Ceci est le Penthouse sur la calle 10 A, où les propriétaires ont été occupés à refaire l'ensemble du bâtiment au cours de la dernière année. POURQUOI ICI? Spa pour 8 personnes, climatisation non seulement dans la chambre, mais aussi dans le salon et la cuisine. Terrasse sur le toit pour divertir. Le bâtiment ne contient pas de familles colombiennes pour vous dire quoi ou qui vous pouvez avoir. 6 pâtés de maisons du parc lleras. Supermarché Carulla de l'autre côté de la rue et la vue depuis le balcon. Chaque chambre a dans la salle de bain, 2 lits king et un lit queen. Toutes les chambres ont un coffre-fort, WiFi. Machine à laver et sèche-linge. Ceci est un duplex, vous entrez dans l'appartement, les 3 chambres sont à l'entrée, puis juste à l'étage se trouve votre salon, votre cuisine et votre immense balcon. Immense HOT TUB presque aussi grand qu'une petite piscine. Maintenant refait une partie de l'appartement. Gardien de sécurité dans la rue pour aider avec les valises et préparer vos invités. Vous pouvez avoir des invités mais tout le monde a besoin d'une pièce d'identité.

Nice location

The property is located around many things, ranging from different cafes, coffee shops, supermarkets, restaurants, the metro, buses taxis and nightlife activity. The overall condition of the apartment is acceptable but does have a lot of stairs. Iwould stay rhere again

Great property management

Due to previous guests, I was unable to stay at exact unit i had reserved, but they put me up at similar unit. Property management was very responsive to me every time I messaged with any questions. The location is very good if looking to stay in Provenza area of Poblado.

Location was great. Good for single guys. Advertising was not accurate. Hottub did not work, AC in living room didnt work. Only found out upon check-in. Would not have chosen this place had I known some features did not work. Check out process took longer due to staff showing up late. Communication was bad from the start. Ran out of garbage bags and toilet paper halfway throughout our stay. Had to buy my own. Place needs better upkeep.

The ac in living room works. You need to turn on the timer on the wall. It’s not a hotel it’s a self catering apartment. You buy garbage bags and toilet paper. View here is amazing. Hot tub gets hot as can be what’s the issue ??

Great Property

Overall property was very nice and as pictured. As others have mentioned, the rooftop is what sets it apart with the kitchen opening up to a large rooftop with an 8 person jacuzzi that works. The communication with some of the 'hosts' for checkin was a little slow but not terrible; it's Colombia so one can expect a slower response time. I'd stay again.

Excellent Apartment

Great 2 floor penthouse apartment. Jacuzzi on the balcony is what really makes this place stand out. Enjoyed having drinks with chicas in the jacuzzi at night and observing the beautiful view. Supermarket and ATM's half a block away for convenience.

I normally don’t leave reviews good or bad but this one I had to. Waiting out front for an hour for someone to show up to let us in. Jacuzzi don’t work. 2 TVs the sound don’t work. Didn’t have water the last 2 days. This place could be nice if they put some money into it. Spend a litte more and go somewhere else.

What we don’t understand is why not tell the host about issues ? Instead of leave it to your review two weeks after staying? Makes 0 sense to us would have let you checked out and refunded money or showed you how it all works? Other issue is expectation management. You paid about $50 a room with a million dollar view on roof and Ac. And freedom to have guests over no charge. What were you expecting ? Maint could have assisted. Communicate with me. Thanks for this garbage review. Starts with I don’t normally review places. Well keep with that if you don’t communicate issues with the host.

Zero stars if it were possible

Very heavy traffic in marginal neighborhood complete with homeless and rats on the street. Fumes and high noise level come into the apartment through cracks in walls and some broken and permanently open windows. We had a baby in the family group, so we left the same day we arrived, and had to go to a hotel because of the busy time of year. Waiting for requested refund, with no response from owner. Help, VRBO! In lesser news, the sofa was torn, metal wires were hanging down from the stove hood, the bathrooms were not much bigger than airplane toilets, the beds were cheap and hard, the bedding was old and worn, and the deck area unusable due to the high noise of constant traffic, fumes, and honking. It was so loud inside the apartment that we had to raise our voices to discuss where to go.

I am without words to there review they never stayed. I checked everything out there is no issues. There’s a walk through video of the place. Showing the bathrooms. The client never asked questions about the area or noise. They booked close to 4 months prior to arrival. If you book the bar zone there will be noise. If you have questions I want people to ask. Showing up here at New Years our most valuable dates and saying I don’t like it doesn’t work. We have a 2 day min rental. If you feel you might not love it book just two nights and come see. It was a very difficult rental with them. I had this property online for 6 years. Most people love it. Not everyone loves everything. I myself took the photos. I’m no trick photographer. Everything is current. Any issues tell me we will fix ASAP. That’s really it.

My issue is he waits over a month to give us 1 star. Never contacted me during the stay. You have to understand. This is a roof top penthouse unreal views. Can party can have guests no charge. No ball busting. All around $50 a room. Has ac. Has flat screens in room bathrooms. 2 blocks to Lleras. What are your expectations.
