Maison familiale spacieuse et ensoleillée avec vue sur la montagne. Wifi gratuit. Transport en commun à 1 pâté de maisons. Près du centre-ville, du zoo, du parc Balboa, etc. Cuisine et bains rénovées, planchers de bois franc, plan d'étage ouvert. Pont à l'étage, foyer et jacuzzi au-dessus, cuisine extérieure et patio en dessous. Table de ping-pong pour le plaisir en famille! 15 minutes. au centre-ville et à l'aéroport SD. Laveuse / sécheuse, WIFI. Salle de bain en duplex 3 chambres 2 avec 4ème chambre bonus supplémentaire en bas. Trois grands lits. La chambre bonus dispose de 2 canapés qui se transforment en lits simples super confortables. Le patio en bas a une cuisine extérieure avec barbecue à gaz et beaucoup de sièges, idéal pour se divertir! La maison peut en fait dormir 10, si nécessaire. Cafetière et café fournis!

L'espace partagé comprend la cuisine extérieure et le barbecue à gaz avec beaucoup d'espace de patio extérieur et des sièges et une laveuse / sécheuse dans le garage.

Great stay!

The house is clean, comfortable and for us, perfectly located. The living room and outside deck were comfortable for lounging and the beds were comfortable, as well. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great experience at this property! The location was wonderful and close by many attractions. It was great to come back after each day to enjoy the view and the beautiful patio. The host was very communicative and helpful and gave great recommendations.

Awesome property in a great location

Judy is wonderful and her home is great! We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as expected. My family and I loved the house, especially the deck with the firepit and hot tub.

Ww felt right at home!

Great Vacation!

We spent a week in San Diego to visit family. This was a great place for us (7 adults, 1 child). The kitchen had everything we needed. The fire pit was a favorite place to gather in the evenings. It is located in a nice neighborhood with easy highway access to get anywhere we wanted to go. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

Home away from home

Judy is the ultimate hostess and has thought of everything! From high end appliances to comfy beds, this place was the best. Not very far from anything you want to visit in San Diego, my group had the ultimate girls week away. Thank you so much for everything.

Great place to spend a weekend in with friends!

A really lovely property. The upstairs deck is really awesome and has a pretty good view. Ample seating around the fire pit. great for roasting marshmallows. I had about 10 people staying there, and everyone loved the space. Very comfortable. Had everything we needed as far as kitchenware and appliances. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking for a getaway in the area.

Perfect Weekend

Mt. Helix is just far enough outside the big city to miss the traffic and just close enough to be a very convenient base camp. Owner was quick, clear, and accommodating. The home was clean, and safe. We didn't end up using the hot tub. The only issue one couple had was a skylight in the bedroom brought a lot of natural light in before they were ready to wake up. That's what we get for a very late night concert. :) We would stay here again, no problem.

Paradise

Our stay was more than we could have ever imagined. Judy is very prompt to respond and is easily accessible. She goes out of her way to make you feel like family coming into town including tips on where to go and places you have to see while in SD. We were a group of 4, me and my husband, his sister and her spouse. She works for the airlines so we often take last minute trips with little to no planning. Not a problem for Judy. She called me within 5 minutes to confirm check in and check out, and made sure we were all set. The 4 of us sat on the balcony gazing off into the perfect sunset silent for at least 15 minutes the first night we arrived. If you come to San Diego and do not stay at MT Helix Delight you are crazy and you are missing out on an amazing experience. I forgot to mention the orange and lemon trees that sit in the backyard just under the heavenly deck. This place is a diamond!

Great view & Great location

We had a great stay at Judy's property. The outside deck is so beautiful! We didn't even use the lower deck. Master bed was comfortable. We only had one complaint about the house and that was the air conditioning is locked at 77 in the summer we felt that was little high. We got lucky with nice weather in the evening to open windows to cool it off when we got back to the house, but a few nights we were hot. Owner did mention she might lower it a bit. Other then that, the house is in a great location and we had a great stay. Took us about 20 mins to get to the main attractions like zoo, seaworld, midway...etc. Also loved she had a high chair & playpen available. She also has a baby gate blocking the stairway to the downstaires which was great for our toddler. Judy was great to deal with she responds very quick to your messages.

Nice home

We had a lovely stay here. House and yard were spacious. The deck with hot tub is great. The only downside is the downstairs “communal” area was dirty and unwelcoming.

It was an awesome stay here, there was plenty of room for my group and Judy was great with providing information about the area. The pictures of this house do not do it justice, it is much nicer in person, which was a pleasant surprise seeing as how nice it looked via the pictures posted. The only negative was there were spiders in so many corners of this house, I woke up with a few bites as did a few other people in the group. So you might want to get the place sprayed soon for the coming winter months to keep the creepy crawlers away. Also we were barely able to throw any trash away because the trash can was already more than halfway full. That was a bummer, we took as much with us as possible but there was so much seeing as we cooked every day, in the gorgeous kitchen with all dishes supplied may I add, that our cars were full. Lastly, we were so excited to use the ping pong table but one of the handles was so flimsly it was unusable and the garage smelled a little musty, as if there was a cat was doing its business in there. Other than those few concerns, it was a perfect stay. Judy was a delight and eager to help us out, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The deck was awesome, the barbecue worked perfectly, the fire pit was perfect for lounging and s’mores, and the house was decorated so nicecly. There are also plenty of games, movies, and books around the house which came in handy. But just a PSA, that driveway is steep and there is a pipeline of some sort poking out so if your car is lower to the ground (like mine) I would just park on the street because you will scrape very intensely. I thought I cracked my oil pan for a second lol.

Amazing Stay!

We stayed here for Comicon Week. What you see in the pictures is even more stunning when you're there. The deck, scenery, and the neighborhood are perfect. Judy is very accommodating and a great host. Follow the house rules and you'll be fine. You can also review the rules as there is a rule book with Calvin and Hobbes comic strip on it. Just be mindful of the neighbors at night when hanging out at the deck. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you for having us Judy!

Comfy, spacious and relaxing

Our group travelled for a wedding in the San Diego area. It was nice not to be in the city, but close enough. The owner was easy to reach with questions and offered suggestions of activities and restaurants in the area.

Beautiful property, great location

We were extremely pleased by the house, there was plenty of space for the 5 of us and enjoyed every minute on the deck. Had great 3 day stay

We used this house as a base for sightseeing in San Diego. We could get to most of the tourist attractions in 20 to 30 minutes drive. Everything in the house was as described. The hot tub was great. Also the house is near the top of a hill so the view was good. The kitchen was fairly recent remodel with all we needed. Neighbors live on lower level but they were quiet and were friendly. The yard is very large and nicely landscaped.

The home was spacious and was a great location for our daily outings to local attractions.

We had a wonderful stay in Spring Valley. The location worked great for our visits to San Diego to take in the sights. The large deck with the gas fire-pit was welcoming and relaxing after a day of golf, visiting the San Diego Zoo, and touring the USS Midway. There is so much to do around the area we needed more than the 5 days we had. Our host, Judy, was quick to respond with any concerns and the people of Spring Valley could not be more friendly and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay getting to visit with our son.
