Every aspect of the property was fantastic. It was clean and felt new. It is nicely decorated. The location was close to lots of restaurants and even a nice supermarket. It was just a few blocks from Canal Street and the French Quarter. We loved staying here.

This is one of the best short term rentals we have ever occupied! Management was proactive and available to answer any question that we had. The unit was spotless with lovely furnishings and beds. We would stay here again and again when we return to NOLA.

Hospitality at its finest!

We had a great stay at this location. Property was clean, smelled wonderful, easy to access, and Brittanie went above and beyond to make sure we had all information needed and made us feel welcome. Great location to stay if not wanting to be in the middle of the chaos of the French Quarter. Close enough to easily walk to all those places. We will stay again.

Perfect for couples

This is a beautiful condominium, perfect for couples as it has plenty of gathering space and two identical, private, spacious and elegant bedrooms with baths. A brisk walk takes you to the French Quarter. Highly recommended. Host was very helpful and always responded promptly.

Perfect!

This home is in a meticulous building, in a great location and is perfect for 2 couples. It is easy walking distance to everything you want to do in NOLA. Grocery store, incredible restaurants and bars all in the same neighborhood. The home is very comfortable and is exactly as described in the listing. Brittanie is a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with. 5 stars all around!

Best spot in NOLA!

My friends and I had the BEST time at Brittanie's unit. The space was super clean, plenty of room and amazing location. We walked everywhere and it was really nice having the grocery store across the street to stock the unit with snacks for our stay. We came for Mardi Gras and the location was perfect for viewing practically all of the parades - a short walk around the corner was all it took to get a prime spot. Brittanie was the best host and was super accommodating in regards to our check-in/checkout, while also staying super available whenever we had any questions. As a group, we decided next time we come to New Orleans we are only staying in this here!

Perfect Location

This property was great. It was probably the cleanest VRBO we have stayed at. The communication with host was very easy. Responded with any questions and sent out email a couple days before with instructions for check in, check out, and a list of restaurants in the city - which was super helpful. The location was perfect! We were able to walk to almost every place we wanted to go. French quarter and Lower Garden District were both 1 mile away. It was also very close (a couple blocks) to catch the streetcars. We really enjoyed our time in NOLA. Thanks!

Perfect stay

So many positive reviews of this place. I concur, it's awesome. A few random comments: This unit is directly above a restaurant, but there was no noise or smell issue at all. And the restaurant is quite good. There is some construction going on next door but it did not disturb me at all. The owners are very accommodating and they provide some excellent restaurant recommendations. The beds were quite comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, HVAC is great, and bathrooms are lovely and functional. There can be a bit of a wait for the hot water, but there was never an issue other than the delay. The TV's in each bedroom and the living room are excellent, each with plenty of channels. The location is great - short walk to a very nice grocery store, and the Superdome is very close and easily walkable. St Charles street car is a block away. If you have a late flight, you can store your bags at the barber shop across the street using the Bounce app. All in all, it was a perfect stay.

Amazing place! We will be back!

If I was a selfish person, I would have titled this “don’t book here” just to keep this gem of a place to myself! Lucky for you, I am not that person. 😀 This condo is AMAZING! It is gorgeous. Extremely well appointed, modern, stylish, and comfortable. And I mean comfortable!!! Our first night, we slept until noon! The place is immaculate and you have everything you could possibly need. They didn’t skimp on anything! Not only are there generous toiletries waiting for you, there are also plenty of towels, lush bedding, all the appliances you can ask for including washer dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, beautiful art, smart TV’s in each room… the list goes on. There is a dining table for 6 and bar seating for four. It’s quiet and in a secure building where even the lobby is gorgeous. We were here for the Sugar Bowl and it was a safe and easy walk to the Superdome on game day and late at night. We walked just about everywhere as the location is excellent. The property managers are amazing communicators. I felt like they were taking care of us with such a personal touch. Check in/check out was easy. Do not make the same mistake I made— I didn’t scroll down through the entire check in email. As we were leaving, I scrolled and discovered the incredible list of restaurants that Britannie recommended. I will definitely keep these suggestions for another time. We will definitely be back!!! This place is top notch!!!!! 10/10 rating!!

Nice property --nice location

We were in for a wedding. The location is in a nice part of the city that is clean and well cared for. It is close to restaurants and a really nice grocery store with selection of prepared foods, flowers, wine and anything else a person would need. The owner left us a nice snack with drinks for arrival.

This was probably my most favorite place we have ever rented in the US and Europe! Loved everything about it! The location was perfect! Close restaurants! Safe! Beautiful area! Loved the style of this apartment too! It has everything we needed. If we come back to NOLA, I will absolutely stay here!!
