Blue Breeze - 4 bedroom Double story home - Close to the beach and Inns National Park

he Blue Breeze is a double story holiday home located in the new section of Marion Bay and close to all that the southern Yorke Peninsula has to offer.
Double story home with two living areas - great views of Innes National Park - close to surfing beaches, fishing and walking trails.
Our location on an elevated block of land on Shearwater Crescent gives wonderful relaxing views of the Innes National Park as well as the surrounding countryside. A short walk down the esplanade takes you immediately into the national park and its walking trails.
As Blue Breeze is located behind the esplanade, we are only a short walk to the gorgeous Willyama Beach (a short 100M walk).
For those who love to fish, there is good beach fishing from Willyama Beach and a short drive will take you to the Marion Bay jetty.
Please note that the Blue Breeze is not able to accomodate pets (pets are also not allowed within Innes National Park) and that smoking is not permitted within the house.
The Blue Breze is a family friendly holiday home. We have included a Nintendo,Wii and SONY PS2 video game system as well as many childrens books, board games and some childrens DVD's to help occupy the childrens time. A high-chair and porta-cot are also onsite.
Interior
The Blue Breeze features two living areas. The upstairs living area is ideal as a parents retreat and the downstairs living area is perfect for the kids to watch TV/DVD's, play video games, or play some of the provided board games.
The upstairs living area also features raked ceilings and is a large open area incorporating the kitchen and dining area. This living area features an L-shaped lounge with two recliners (one on each end of the lounge).
Stroll outside the upstairs deck to take in the relaxing views of the Innes National Park and surrounding countryside. The upstairs deck also features a gas BBQ.
Blue breeze has 4 Bedrooms, one upstairs and the remaining 3 downstairs. The upstairs bedroom features a king size bed. Two of the downstairs bedrooms both have queen size beds and the third has two single bunks. It should be noted that the top bunks may not be suited for adults.
Blue Breeze has a toilet and bathroom downstairs as well as a two way bathroom / toilet upstairs, connecting to the master bedroom and dining area.

Please note that the rental charge includes quilts, and pillows You will need to bring your own Sheets bath towels and wash cloths.

Clean, well appointed, great spot with easy access to Innes National Park. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of space for the family.Nearby Tavern (fantastic meals) and general store.Don’t forget your towels and bedding. There are bath mats, hand towels and tea towels, though. Recommend!

The bins were full outside and plastic bottles blowing everywhere, some of the plates and bowls were dirty, not many glasses to use either. But great position and good space in the house. Thanks.

This place is amazing and has everything you need including those rainy days to keep the kids happy being inside. It’s close to all your fishing and exploring. Definitely one of the best places I have stayed and will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Comfortable home in a great location

Blue Breeze was very comfortable and roomy for our 3 night stay for ourselves and our friends. It was also very close to the Innes national park. The bed sizes were not described in the listing and I had to message the owner to enquire about what sizes the beds were as we had to bring our own linen. We were told the bedroom with the ensuite had a king size bed so we ended up hiring the linen for that one. All in all we had a lovely stay and would recommend Blue Breeze for families or couples

Great place. Very close to the Innes national park

This is a great place. There is plenty of room. The fact that there are bedrooms upstairs and downstairs is a big advantage. It was very clean and is really close to the entrance to the national park. Brett the property manager is really friendly and was very helpful.
