The tinkle of cow bells!

The apartment was perfect for our needs and met all the criteria in the announcement. Things we found top class or very practical were its size (900 square feet), the fireplace which was easy to get working, the dishwasher, the modern and very large kitchen, the washer nd dryer which were easy to use nd did not take an eternity to wash and dry the clothes, the full size bath, and the large master bedroom with huge bed and beautiful view of the surrounding countryside and mountains. The apartment was spotlessly clean, airy and bright. Not only did the owner leave many brochures of things to do in the region she also popped in from time to time to tell us the best places to go, foods to try, shopping, and local supermarkets. We also invited to share a superb fondue with them one evening. I wouldn't hesitate a second to recommend this place to other travellers. We found the apartment to be ideally situated to visit many places. We went to Lauterbrunnen, Interlaken, Thun, Gruyères, Mürten for hiking, visiting, chocolate and cheese tasting and a lot more.

Sehr netter Empfang. Lage ruhig, dörflich und doch schnell an vielen Stellen im Berner Oberland. Autobahn in 8 Minuten erreichbar. Küche und Bad modern. In jedem Raum ein Fenster mit Fliegengitter. Gerne wieder!

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Sehr geräumige, gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit allem Komfort. Der Standort ist sowohl für ältere als auch für junge Menschen sehr gut geeignet, man kann aktiv wandern oder sich über den Thuner See schippern lassen - wie man es eben mag.Auto ist empfehlenswert, der Bus ist zwar kostenlos, aber die nächste Haltestelle ist unten im Dorf, das ist ziemlich weit.

Alles traumhaft

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sehr sauber und sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und wir können alles nur weiterempfehlen.

Super lieb

Die Vermieterin war super lieb und sehr hilfsbereit. Für e-Bikes gab es eine Unterstellmöglichkeit und Lademöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und alles Wichtige und noch mehr war zur Verfügung! Ich freue mich auf ein nächstes Mal!

TOP Ferienwohnung auf dem Lande

Mir hat es super gut gefallen, sehr ruhige dörfliche Lage und trotzdem schnell in Spiez, sehr nette, immer hilfsbereite Vermieter mit im Haus, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und genügend Holz für den Kamin... Vielen Dank, Wir kommen wieder ;)

Nuestra valoración ha sido muy positiva. La casa está perfecta. Cocina y baño muy nuevo y amplio. Los propietarios viven al lado y son muy amables para cualquier cosa que se necesites. La casa está situada en un punto que permite visitar muchas cosas. Totalmente recomendable para 5-6 personas.

Lovely comfortable apartment in a fantastic location

The apartment is in a great location, lovely and quiet but within easy reach of nearby towns of Spiez, Thun and Interlaken. We had a car so it was easy to visit different places but it would be possible to get around on public transport. The views from the apartment were excellent with mountains all around and views of Lake Thun from the end of the drive. Christine was very friendly and helpful and the apartment was well equipped with good facilities. We would definitely recommend staying here and are hoping to visit again.

Geweldig appartement op een rustige plaats net buiten Aeschi bei Spiez

Geweldig huis met alles super aardige mensen. Rustig gelegen met vele wandelmogelijkheden vanaf het huis. Leuke terras om buiten te zitten en te eten. En een tuin met trampoline. De waterbak net buiten de voordeur was voor onze kinderen een geweldige afwisseling van de dag. Het Suldtall is geweldig om te wandelen en erg speciaal voor mensen die van rust houden. Verder de Jungfrau regio en het plaatsje Grindelwald zijn erg leuk. Wij hadden een regionalcarte gekocht waar je 10 dagen onbeperkte mogelijkheden hebt om de omgeving met bijna alle bergbanen te verkennen. Wij hopen zeker nog eens terug te gaan. Voor langen mensen is het plafond in het huis wel wat laag. Maar gaf voor mij geen enkel probleem. Kortom geweldige mensen. Keurig ingericht huis. En een geweldig uitzicht. Groet fam. Peursem

Maravilloso! Wonderfull!

La experiencia ha sido increíble en esta casa, no le falta ningún detalle. A parte de ser preciosa y estar situada en un enclave ideal, tiene de todo lo imaginable para que te sientas como en casa. Es perfecta para conocer la zona de interlaken y alrededores, estando muy cerca de todo. Volveremos algún día seguro, porque nos hemos quedado enamorados de Suiza, Aeschi y esta casa!!! Perfecto!!

Todo fue perfecto en nuestras vacaciones. Fuimos 5 personas: mi mujer, mis padres, mi hija de 8 años y yo. La ubicación de la casa es muy buena: en un pueblo muy tranquilo, con excelentes vistas, y a media hora de Interlaken. El equipamiento es fantástico, con amplias habitaciones, cocina completamente equipada, wifi gratis, y todas las comodidades que puedas desear. Todo en muy buen estado, casi nuevo, muy limpio. Los propietarios, muy atentos y amables, nos sentimos como en nuestra propia casa. Desde luego, recomiendo esta casa a cualquiera que desee pasar unos días de vacaciones. Yo mismo espero repetir dentro de unos años. Muchas gracias. Everything was perfect on our vacation. We were 5: my wife, my parents, my 8 year old daughter and me. The location of the house is very good: in a very quiet village, with great views, and half an hour from Interlaken. The equipment is fantastic, spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchen, free wifi, and all the amenities you could want. All in very good condition, almost new, very clean. The owners, very attentive and friendly, we felt like in our own home. Of course, I recommend this house to anyone wishing to spend a few days in Swiss. I hope to repeat it in a few years. Thank you.

Geweldig!

Wat een heerlijke woning is dit! Een grote gloednieuwe uiterst volledige keuken, fijne badkamer, grote slaapkamer en leuke zitkamer, alles comfortabel. Een rustige ligging, maar toch niet afgelegen en je kunt te voet naar de bakker. De familie Voegeli is gezellig en wil alle moeite voor je doen. Dit adres houden we in ons hoofd, het is in een prachtige natuur met veel mogelijkheden, en dat verveelt niet gauw. Wunderschöne Wohnung, grosse komplett ausgerüstete Küche, schönes Badezimmer, grosses SchlafImmer und eine gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Die Lage is prima, Bauernhöfe ind ländliche Häuser in der Umgebung, man kann zu Fuss innerhalb von zehn Minuten zum Bäcker. Die Familie Vögeli ist ein prima Gastgeber. Die Natur ist wunderschön und einladend.

IDYLLIC !

This past June, my husband and I stayed for 10 days at Marcel & Christine’s place in Aeshi (Interlaken) and what a beautiful choice we made. Everything pleased us; first the hosts, they were always ready any time we needed any help (or even if we didn’t); then the apartment, very well appointed and with everything one needed, including washer & dryer (not so common in Europe); after come the views from the property, they were breathtaking and finally the location, at 1 hours drive from a considerable amount of sites and up to 2 hours if you want or have the time to venture a bit further away. We would go back in a heartbeat and have wonderful memories including of our hosts’ family! Thank you Christine and Marcel and hope to see you soon. P.S. The internet never failed us!

Amazing views of Lake Thun and the Niesen Bahn

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Aeschi. It was centrally located between Thun and Interlaken, making it easy to sightsee a variety of places from Berne to Lauterbrunnen. The views out the bedroom windows were amazing and we enjoyed listening to the cow bells in the morning. The condo was very clean and has been updated recently. The kitchen was quite large and we found it well stocked for cooking some of our own meals. The fold-down couch in the 2nd bedroom was comfortable and it was perfect for our family of 5. The owner, Christine, was very kind and accommodating, helping direct us to grocery stores and other nearby restaurants. Aeschi is a small town but is a great choice if you want a quiet Swiss village, with walking trails, few crowds, and spectacular views. We traveled to the Interlaken area a few times during our stay and it was a quick drive. The ceilings in this ground floor apartment were fairly low, so a traveler over 6 ft tall might find that bothersome, but for us it was no problem. We also seemed to have some trouble with the WiFi connection. Our laptop kept dropping the connection. At first, I thought it might be a problem with the laptop but it worked fine at other stops during our trip. It might have been the location we put the laptop (we set it up at the desk in the main bedroom) but you would think it should work there. All things considered, we found this to be an excellent property in a great location. The cost was reasonable and the owner was very responsive to our correspondence. We would rent here again if we were visiting the Alps. We loved it our week there and have great memories of the trip.
