped out seems. Appears like this unit is not well maintained. Hard to enjoy a vacation and get good rest when the place you’re staying is not so nice and comfortable. Avoid this unit unless you don’t mind staying in less than ideal accommodations.

2022 Family ski vacation

The property was well stocked with the kitchen gadgets to make eating in easy. They also had more than enough towels and nice bathrooms. The beds were comfortable after a long day of skiing. It was just over a block from a ski lift and the bus stop to the gondola. The hot tub was close and easy to access. We would definitly recommend this property.

Incredible Getaway!!

A great location, providing walking distance to Chair 7, and downtown Telluride. The radiant floor heating and steam shower added to a perfect vacation accommodation. Erin was there to help with minor challenges (parking a second vehicle in town is almost impossible, but she came through!). We took her suggestion to get awesome ribs in Sawpit to enjoy the Super Bowl after a great day of skiing. You will not be disappointed should you find yourself here in your next vacation!

Spacious and convenient

Location: walk distance to the lift 7. A little far from the gondola if you have to walk with your ski boots. Cleanness: good Space: great! Living room/dinner area is great to spend time as a family Only thing I’ll recommend is to upgrade some of the kitchen’s supplies like silverware, glasses, pans, etc. Nevertheless we enjoyed the unit very much and will totally recommend it!

Enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed the location and size of the condo. It was clean, and well appointed. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 was due to the windows. They are largely inoperable. I got one to open in the living room, and one in the master. We wanted the fresh mountain air in the condo, and were disappointed with the functionality.

Great stay

This was the second time we’ve rented within this building - different rentals. Fantastic location. Short distance to the trail, which takes you directing to the Gondola. We always prefer to walk the trail rather than the sidewalks. The rental had everything we needed to prepare meals. Rental offers plenty of room. Guest services were kind and accommodating. Check in was easy.

Clean place w/ great location

The property is situated a quick 7-minute walk from all the shops and restaurants and about 4 blocks from the gondola station. Everything about the property was exceptional except 2 things: - The master bed has some sort of mattress topper which is not the right size so if you happen to sleep towards the edge (which i have a habit of) you feel you are about to fall off; makes the bed about 6 inches too short - I could not figure out how to work the heating system. The temperature was okay however there was excessive dryness because of the heat which made the nights a bit restless (we were out most of the day). These are minor inconveniences, hence the 4 stars. I would like to also point out some of the good stuff: - While I did not meet the host, we did exchange messages and they were super responsive and got back to me within the hour each time. - Had all bathroom essentials (towels, soap, shampoo, etc.) - Very clean - The pantry was stocked - There are plenty of books and games to use (for all ages) - Short walk to all things Telluride - Covered parking for 1 car - They had a welcome gift for us w/ coffee, hot chocolate, popcorns, sanitizer, sunblock, etc. If I had a choice to stay at this property again I would definitely take it.

Accommodating Team

We are a bit noise sensitive. Property had creaky floors above- Lee was attentive and rapidly moved us to another property which was awesome. If you’re not noise sensitive, Boomerang is great- nice layout, security, covered parking, and proximity to town.

Last minute escape

With a crazy year that I think we could all agree on, we booked this place last minute after canceling an event on the other side and f the state due to Covid. We didn’t have a lot to choose from since it appeared everyone had the same idea to escape to Telluride and reality itself! The place was clean and perfect for our group. Unfortunately due to the virus our contact with Lee was all through email and the personal touch of a lot of what our world use to be looks different. Our only issue we had was with a couple of neighbors. I was traveling with my adult boys and nephews and they were cornered by the tenant that lived below where we were staying and read the right act. The man quizzed each of them on there age and told them they were to noisy and that he had been married a long time and they better be quiet or they would be responsible if his wife left him. (Clearly not a sting marriage if that was what it was based on). This happened upon our arrival when we were bringing suitcases upstairs and nothing more. I was with the boys and though our arrival bringing luggage up at 8pm may have been a tad noisy. It was hardly anything other than that. We spent the days out in the mountains leaving at 8am each morning and arriving back around 7-8 for the night other than that we were never at the condo. With that being said, I was approached twice by neighbors quizzing me as well on what condo we were staying in, whether I had permission to park in the garage and even questioned by a neighbor screaming out her window because I was throwing my empty water bottles in the recycling bin asking me once again whether I was staying at the property (she had approached me before as well) I can’t stress enough that our place was perfect and well kept. If it weren’t for the neighbors who clearly don’t want a VRBO in the building, I would rate the place a 5 instead of a 4. I did reach out to the main office to let them know but it appeared they probably aren’t working in the office due to COVID. There was a phone number to contact Lee directly in case of an emergency but I chose not to call and make any issue about it so I am sure if I would have put our more effort I could have reached someone. I made memories with the boys and for that we are thankful! Mike
