Great place to stay

Everything was wonderful, we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing was there was some things I felt they didn’t disclose to us which I wish they would have at the time of booking.

Awesome home.

This rental was to celebrate my husbands birthday. The home was just as the picture shows. It was the perfect fit for our family. We would stay again if we take the whole family again. Thanks for an awesome stay!

The pictures online are accurate. The space is clean, and the living area is spacious. The PacMan game and pool table were so much fun. However, ants were a big problem, and there could have been more kitchen and bath towels for a house holding 12 people. We wished the yard was maintained because we would have loved to play baseball or some other activities.

The company responded promptly to maintenance issues. However, given the price of the rental, I was not expecting issues with the property such as: strong urine smell (from pets), wet carpet, broken base board with nails sticking out, and evidence of a mouse.

Very responsive host

The host was very responsive with our questions and sent help even on the Thanksgiving day. The cabin itself is also nice big space, great for a staycation. I took a star off because the place was a little far from the main area and stores. About 20 mins away from stores. You also need to go on dirt road for about 5 mins to reach the place. We also found little dirt here and there but nothing majorly dirty.

Loved it! Home has everything we could possibly need. Appliances, blankets, fans, spacious rooms, loved the wrap around deck I would suggest having a vacuum available for long stays. Found recent pest control, but Ants were present daily in the kitchen and a problem. Also find rodent droppings in downstairs bedroom closet. Neighborhood dogs roamed freelt on property. Still, I would definitely stay there again!!

Nice area but not worth the price

The area and house itself is beautiful and spacious. We liked being on the outskirts and enjoyed the horses all around us. We were pretty disappointed in how the house was taken care of. The couch was broken, there weren't any blankets except for the bedding, the water never got above a luke warm temp, and what I thought was a fenced in yard for my dog was really wide open and broken in parts. We looked for an extra fitted sheet and found only one, and it was dirty with blood on it (we washed it but obviously didn't use it).

Unfortunately the upstairs shower was leaking to the bottom floor which forced the master bedroom shower to be out of commission for the entire trip, which was a big inconvenience due to the size of our group. In addition, for us having a big group in the house, I feel we should have been provided more than just one roll of paper towels. Paper towels ran out and we had to go into town to purchase some more. Other than that, the place was nice and I wouldn't be opposed to come back again.

Had a great time.

Place was great. Property manager was very helpful with any concern and questions prior and during our stay. First night, one of the bedrooms has no power. Property manager was able to send someone out to check out and fix the problem. Other than that, the property was huge and lots of room for the kids to play/run around in. Wish there was snow but that can’t be helped.

Family weekend

Our family stayed at Bear Family Ranch. The property was large enough for all 19 of us. We enjoyed our stay and only had a few issues. The hot water heater stopped working on a few occasions and did not have all the supplies that it stated in description.

Beautiful Getaway for the Family

Property management was very responsive. The house was clean and we had plenty of space for our family. The location was quiet and my favorite part of the stay was sitting on the deck during sunset. So beautiful and relaxing!

It was okay

Overall, the property was okay, nothing outstanding about it, although the person we had contact with was very quick to respond so that was great. The house was dusty when we arrived and there were some broken things around, such as the top step of the stairs that had a piece that fell off and fell to the bottom floor. The TV in the living room also didn’t work very well so we weren’t able to use it. The beds and pillows were also quite uncomfortable which didn’t allow for a very good night’s sleep. Looking back, the property was decent and, like mentioned before, nothing too outstanding about it.

Great stay!

It was a great stay, everyone enjoyed the cabin. Had some issues in the beginning but the owner and property management were very attentive. Definitely look forward to staying there again.

Great place for large group

This was a great place for our annual team retreat! There were plenty of beds, the kitchen was spacious, and our team members made great use of the pool table and living area.
