House was beautiful Ashley the host answered all questions promptly and very helpful house was within 10-15 minutes from all attractions and restaurants great location in quiet neighborhood will recommend to friends and family and will also rent again if we go back no complaints

Great place to stay when visiting Niagara Falls, Canada! The house is very close to all of the activities, but just far enough out to be in a more peaceful setting. The house itself is very spacious and clean, situated in a newer neighborhood that is well-lit and seems safe. The beds were really comfortable, which is a huge plus after the long days of walking. We also appreciated the nice variety of soaps and shower products.

Gorgeous house! Wonderful visit!

We loved the location, close enough to all the attractions, far enough away to get a great rest. The house was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed. Many restaurants nearby, grocery and Costco just around the corner. Our host Ashley was very informative and responded to all of our queries without delay! Looking forward to.our next visit.

Long Weekend in Niagara Falls

Three adults traveling together enjoyed comfortable beds and plenty of space. Neighborhood was quiet and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing place to stay on our vacation. Photos in the listing are accurate.

Perfect Property

We absolutely loved staying at this house! The location is convenient to Niagara Falls, but far enough away that it is a quiet area. The house had plenty of space for everyone. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels and toiletries. There was plenty of space in the kitchen and all of the cooking utensils needed to prepare our meals. We would definitely stay at this house again!

We came from all parts of Canada to gather for a family reunion and to bury ashes of a family member. The home was amazing. Everyone loved the space to gather together and to have quiet time. Very bad experience with Ashley

The property had not been cleaned. The lawn needed mowing. The owner came by just as we saw the condition of the house and apologized. He said there had been a mix up. He came in and picked up the dirty towels all over the bathrooms, dirty underwear on the bathroom counter and leftover food in the fridge. Then Ashley accused us of trashing the house and stealing an appliance. I have never stolen a single thing in my life and I sure wouldn’t start with a rice maker!! We cleaned off the sticky table and countertops and everything else that was dirty. I am in touch with VRBO and they said since I have proof of my conversations by texting with ASHLEY, they will refund me for one night that she promised me. Still haven’t heard back from them about my refund. That was over a month ago. So no I am not happy about my stay. I have stayed at VRBO properties before and it was great. DO NOT use ASHLEY!!

Website not up to date

The home is spacious and in a very good location. But the length of time for Ashley to answer questions was unacceptable. Most hosts answer within 3-4 hours or less. Ashley took 24 hours or more & some she was unresponsive. The online info is not up to date incl. pics. No pics of the master bath, hallways and stairs + more. She doesn’t reveal the 3 cameras until you check in. Also Incorrect Wi-Fi codes online/no response to the error. Sent a request for correct codes that took too long to get. Turns out the info is on the fireplace mantel that we found later by ourselves. Photos do not illustrate the fragile collectibles & things that should be removed & home is very cluttered. Guests who arrive with children under 5, be aware it’s not a child friendly house with so many breakables. Also the deck was not cleaned on our arrival. The security gate is rotted out. We had to wipe off all the deck furniture to use. The BBQ hood is broken and the wooden deck has weeds. The pink chairs on the deck are rusted. The ice maker is broken and fridge filter she never replaced for our 6 day stay/never said she couldn’t. The listing photos are too old. However, Ashley has provided many more amenities than she lists like a toaster oven, instant hot kettle, + more. In Summary, my opinion was that Ashley was not responsive to repairs we informed her of, needs to respond quicker to inquiries. And needs to update and reveal more in the online info with up to date photos and amenities.

Wonderful home

We stayed at this clean and spacious home when we were visiting Niagara Falls. This home was a short distance to the Niagara Falls strip. Great location. One of the most important things about an rental is the cleanliness of the home, bathroom, kitchen, etc. The bathrooms were very clean (no stray or random hairs) and the kitchen well organized. A little feedback regarding the kitchen, the dishwasher does not work well. We were two families staying and had made some meals at the home and had a decent amount of dishes. The dishwasher would not dissolve the puck and did not clean the dishes at all. We ended up hand washing the dishes (not a huge deal) . When we first arrived the wifi/internet was not working and we could not connect. Ashley the host was very quick to respond and got the connection up and running. Overall the stay was more than pleasant and would recommend this property to families!

Great accommodation

Our group of eight ladies enjoyed staying at this amazing property. It was clean, had comfortable beds, a good supply of towels and many other little amenities which were appreciated. The host was quick to respond to any questions and the check in was easy. Would definitely stay here again !

Lovely home

Our group takes a fall golf vacation every year. Lots of space to play games and dine. All amenities are there, good quality and in good condition. The owner was very responsive to inquiries made.

4 BD house in Niagara Falls

The property is nice and the rooms spacious. Location is good with easy access. Master bedroom and bath is great. The extra mattresses and some statues should be moved elsewhere so there is more space for renters to use closets and place their belongings. Similarly for the extra food in the fridge. WIFI and TV are good. Deck and BBQ are good.
