We offer 4 bedrooms with 2 king beds. 1 queen, and a kids room with 6 beds., dual AC, fenced yard, full kitchen and appliances, fast wifi, deck, 2 flatscreens with cable,, garage, and all the kitchen and bathroom amenities you could want. Xbox, games, toys. A free local kids park is only a couple of blocks away, free parking for 5 cars, friendly neighbors, indoor and outdoor games.

The dead bolt on the front door was missing. The door jamb was damaged felt a little insecure about security. The overall visit was good. Rooms were clean and most expected items were there. Some minor repairs and upgrades could be done. Great neighborhood nice homes and quiet.

Just to be clear to this guest, the deadbolt is there right above the keypad lock. There is a lock for the keypad and right above it is the deadbolt, maybe he was just a little confused and thought that was the door latch, but anyway the door is completely secure and we made sure that there was no problems with it, so not exactly sure what he saw was the issue. He never contacted us while he was here, if he would have we would have come over and checked things out right away, anyway Philip was a good guest.

The Comfortable Gathering Place

Our weekend stay was very pleasant! This location checked all the boxes: close to OKC for a great meal at Mahogany; close to Norman to watch OU beat Bama! Comfortable beds and enough amenities to satisfy all. Thank you!

We stayed for a family wedding that was in town. The house was conveniently located. And fit all of our out-of-town family in one place. We had a great weekend and it was a good gathering place for all of us to spend time together between different wedding events.

We only stayed one night, but wish we could have stayed longer! It was clean, very nice, well equipped. It was beyond our expectations. The beds were great. The bathrooms were great. The kitchen was great. The living area was great! The property manager was very kind and easy to communicate with.

New yr family gathering

Property was excellent except for the need of new can openers both in drawer were broke. Video games in kids room doesn't work..other than that everything was perfect. I enjoyed my stay!!

Ants all over kitchen

The bed rooms were not bad. The one bedroom window sil was rotten. Kitchen window broken and would not shut. Ants all over the kitchen. Said somethjng to owner they knew. I only rented house to cook home cooked meakss for my son in the airforce. Tried to use oven. Filled house with gas. Oven did not work. Was a terrible experience. Dant believe i had to pay for that

We have maintained a 4.9 rating on this home for 5 years. We always try to meet our guests needs as our reviews show, but David was ridiculous! There was food left out in the sink which welcomes all the ants to come. David said the stove didn't work, but it works fine. He said the window would not lock, but I closed it and locked it in 2 seconds. What? He also stayed for 3 nights and on the third day texted us and said "everything was great" We have the text he wrote. So I don't know what to say about this guest but everyone else has given good ratings on our home. We try hard to please every guest, but this guy was incorrigible. Sad to say.

This neighborhood is a place of kind people. We have good relationships with many of them. and its a quiet house and good for walks, bikes, play, picnics at the park, while everything you need is still right around the corner. Grab a pizza, order door dash, or cook an awesome meal for gatherings while the kids are playing upstairs. Adult time downstairs is is a really nice feature that you may not have even thought of, but it all seems to work well, as many guests have reviewed. Multi- purpose means everyone is happy.

It has an open concept downstairs, spacoius kids room, master w/ensuite, comfortable furnishings, recliner ( try getting a recliner at a motel) big yard, deck, and is a peaceful cul-de- sac, yet everything is really close, So many have given great reviews. We hope you love it.
