This property was awesome. Short walk to the beach as well as beach chairs, umbrella and cooler all in the unit. The floor plan was well laid out and perfect for our group of 6 adults. Had a wonderful couple of days with our family.

Splendid Spring Break!

This was a perfect spring break getaway for our family. Clean, spacious, wonderful location, terrific amenities, and allowed us to bring our dogs! Can't say enough about it and looking forward to booking again next year!

Excellent Views- Dreamy sunrises!

We had such a wonderful stay at this property. The views were perfect- just right access to the beach and close to pier. Our property manager was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this spot for a getaway. Hope to stay here again!

We had plenty of room for our family and two dogs. There was space for parking. Both porches had a fantastic view. I love how we could walk straight out to the beach or we could walk a short distance for food and watching the football game.

Family vacation

The location of the property is fantastic; right on the beach, on the south side of the island with mainly houses so beach not super crowded. The layout of the house is great and the room sizes perfect for a family of 6 adults.

Great Condo!

The view was spectacular and the beds comfy! My only issue was the multiple texts and emails each day - a bit river the top communication. Overall a great staycation since we are local!

Paradise at Wrightsville!

I’ve stayed in a lot of beach rentals. This one ranks at the top! Everything’s in excellent condition. Beautiful decor. Convenient to everything. You could literally fly in and have everything you need for an awesome beach trip!

Lovely rental

We were visiting Wilmington for the first time to attend my son‘s wedding. We wanted to be on the beach and we could not have been more grateful for this rental. More than served our needs. Location was truly amazing. The sunrise views were breathtaking. We were also very thankful to be able to walk to a restaurant and coffee shop. We would love to return for another stay!

A wonderful Thanksgiving visit to Wilmington

We enjoyed the condo very much. The location and view are really wonderful. We would recommend that regular curtains be installed in the front main floor bedroom. Presently, they are shears that can be seen through at night. We wish the fireplace was available. We would definitely consider coming back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was so smooth, from opening the door until closing it after a wonderful week. Beds made, incredible coffee station, beautiful home and views with plenty of parking.

Coyote at Wrightsville Beach

This is an older property on the ocean front. Just a short walk to the beach. Bedrooms are large and the beds are comfortable. Kitchen has all the basic needs. The duplex is clean, with ample parking, and a decent view of the ocean. We did not use the supplied beach equipment or grill. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Great location and great floor plan.

Great location. Love bedrooms with balcony. Great walkout to beach. Good outside area to sit with outside shower area and parking. Need entry steps cleaned . Initial impression is worrisome then everything else very clean. FYI the dryer vent to outside needs checking warning cones up to clean but internal dryer vent is cleaned. Also the upstairs shower handle needs replacing very difficult to turn on

Great location but overpriced for value

My family loved the location of this property. Unfortunately, we were faced with a number of issues with the unit that detracted from our overall stay: -Ant infestation -Sliding door was clogged with sand so could not be utilized -Wifi did not work thus TVs were virtually offline -Broken light fixture -Toilet ran continuously after every flush without manual intervention -Extra charges/fees for everything Overall, I was expecting the 5 star price point to come with 5 star quality, but felt more like an average beach rental. I understand every beach unit has its imperfections, but the issues with this unit were numerous and took time and energy away from my vacation.
