We’ve always had a great experience with Downtown Upstairs in Lenox and this was no exception. Easy access to the downtown stores and restaurants with the comfort of a nice, clean, well furnished apartment.

Location is perfect - you can walk to restaurants, shops, etc. Parking was right next to property. Apartment was nicely furnished and roomy. Host was readily available when we had a minor issue. He solved it immediately.

A place to stay while we moved

Very attractive apartment, very attentive host. We live in Lenox and had to get out of our apartment - furniture and all - for recarpeting, so for us it was not a vacation. The location was excellent for us, within half a mile of our own place which we had to visit frequently.

Cozy spot and fabulous location

We had a lovely 3 night stay here overlapping with a snow storm. We were walking distance to several fabulous restaurants, cafes and shops, spent some time inside watching movies and reading and spent a day skiing and snow tubing nearby. This is a great location for exploring Lenox or the area nearby. The unit is just as described... clean, bright, and cozy. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

The apartment is right in the center of Lenox, a short walk to restaurants, shops, coffee, ice cream, etc. The kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of closet space in the bedroom. The air conditioning works well, though it is loud. Initially the TV didn't work, but John came right over and, between the two of us, we got it to work. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Excellent and Understanding Owners

Unfortunately we had to cancel our trip due to an unexpected injury requiring surgery for our dog. John was extremely understanding and allowed us to cancel our trip. We look forward to re-booking this beautiful apartment and rescheduling our trip to the Berkshires.

Lenox in the Winter

We arrived at the apartment in Lenox in February and the next day there was a snow storm and freezing temperatures. Despite this, the apartment was cosy and quite comfortable. It was in the Village of Lenox, so it was an easy walk to get groceries. My husband and I had a lovely time and would highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely apartment in an incredible location

Andrea's home is spotless, well equipped, ideally located and super comfortable. We were only there for 2 nights but really enjoyed our stay. You could not get any more central in Lenox and we had everything we needed for our family of 4 -- the kids particularly enjoyed having Netflix on the TV and I enjoyed the high quality towels -- it's the small things as an adult! Highly recommended.

Nice condo close to everything in Lenox. We’ll definitely be staying here again once things return to “normal”. Walking distance from great food and shopping in scenic Lenox. The condo was clean and modern. Loved it.

Clean, modern apartment in the heart of Lenox

My husband and I had a wonderful experience here for a few days over Christmas. The apartment is spacious and was recently renovated with stylish modern furnishings a la Joanna Gaines : ) Everything was very clean and comfortable which was especially important to us during the pandemic. Best of all was the location - right in the middle of downtown Lenox which is absolutely adorable! Lots of restaurants and cafes just steps away, and it’s a very short drive to The Mount, Tanglewood, Miraval, etc. It was the perfect home base for us during our trip to the Berkshires!

Perfect rental!

We loved staying at Andrea’s place. We stayed in both units during our trip and felt right at home. The units have everything you need - fluffy towels, soft sheets, a great mattress, an updated bathroom, and smart TV. We REALLY appreciated having a washer / dryer, full kitchen, and dishwasher! We’ll definitely be returning!
