Exceptionnelle maison de plage avec un espace de vie confortable. Le 3800 sf (5000 avec des espaces de vie porche de l'écran) est entièrement meublée avec 4 chambres et 4 1/2 salles de bains. Le plan d'étage ouvert spacieux comprend 2 grands espaces de vie, une grande cuisine moderne, ascenseur, ventilateurs de plafond, et d'espaces de rangement incroyable. Chaque chambre sauf un a accès à une grande terrasse avec de belles vues. Cette maison dispose également d'une douche extérieure et bel espace de vie en plein air avec une aire de barbecue. DeBordieu est une communauté côtière privée fermée qui dispose de 6 miles de plages désertes. Cette maison / lieu a de nombreuses attractions pour faire de ce lieu de vacances de votre maison loin de la maison.

I’m done with the VRBO experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We used to live nearby and after moving away came to this area frequently for vacation, but we won’t be back. It’s now overbuilt, crowded, and the DeBordieu community wants to charge outrageous fees to use their facilities. Thanks to VRBO, there are a ton of fees tacked on to make what is now a now mediocre experience entirely too expensive. This is a nice property, but I don’t like feeling like I’m being taken for a ride to do even basic things like rent a golf cart, swim in a pool, or buy a snack just off of the beach. This isn’t a critique of the property or the owner. It’s a critique of the system and overall experience.

Thanks for the low review. PRIOR to booking on VRBO you have the ability to review all the charges as well as the rental agreement which clearly states all charges and fees. IF you would have contacted our office, we could have provided some alternatives or cost saving measures. DeBordieu is a private gated community that offers a very exclusive experience. Just like everything else, fees have increased, but we still have many repeat guests that understand the value and cost associated with this community. Sorry you did not have a great stay on our coast, maybe next time try Florida :)
