Cette maison de 3 chambres au bord de l’eau a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour votre escapade en famille. Situé sur l'un des canaux d'origine de Port Macquarie et à seulement 650 mètres du centre commercial Settlement City, du Panthers Club, des cafés et des restaurants, à seulement 2 km du centre-ville.

Profitez de la vie sur les canaux, de la pêche au dosome depuis la rampe de bateau ou regardez les dauphins nager, cette propriété possède même 2 kayaks pour adultes, 2 kayaks pour enfants avec gilets de sauvetage à utiliser pour explorer les canaux.

Cette maison de 3 chambres a un lit queen size dans la chambre principale, un lit double et un lit king simple dans la 2ème chambre et une couchette avec 2 lits simples et un lit gigogne simple dans la 3ème chambre. Le linge de maison est inclus. Chaque chambre a un ventilateur de plafond.

Salon, salle à manger et cuisine spacieux et ouverts avec des plafonds voûtés avec ventilateur au plafond et climatiseur. Gardez les enfants amusés avec le Wifi gratuit et Netflix. Il y a un espace de divertissement clôturé sur le côté, parfait pour un petit chien.

Préparez une tempête dans la cuisine entièrement équipée, y compris un lave-vaisselle. Il y a aussi une buanderie interne avec machine à laver.

Les propriétaires ont pensé à tout pour que vous puissiez profiter de votre séjour, y compris table de ping-pong, chaises de plage, chaise haute, portacot, livres pour enfants, jouets et jeux et sèche-cheveux.

Amazing property

I highly recommend a stay at this property and enjoyed my stay. Close to everything including shops, entertainment and beaches within walking distance. Very quiet and peaceful.

Lovely spot

Great location with shops, restaurants/cafes, amenities close by. Would be an ideal house for families. Has plenty of seating areas inside and out. The dog loved running around outside under our management and there’s a fenced in courtyard with bbq and high table/chairs. Great spot for fishing as we saw plenty of fish.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay, the house was so much bigger then the pictures and best part pet friendly so we were able to bring our furry babies they loved the enclosed pet park nearby Beautiful sunsets and cool breezes The house was so close to everything we needed

Great location

Loved our stay here. Right on the canal, and easy walk to settlement city or into city Centre. The house had everything there that we needed. We had our two small dogs with us and the fenced off area for them was very secure. The bed in the main bedroom was extremely firm, but plenty of other beds to choose from. We will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic spot

Great spot on the canal. Comfortable home with everything you need, close to shops, easy drive to beaches - but don’t even need to go as the water is right there in the backyard, so we did heaps of paddle boarding and used the kayaks that are available at the property also. Nice dock to dive from and the dog LOVED it too as he could just jump in the water whenever we were outside. Wonderful holiday, hope to return there again

Great spot, so peaceful and lovely to see the water . Though I was slightly concerned by the bars on the windows. Perfect for our small dog and lots of room for the kids. Great property, the the kitchen could do with some upgrades and the cupboards need a good clean out… lots of miss matched dishes and many plates and cups had to be cleaned before we could use them… such a shame when the rest of the property was so good.

Great location, home a litte dated

We had a wonderful long weekend here but the listing is a little inaccurate/dated. There is only one kid kayak and it has a hole. The reverse aircon didn't heat so we made do with the oil heater. The bedding seems quite worn. Other than that, we were super happy with the place! Very kid friendly and so convenient to have shops close by. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of plates and cutlery, pots and pans.

Much anticipated family holiday

Sorry, the standard of this poorly maintained property was disappointing for the money. Beds too hard to sleep on. Bars on windows. Bedroom window didn't open for fresh air.

There were nicnaks all over the home and not attractive. Bbq was extremely dirty, the gardens and where untidy and had items left here and there. It needs a total removal of pots and piles of bits and bobs removed. The wardrobes smelt musty. In need of revamp..
