Relaxing granny flat nestled within a peaceful garden setting. Twenty minutes from Tamworth on the Sydney side of the city. Access to a pool and barbecue area is provided with the atmosphere calm and relaxing.
You are welcome to interact with the farm animals who live on our 60 ha property. There are beautiful scenic walks where kookaburras kangaroos and other native animals roam also boasting amazing sunrises and sun sets.
We accommodate furry friends in a variety of safe settings; we are very much a pet friendly family.
The flat has two bedrooms a king bed in one room and a queen in the second. There is a separate bathroom and kitchen which provides an electric oven, microwave and small fridge. Coffee tea milk bread and fresh farm eggs are provided.
Tamworth is the country music capital of Australia and is famous for its festival held in January every year. We are also 15 minutes from AELEC, the largest equine competition facility in the Southern hemisphere.
Our property is close to two fabulous restaurants and a short drive to Nundle where the gold rush was a historical highlight many years ago. Our region is famous for sports and provides competitions at high levels across many genres.
Our region is a perfect location when looking for a break from a hectic lifestyle come and visit our home where you can unwind and take a deep breath :)

A lovely rural oasis. From the arrival and meeting Earl, to the farewell chat with Susie, this farm stay near Duri is the perfect escape from our Urban sprawl. Well appointed with food supplies to very accommodating rooms, this was the ideal place to stay on our visit to Tamworth. from fabulous sunrise greetings from dozens of native birds , to serene sunsets. A therapeutic destination only 20 minutes out of town. Very highly recommended to anyone coming to Tamworth for a visit. Thank you Susie and Earl for your engaging and warm hospitality.

4 day stay
Susan and Earl are lovely and accommodating! The property is lovely with fresh sourdough bread,eggs,butter and milk all ready for us on arrival. The sunsets and sunrises are amazing. It’s an animal/country/photographers dream spot. Best 4 days we spent in the country at this beautiful farm stay! Loved the cows/horses/ducks/dogs/budgies and chickens. Highly recommend

A secluded rural retreat
This equine property is around 30 minutes from Tamworth. It was a peaceful and secluded place to stay. My little dog and I received a warm welcome from the owners and their small dogs. Throughout my stay the owners were friendly and helpful. The property was immaculately clean and welcoming on arrival. Although the kitchen/living area was small, the two bedrooms and bathroom were spacious. I enjoyed watching the sunrise from my bedroom and sitting on the verandah to eat my meals.

Nice Farm stay close to Tamworth
The ‘granny flat’ was left ready for our arrival and was very clean and inviting. Essentially the stay is part of the house but it’s secluded to one side with it’s own entry and amenities. The doorway to the rest of the house is closed off and we dod not feel like we were sharing a space.Our young children (2&5) were quite excited about the animals: chickens, ducks, horses, cattle and of course beautiful nick & lola (dogs)Hosts are very nice and have a lovely farm worth to visit.Only note we have is we decided to get some mineral water as, although the tap water has no flavour and seemed fine, it did consistently come out with a brown tinge.
