Wonderful spot near the lake

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious home in Sawyer. Just a few minutes to the beach and the grocery store, and no more than 10 min or so from plenty of restaurants and breweries. Also loved the spacious back/side yard and all the options for outdoor games.

So adorable.

The house is so adorable! It was incredibly clean and was perfect for our mom's weekend getaway. The property manager, Patti, was extremely friendly and helpful. We will keep it in mind for future getaways.

We really enjoyed the property. It was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities as advertised. It was close to Warren Dunes which we visited multiple times. Communication with host and property manager was smooth. Will book again if we are in area.

Great location

House is in a great location. Close to lots of wineries and Warren Dunes park. The house was very clean and had ample supplies in the kitchen and plenty of spare blankets and towels. The property manager is also on site if needed but we had no issues. This is a cute place to stay!

Our Long Stay

Hilary was a great host. My family and I stayed here for a few months. The home was clean and spacious for our family of 5. The hot tub was a life saver during the winter season. The porch is big enough for family gatherings too. Any concerns we had with home Hilary was prompt to solve our problems. I would definitely stay here again!

Great spot for girls getaway!

My friends and I had a wonderful time at this lovely home in Sawyer. The beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked, and communication from owner was great, offering plenty of tips and recommendations for spots to see/places to eat in the area. It was a quick trip from the house to Warren Dunes, and a number of wineries. At the end of the day, it was great to come back and relax in the hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend! Thanks for having us!

Adorable home in Sawyer

It was the 4 of us staying celebrating 2 Birthdays. This home was perfect. Very clean and with everything we needed. We used the hot tub and the yard was beautiful landscape in a quiet neighborhood. The Host Hilary was quick to answer any questions. We would rent again from her.

We love this area of Michigan

Wonderful stay at this property. As others have mentioned, it is very close to interstate and train tracks. They were background noise within a few days for us. I love Warren Dunes and could still walk there from the property. Both the manager and the owner were very responsive and comfortable to communicate with.

Fishing trip

6 friends stay in this beautiful property for 2 nights. Very clean and roomy with 4 bedrooms and hot tub. Hilary, the owner was very attentive and nice. She even purchased 4 electrical hitters that we did not use, because of warm weather. State park and lake beach within 10 min drive. Wonderful experience.

4 Bedroom home near Warren Dunes

My brother and a friend all stayed in this house for about 1 month as we were working at the nuclear plant. We all decided that we would love to stay here again the next time we come back. We did not use the jacuzzi due to our work schedule but we did use the gas grill. Beds were comfortable and we used the full kitchen. 9 minutes to the plant was wonderful. Owner was quick to respond to all inquiries. Highly recommend this place.

Convenient getaway

This worked very well for us! The owner was very responsive and helpful with communications ahead of time. When we had a couple of questions while we were there, it was very handy to have the property manager so close and available. The house was great… Large and clean, with a very well equipped kitchen! It was a wonderful advantage to be only two minutes away from Warren dunes Park, so we went back-and-forth frequently. Thanks!

Great Host and Stay!

Great host and great stay! Listing was accurate and perfect for our sibs weekend. Hilary was available throughout our stay and was also extremely helpful with giving us points of interest as well as local eateries. We had a small issue with the cable which Hilary quickly responded to and rectified. She also gave us a discount for this minor inconvenience (which wasn’t necessary but very nice!). House was great for us. It was peaceful and quiet and seemingly remote while actually only a short drive away to multiple restaurants and local breweries. We loved the hot tub! Overall a great host and stay!

Sibling Reunion

The house was large and very adequate. We did have some trouble with the stairs: 3 falls coming down from 2nd fl, 1 down back steps. Padding where carpeted makes stairs slippery, also very shallow.

I am so sorry to hear about the difficulties you and your guests experienced on our stairs. We have owned the property less than 1 year. We appreciate your feedback so we can continue to make improvements for our guests. Because the stairs are shallow, we chose carpeting instead of other slippery options such as hardwood or vinyl plank flooring. We will provide warnings about them in our handbook and will look into ways we can improve the traction on the stairs and existing hand railings. We hope you were still able to have a wonderful time with your siblings during your family reunion.
