Entièrement rénové Spacieux 3 Br / 2 Ba Townhouse (8 personnes) ~ Minutes de céleste

Notre maison de ville de trois étages est située dans la communauté pittoresque et paisible de Lake Village, juste à côté de l’autoroute 50 (boulevard Lake Tahoe). Le studio situé au premier étage avec sa propre entrée est réservé à l'usage personnel des propriétaires et un escalier séparé mène à la maison principale. Notre maison est spacieuse, joliment décorée, a de hauts plafonds et est entièrement meublée (tous les appareils et les meubles ont été achetés en 2015).

Toutes les chambres, salles de bains et buanderie sont situés au 2ème étage, et salon, salle à manger et cuisine avec salle familiale adjacente sont situées au 3ème étage. Télévision par câble, WiFi haut débit et d'un service de téléphone national sont gratuits. Notre maison peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 8 personnes (6 dans les chambres et 2 dans le salon)

La chambre principale a un ensemble de chambres Cal King, un dressing, une télévision haute définition intelligente 42 pouces à écran plat et une salle de bains avec deux lavabos. Il y a beaucoup de place pour «Pack‘ n Play »qui est également fourni - il vous suffit d’apporter un matelas ou un matelas.

Guest Chambres 1 et 2 ont des lits queen-size

Living Room a un lit queen size canapé, queen-size canapé-lit et un canapé double. Ecran plat à puce 55 "TV HD est situé juste au-dessus de la cheminée.

Table de salle à manger peut accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes, et un bar de comptoir de cuisine peut asseoir jusqu'à 4 personnes.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout le nécessaire (grands et petits appareils modernes, des articles ménagers, de l'argenterie, casseroles et poêles, etc.)

Nos clients sont invités à profiter de la piscine, un bain à remous, sauna, courts de tennis, grilles de barbecue (réservation requise) et une partie de billard ou de ping-pong au club house. Il y a aussi une aire de jeux pour les plus petits. Un parking pour 2 véhicules est fourni.

Great place great location!

This place is very spacious and comfortable. Everything you need to relax and make breakfast / dinner. Location is very convenient. 10min to Heavenly Boulder Lodge, Downtown, and near several grocery stores. Elina's communication was great. I would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyable but dangerous parking lot.

The townhouse was okay. It was comfortable and the location to the Nevada entrance of Heavenly was great. For the price, I prefer the five bedroom house I rented in Tahoma across the lake. What was promised in the description of the place was a walkway cleared of snow. What we got was twenty feet of hardened, slick snow on the walkway and a parking lot, with a gradual slope, iced over. All the roads and parking lots in the area were cleared of snow and ice except this one. Since we had an assigned parking space we weren't allowed to park in a safe space, (HOA rules). My wife got here two wheel drive car stuck on this parking lot twice. Three of us slipped and fell in this parking lot. I'm just glad we didn't end up with any bodily injury or this might have a different ending. I won't be staying here again.

Elina was a great host! Nice property, well equipped, close to Heavenly without being caught in the mobs. Elina was quick to answer all our questions and gave us great tips on navigating ski resorts. Wish we could’ve used hot tub more but that was limited due to COVID. Would recommend!

Convenient location

The property is in a convenient location close to major attractions such as Zephyr Cove, Stateline, Heavenly, Lake Village. The property is clean with the kitchen and living area upstairs and the bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs. The condo is located in Lake Village and it has several amenities such as a community pool, hot tub, playground, rec-room but the pool and hot tub were closed due to COVID-19. I removed a star because we are a first responder family so we had to cut our trip short by one day/evening because my husband had to return to the fire station. The owner did not refund the one night we did not stay in the property even though we notified her once we received the phone call for him to return to work. Please note that we adhered to the check-out instructions and checked-out by 7 am. Other than this issue, the property was sufficient for our needs.

Great Stay/Location

We really enjoyed our stay. This property had everything we needed and was as advertised. The location was perfect for our day trips and a nice sanctuary to come back to in the evening to relax and enjoy our family. We were welcomed with a nice snack basket upon our arrival, which was a nice touch after a long day of travel.

Excellent home for skiing!

A few friends wanted a quick weekend getaway to ski at Heavenly. Location was perfect, less than 10 mins away from Stagecoach and Boulder lodges ag Heavenly (WAY less crowded then CA side lodges). The home was very clean and the homeowners were very communicative and responsive. Overall we had an amazing time and would stay here again. Thanks for having us!

Hello Pradeep, I am glad to hear that you and your family enjoyed your stay at my house and had a great time in Lake Tahoe. With regard to the things you mentioned: Item 1: no body wash - here is an excerpt from my check in instructions: We provide the following: trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, dish sponge, 1 roll of paper towels and up to 4 rolls of toilet paper. You will find small hand soap bottle and dish soap dispenser on the kitchen counter - please, do not throw them away. For your convenience the small bottles are meant to be re-filled – you’ll find larger bottles under the kitchen sink. Don’t forget to bring your favorite shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Small bottle of laundry detergent is provided. Item 2: I wish you would have called me DURING your stay, and I would have been more than happy to walk you through how to use the thermostat and to what temperature to set it to during the day vs at night.

Lovely place to stay in Tahoe

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is awesome. It’s close to everything you would want while staying in Tahoe. Heavenly is a great place to ski the views are amazing. The only thing I would say is if your going to use the pull out bed bring some blankets. I would stay here again.

Beautifully decorated townhouse

Our family of four really enjoyed this property and it’s amenities. The house was beautifully decorated with 3 nice bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bonus for washer and dryer in lower level. The upstairs open concept living room had plenty of seating and cable tv was a plus. Small outdoor balcony looked into the woods and parking area. A short walk led to a beautiful sunset view of the lake. The pool and hot tub was a great perk and it was very close to two beaches - Nevada and Round Hill. Also close to Safeway and Stateline. Only drawbacks were lots of stairs (including bridge) to carry bags up, and no beach chairs or beach towels (but we brought them just in case). I would definitely stay here again, owner was easy to deal with.

Lovely home, we enjoyed our stay at your home. Kitchen had all the pots and pans needed. House was clean and comfortable. The only small comment would be that most of the VRBO homes we have stayed at also provided the standard body wash and shampoo, not a big deal since I brought just in case but the other family did not and we needed to make a trip out to the local Walgreens. Again, not a big deal. Overall, the home is great, family room is right off the kitchen so was great to be able to have room for all to sit and chat while prepping meals.

We are two busy professionals with 2 wonderful kids who enjoy skiing, hiking, swimming, etc. We both grew up in large metropolitan cities and always wanted to have a peaceful and quiet retreat in the mountains not too far from the lovely Bay Area! We bought our spacious 3BR/2BA house (we love the high ceiling!) and renovated/furnished it for ourselves so that we could invite our immediate family and friends to join us for family vacations or weekend getaways. We look forward to enjoying Lake Tahoe, creating great memories in "our home away from home" and most importantly seeing our kids enjoying the slopes and playing on the beach!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We wanted to find a house in the Sierra Nevada mountains away from the busy streets of San Francisco. We looked at a number of properties and fell in love with the Lake Village community. We liked the location as it is close to Hwy 50 (only short 3.5 hours away from our home in the Bay Area); yet, it is only a few minutes away from the lake, Heavenly Ski Resort, Casinos, etc. We also liked that it is a townhouse community because we felt it would be safe and very well taken care of.

Having the community center is a big plus because we can use the pool, hot tub, BBQ, tennis courts and a club room. There is also a playground for the little ones. There is a number of hiking trails nearby. Safeway and Starbucks are within a walking distance.
