Perfect stay
This place was a perfect spot to spend the second part of our honeymoon. The location was amazing. Near enough to food and shops but not in the busy hub of Boothbay. Fully stocked kitchen, everything you could need. Would definitely stay again!!

This adorable cottage has everything you need for a great getaway. Comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and a short drive to several beautiful areas - Ocean Point, Boothbay Harbor, and Pine Tree preserve. Check-in was a breeze. I definitely recommend this property.

The best Cottage in Boothbay Maine
We loved visiting Boothbay Maine and this condo was so perfect! I can't think of anything that they could change to make it better! Location was awesome and the cottage itself was super clean, cozy and wonderful!

Comfortable Cottage
The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen, which makes it easy to use for meals. The space has great light and pleasing beach decor. It worked well for the two of us. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Great home in a great location
Upon arrival we had no issues with entry. Upon entering we found a very well decorated well kept interior with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We used the home as a base of operations to visit the many wonderful locations in The Boothbay region. Including Pemaquid lighthouse, puffin and whale watch cruises and local hiking trails.We had a minor maintenance issue but the owner was very responsive ensuring it would get resolved as soon as possible.Overall on a 10 scale would rate a 9.9.

Great location
Cottage was cozy, perfect for the two of us. Close to the harbor and close to fabulous restaurants! East Boothbay is a premier destination - with quaint shops, friendly people and many sights to enjoy. We took a short drive to Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens and had the best time, so beautiful!! Definitely recommend. We loved the neighborhood coffee shop, touring the town, watching the boats in the harbor, sampling fresh fish from the local eateries. Fine dining in the evenings at a different restaurant each night. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return to East Boothbay!

the cottage is charming, very well appointed and very tastefully decorated. the bed is very comfortable, as is living room furniture. the kitchen has all the cooking utensils and dinner ware you could need. and the cottage is well stocked with all the paper products etc. you would ever need during your stay.. I look forward to staying again asap.

We followed up with the homeowner, and they wanted to share the following:-The cable company confirmed that the signal to the property was functioning properly. When the property manager visited, they found that the television had been unplugged, which caused the issue. Once reconnected, the television operated as expected.-Regarding the pool, it is part of the community amenities and remains available for guest use. It is located a short drive from the property, as noted in the listing.-No signs of mildew or unusual odors were found during inspection by both the property manager and housekeeping team.We appreciate the opportunity to review these matters and remain committed to ensuring a comfortable and positive experience for all guests.

Beautiful and Convenient Cottage
This cottage was truly a precious laid out, suited us perfectly. My daughter and I truly were very impressed with how CLEAN this cottage was, The decor is adorable, and VERY WELL STOCKED, we have traveled for years and to a few places, the stock is usually very low, The owners truly accommodate the traveler! Very Thankful and Blessed that they share their home for us that travel, having the conveniences of home, a VERY well-maintained cottage, the location was perfect for our daily road trips, the beds are VERY CLEAN and comfortable, We felt very safe, it is in a quiet little area.
My daughter and I both agree in all the places we have been Blessed to travel, this cottage was truly impeccable, and exceeded our expectations.!

Winter Respite
This fit my needs exactly. I wanted quiet solitude as a break from caring for my elderly mom with dementia. I knew the area would have the scenery I was looking for. Can't speak to what was available for dining as I brought all my meals with me knowing most places close or have limited options. The best for me was this cottage held its own with Temps unusually low, minus 34 degree windchill. I was comfortable the whole time.

Wonderful cottage in a great location
We loved our stay at the Boothbay Cottage. Checking in and staying was a breeze and it made for the perfect spot for exploring the area. Our host was quick to respond when we had questions and the cottage itself is in great condition. I especially appreciated having a full kitchen and such lovely outdoor spaces. The surrounding area is wonderful and offers great food and brewery options. The grocery store is also very easy to access.

Perfect cottage getaway
My husband and I stayed here in mid October for our anniversary. The property was very clean and provided everything we may have needed. The master bedroom is very comfortable, and there are two pull outs if you had more than one couple staying. The location is very close to the Ocean Point walking trail. We actually walked down to it a couple of times during the week. It's our favorite spot in Maine! We will definitely be looking to book again for our trip next year.

We would love to return
We were so pleased with the home. It was well-appointed and met each of our needs. The home is bright and open. Everything was clean. The linens had a fresh scent, and that made us feel even more confident in the cleanliness of the space. Everything we needed was readily available. I was able to work from the home with ease. The internet services were reliable and fast. The location was great for our needs. We explored Boothbay to Belfast. The coast of Maine is a beautiful place, and this home was just right for us.

Comfortable and cozy
We loved everything about the little house. It was clean and everything went smoothly with check-in and appliances and electronics. There are little touches everywhere and the decor definitely reminds you you're in Maine. It was so relaxing to just hang out there after spending the day seeing the sights.
The location, as far as being in Maine, was pretty central between Acadia and Portland, but did involve more driving than we expected because it's on a peninsula.
Linda has everything set up for easy use and help with anything is available from their neighbor. She was promt with communication and very warm and friendly. Definitely recommend.
