Une belle villa / ferme dans un paysage préservé avec toutes les commodités, une grande piscine, une vue magnifique, l'air doux frais, nombreux et variés restaurants servant des plats de saison magnifique et proche de grand art italien et de l'architecture. L'ensemble de la propriété et la piscine est pour votre usage exclusif. Pas de partage! Parfaite intimité et seulement le chant des oiseaux vous déranger. Maison la plus proche est à 75 km 0.. S'il vous plaît voir les commentaires de personnes au bas de la page! S'il vous plaît noter: ceci est une villa non-fumeurs. Il est rempli d'une collection belle d'art qui de nombreux invités ont commenté. Nous acceptons les chats et les petits chiens. Toutefois, la propriété et la piscine ne sont pas clôturés et les amener seront à vos propres risques. Il est desservi par Alexandra et Manfred qui maintiennent dans un état impeccable. La villa est desservie chaque semaine, mais pourrait se faire plus fréquemment si vous souhaitez à un coût relativement faible.

A fantastic stay at Poggio Bello

We had a lovely stay at Poggio Bello. The house, the garden and swimming pool are fabulous. It is peaceful, well protected from the heat, has a beautiful view on San Donato and the sound of charming church bell which “sings” the Ave Maria at 21 hours. Sant’Agata Feltria is also a very charming town where we enjoyed the fine products from the bakery, butcher and fish monger. And of course the pizza’s at Graziano’s and the nice pasta at the Tulipano Nero. The restaurants and touristic attractions mentioned in the guideline paper issued by Ronald are all worthwhile visiting. He really has a very good taste. We enjoyed our visit to sulphur museum and the tree climbing at the Sky Park of Perticara, the magnificent castle of San Leo and the picturesque town of Pennabilli. We will certainly return to this magnificent location.

We have been very fortunate in receiving excellent reviews. We run the villa not as a business, but for the benefit of our guests and of course ourselves using the proceeds to maintain and upgrade the facilities every year. It therefore is really pleasing to receive feedback such as this review happy in the knowledge that our guests had a wonderful holiday at Poggio Bello.

Maison avec vue

Jardin avec vue superbe sur les collines et le village de San Donato, très grande piscine (que l’on peut bâcher si on l’aime bien chaude), petit village à 3 kilomètres avec supermarché, supérette, boulangerie, boucherie, tabac, café, restaurants…. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison! Bon à savoir: - la carte sur abritel localisant la maison nous a permis de la trouver, pas l’adresse sur waze ou maps - Ravenne (réserver les billets à l’avance pour ne pas faire 1h20 de queue comme nous….) et Rimini (centre historique) à 1h10 - super plage au pied d’une colline dans le parc naturel del Monte San Bartolo (1h30 de voiture puis 30 min à pied) - pas de lave vaisselle (conforme à l’annonce) - Sant Agatha (3 km) est un petit village très authentique où il y fait bon prendre le petit-déjeuner sur la place, y faire ses courses dans le centre ou au supermaché Conad, y dîner…. Cerise sur le gâteau : spécialité de truffes 😋

Simplement parfait

Nous avons eu la chance de rester deux semaine dans cette maison pleine de belles surprises. Tout était plus que parfait et nous la recommandons vivement. Wunderschöne Gegend und reizvolles Haus mit Stil

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider war der Pool in den ersten Tagen nicht nutzbar(grün) und bis es gereinigt war dauerte es. Die wundervollen Obstbäume lockten viele Vespern und Hornissen, es gab dafür immer frisches Obst. Etwas mehr Sauberkeit hätte ich mir für den Preis gewünscht, ebenso fehlt eine Spülmaschine. Insgesamt 4 Sterne .

Beautiful views, Nice pool

Nice house with great views. Nice terrace with table and chairs for everyone (6 persons). Nice and quiet location. The bell from nearby church rings every 30 minutes between 8 am and 9 pm, but it had a nice sound and didn't desturb. We enjoyed it. Small shop and bakery in the town near by. Nice pool and great with pool towels. Probably because the lawn has water every night, there is no water in taps and shower upstairs before after 9-10 am. That was annoying - especially because there is no shower by the pool. There was a few small things to be corrected, but that happened straight away. (A small thing - the grass needs to be cut)

Herrliche Urlaubswoche

Unser Spontanurlaub in die Emilia Romangna war ein voller Erfolg. Das Haus ist perfekt für einen zurückgezogenen Urlaub. Der Garten und der Pool lassen keine Wünsche offen, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und offene Fragen ließen sich sofort klären. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Un luogo rilassante, una casa accogliente e un bellissimo paesaggio

La casa è grande e accogliente, i letti molto comodi, unico piccolo problema con il bidet con il tappo bloccato che non si poteva usare ed era anche l'unico della casa. Giardino molto bello e ombreggiato con splendida vista sui colli e sul paesino di San Donato. Nei dintorni abbiamo fatto un bella passeggiata con vista su San Marino. La piscina è grande e comoda, abbiamo fatto dei bei bagni, però il fondo era un pò sporco di terra e foglie che con l'aspirazione disponibile non si riuscivano a rimuovere, ci vorrebbe un robottino per pulire bene il fondo

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit eigenem Pool.

Mit einer fünfköpfigen Familie, ist dieses Feriendomizils einfach traumhaft! Wir haben unsere Sommerferien sehr genossen,die Natur lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist wunderschön und ruhig. Die Tier-und Pflanzenwelt faszinierend und spannend. Das Haus ist sehr grosszügig und sauber und der Pool kinderfreundlich. Wir kommen wieder : ))!

wunderbare Lage, schönes Haus

Nachdem wir unseren Frankreichurlaub coronabedingt kurzfristig absagen mussten, haben wir innerhalb von 2 Tagen mit Claire alles klar gemacht und hatten dieses schöne Haus und Grundstück gemietet. Wir waren eine "Familiengruppe" von 6 Erwachsenen und allen hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist prima in Schuß, Ingrid ist eine prima Hausverwalterin und hat bei kleinen Problemen sofort geholfen. Der Pool ist grandios und der Blick vom Essplatz in die wunderschöne Landschaft der Emilia Romagna wunderbar. Dank der schnellen Bearbeitung durch Claire und Ingrid´s Bereitstellung des Hauses hatten wir noch einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Beautiful Tranquil Property

Lovely property with pool in its own grounds. If you want to relax and enjoy the real Italy this is the place. We visited San Marino which isn't too far away and also the Moto GP. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The Family of two parents and four children were a joy to host. I was a little worried as I always am with children as our pool is 2.2 metres deep at its deep end and 1 metre at the shallow end and is not fenced, but Monica assured me that their children were good swimmers and were never allowed into the pool without adult supervision. Our manager Christin was delighted with them.I rely on her for immediate feedback. We would love to host them and their lovely children again ! Ronald Translation : The house is great and very welcoming, immersed in the greenery and silence. We stayed for a week and we never moved from home, because we found everything we needed: relax, nature and pleasant climate, calm... and a lot of fun in the beautiful swimming pool! Beautiful house, excellent location

Villa Poggio Bello was exactly what we needed. The house was in a fantastic location with real treasures (not least the fairytale town of Sant'Agata Feltria) right on the doorstep. Very well appointed, immaculate, beautifully cool in the hot summer, with lovely gardens and a great pool, we couldn't have been happier with the place. Alexandra (manager) is lovely, as is Ronald (owner) who communicates excellently!

It is always such a joy to hear that our guests have had an enjoyable stay. I take their holidays very seriously as many guests book well in advance and the week or two they spend at the villa might just be their only annual holiday, and even if it is not, that holiday is very important.

Beautiful villa with stunning views

We visited this property in August and the sun shone every day. Our days were spent by the pool looking out onto the beautiful vista, enjoying walks and visiting some amazing places. We enjoyed a glass of wine watching the marvellous sunsets, listening to the church bells in the far distance and soaking up the real Italy. Our three young chidren loved the pool. Despite our lack of Italian we were understood and made to feel very welcome by the locals. Food in the local restaurants and further a field was fabulous and so very cheap! The house is in the most beautiful setting, high on a hill overlooking the village of San Donato. The interior is beautifully decorated with art work and antiques filling each room. The beds were extremely comfortable and the home had everything one requires. The gardens are mature and well tendered - an english garden in Italy! If you are looking for a holiday to get away from the madding crowd this is for you. Yet, this area is rich in history and gastronomy and offers more day trips than it is possible to take in a two week break. The secluded villa is a delight yet the villa’s strength is that the local cafe/bar is a 5 min walk away and the main town Sant'Agata Feltria which contains a supermarket, cafes, butcher, baker , theatre, pizzeria and weekly market is 2.5km away. There are restaurants which are scattered along the routes to other villages.We have visited many parts of Italy but this region surprised us with its rustic charm, its cheap yet good living, its refined landscapes and friendly locals. The villa contains log buners so I would imagine it is snug in the winter too. If you are a walker of cyclist this is a perfect location.

I am a retired medical doctor who bought the property and spent some 5 years totally refurbishing and upgrading it to a standard that I was happy with. We decided to rent it out only to cover ever rising costs - not to make it into a business venture, but it has become so successful that our family now need to book our vacation early in order to enjoy the villa! We do not use it whilst guests are staying. Our guests use the main villa which you can see in the photographs on the left. We use the both left and right villas. You will have full use of the property and pool whilst you are there. No sharing at any time. We are entering the 8th year of renting - 2016. Heart warming are the number of guests who return having enjoyed Poggio Bello, its solitude, peace and quiet and a totally safe environment.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We bought the property which is in an area of outstanding natural beauty. It has the most wonderful air and totally uninterrupted views in all directions. The Renaissance began an hours drive away in Urbino, birthplace of Rafael. It is not on the commercial tourist trail unlike Tuscany and Umbria, and has so much to offer in terms of authentic local food, festivals, amongst which are truffle, cheese, chestnut, bread, wine (Verdiccio-the white and San Giovese- the red ), medieval, operatic etc. It is about 45 minutes drive to Ravenna with its world heritage site of mosaics and Rimini, with its Tiberian marble bridge still in use both on the Adriatic coast. To the north is the Rubicon, and thermal bathing can be found 40 minutes away. The source of the Tiber close to the thermal baths and San Leo, the finest hill top city in all of Italy according to Machiavelli is 35 minutes away. The Republic of San Marino, the oldest republic in the world is some 45 minutes drive. Arrezo in Umbria with its Della Francesca paintings and frescos is just over an hour away. Michelin starred restaurants and Michelin recommended restaurants are all within easy reach, and the variety and authenticity of the local food offered is wonderful. The property is about a kilometre from the local town and only the church bells will disturb you. It is extremely private and an easy cycle ride to Santagata Feltria, the nearest small town about 4 km away.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The property is private, quiet, has a huge beautiful garden and a large pool - 14 metres long x 7metres x 2.1metres deep. Glorious views of hill top towns and valleys from the property - nothing unpleasant is visible. Safe and lengthy walks according to energy levels and steep hills for the serious cyclist and wonderful food which is totally seasonal in the locality. The best restaurant in Emilio Romagna - voted for the past 2 years is only 30 to 40 minutes drive away, and do bear in mind that Emilio Romagna (Bologna its capital city) is recognised as the "Food Capital" of all of Italy! Historically we were Le Marche, but since a vote in 2010, we are now part of Emilio Romagna. Because we are in the mountains, the villa is very rarely too hot and cool breezes in the evening are often welcome after a hot day!
