Cette villa récemment modernisée a été décorée avec goût. La villa bénéficie d'une nouvelle cuisine, de tous les nouveaux meubles, de nouveaux lits, canapés, mobilier d'extérieur, etc.
La salle familiale dispose d'une télévision de 50 pouces, d'un lecteur DVD Blu Ray, d'une station d'accueil iPod (iPod non inclus) et d'une kinect X-Box 360 (avec un assortiment de jeux). Toutes les chambres bénéficient d'une douche ou d'une salle de bains. La villa a une grande piscine et une grande terrasse supérieure au large de la chambre principale. Il y a aussi un espace barbecue extérieur, un coin repas extérieur couvert, des chaises longues et un coin salon extérieur ombragé.

The property was excellent, clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable throughout. The beds were especially comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep after long days out. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, always quick to respond and genuinely helpful with any questions or requests we had. Their warm hospitality made the entire experience even more enjoyable. We felt very well looked after and would absolutely recommend staying here.

Wonderful Stay Across Generations

We had such a wonderful week staying at this amazing villa in Almancil. It was our first time in Portugal and we were aiming for a relaxing week at a property that could appeal to and accommodate three generations in our family. We had plenty of room, with comfortable indoor and outdoor space that matched the amazing photos in the listening (we were worried we might find it to be outdated once we arrived, but that was not the case). The kids absolutely loved swimming in the pool every day (and night). We enjoyed my (chef) husband’s meals a few of the nights - and he loved used the outdoor pizza oven and the green egg smoker/bbq. My parents were able to enjoy a full week of being close to all of us- yet with enough separate space to get some quiet time when needed. The location was amazing too! We could explore different towns and beaches each day - although we would have been happy going to the closest beach every day (only a 10 minute walk or a short drive). We even took a trip into Spain to Seville for a day. Thanks so much to Dan for the amazing accommodations. We do hope to return!

Lovely Villa!!

We stayed at 47 Quinta das Salinas in September 2018. The villa was fabulous – decorated and furnished to a very high standard with lots of personal touches. The kitchen was very well equipped and the pizza oven was a bonus. We had great fun making and cooking pizzas one night. We really enjoyed the large pool and the heating actually worked. Internet connectivity was important to us and the wireless worked well. The area is lovely and quiet and although the beech is reachable on foot we definitely needed the car. Overall a great holiday and a lovely villa to stay in. Looking forward to going back!

Great Villa

Our extended family (our young children and teenagers, our parents and ourselves) stayed in the villa for a month in August. Organisation of the holiday starting from reservation of the villa till the last day was as easy and hassle free as possible thanks to the lovely owners. They replied to all my messages straight away and made our stay extremely pleasant. Villa is spacious, tidy and light. Everything works. There are ACs in every room including the lounge (which is particularly helpful on the hot August days). There are a lot of toys, books, games and DVDs in the villa. Swimming pool is big, clean, deep at one side and shallow at another. The pool guy was available whenever we had any requests. Swimming pool is gated which is fantastic for the families with young children. There is plenty of very good equipment for the BBQ, Pizza oven etc. The area is very secluded and quiet, however it is very close to the various fantastic beaches, supermarkets etc. Our family would love to be back and would recommend this villa without hesitation!

Great modern villa

The villa was wonderful. Big pool with shallow end for kids. New modern bathrooms. All ensuite. Family room easily useable as another bedroom. About 7-10 mins drive from Quinta shopping and estate. The whole villa was contemporary, well equipped, clean and high spec. Would recommend.

Fourth visit, better than ever!

The Purdy/Payne tribe missed out on our annual trip to the villa last year as Dan was in the middle of a major refurbishment, so it was a delight for the 8 of us (six reasonably grown up grown ups, and two very grown up little ladies) to be able to renew our acquaintance with Quinta das Salinas. Dan's hard work has certainly made the place even more special, the bathrooms are now super deluxe and thanks to a change in local agent things seem to just be running that little bit better (pool cleaning and heating, gardening etc.). It is a wonderful spot, very tucked away and quiet even in high season - this was our first time in the summer, we usually go in May, but delightfully it was no busier than our earlier trips. Walking every morning out on the nature reserve (1 minute out of the front gate, turn right) and towards San Lourenzo is always a delight ,and Almancil is perfectly located for stocking up on supplies (and in Apolonia, you have the perfect antidote if you are feeling homesick for Waitrose...). Thanks Dan for another super trip, afraid its pretty likely you haven't seen the back of us yet.... The Purdy/Paynes

A very relaxing holiday

This was our second stay at this villa and once again We had a great holiday. The villa is very clean and comfortable. The pool area is lovely. My daughter loved the inflatables at the villa. There are some delightful restaurants locally, including Monica's which we highly recommend. We look forward to staying again next year. P. McEvoy.

Amazing villa, fantastic location, just perfect!

This was our second stay in this villa, we stayed for a week but could have stayed for much longer! We love the location - just a few minutes to the beach and on a couple of days wandered down to Vale de Lobo to visit the spa and have lunch, and not forgetting a few drinks at Julia's on the way back. The villa had everything we needed and the pool was the perfect temperature (would definitely recommend paying for it to be heated at this time of the year!). Would also recommend hiring a car (we had ours delivered to the villa one morning which was good), supermarkets are a very short drive away. The cleanliness of the villa was outstanding (as it was before). Will hopefully be going back very soon!

Great villa in a great location.

Me and my family spent 18 days here and enjoyed every minute,the kids loved the pool and all the inflatables that where provided by the owner. The villa is in a great location,15 mins walk from the beach and a few bars/restaurants (The Shack one of my favourite stop offs) through the nature reserve. The owner Dan was brilliant, if we had any questions regarding the villa or places to visit he was always happy to help. All in all a really enjoyable holiday in a lovely villa.

Third visit to the villa, and still perfect

Happy to say we remain 'hooked' on this villa. For early sun with the family, it cannot be beaten. This year the tour party expanded from the normal 5 to 8, and the villa still comfortably fitted everyone in without it being in any way a squash. The weather helped with it being the usual Quinta das Salinas 35 degrees in mid May. We've been very lucky - three weeks now, and one dodgy half day. The rest - absolutely perfect, not a cloud in the sky. The walking is a huge asset of this villa - you are 30 seconds from the salt marsh, where if you turn left you have a multiple option of walks and don't need to do the same walk twice. The uber-villa ogling at the golf course is fun too... Even more perfect that last year - not least because Appolonia now stocks Aspal cider. Our happiness is complete.... Here's to 2016!

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The place is very clean, and representative of the pictures shown and the description. Great support from the management company and no problems with the house at all. I found the villa ideal for children and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. Definitely recommend it.

Amazing villa, amazing holiday

We spent a long weekend at the villa and it was just what we were looking for. The villa was absolutely spotless and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we could have needed and more. We BBQed most days and had plenty of room with a large outdoor table and seating. The pool was fab, just the right temperature and the sun loungers very comfy indeed. The villa is a short walk from the beach and we had an enjoyable day wandering down to vale de lobo and then lunch on the beach front - the beach is amazing! The media room was great and had a good range of channels including movies (my other half was particularly delighted by the sports channels, myself less so :-) We didn't hire a car but there were business cards for a local luxury taxi service (who speak English) on the pinboard in the kitchen which we used - the prices were very reasonable. Definitely will be going back! Highly recommend this property.

We had the best week. The villa was absolutely beautiful with top quality comfortable beds, sofas, towels etc. kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything you could want. Lots of refrigeration space and good quality utensils. We love this villa. Thank you Dan for a very special holiday.

Wonderful Property

A wonderful property, spacious and comfortable. Stayed for two weeks with my family and felt very at home. The property is decorated to the highest standard with some lovely details, the kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms all en suite and air conditioned with comfortable beds. The villa location is incredibly central for a huge amount, within walking distance to the beach and all the bars and restaurants there, and just a short drive to Vale Do Lobo, Quinta Do Lago, Almancil etc It was a wonderful holiday and we look forward to renting this property again in the future

Beautiful Villa, Excellent Location – Fir

We spent 10 days in this fantastic villa and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The décor is beautiful throughout, the villa was clean and spacious and the heated pool was perfect for those early morning swims! Perfect for families and groups of people, myself and my boyfriend stayed in this villa with two of our friends and their one year old baby and had a superb and relaxing stay. The location is perfect, a 10 minute drive to Vale de Lobo beach, restaurants, local attractions, the popular supermarket Apollonia (which stocks English products)and a 20 minute drive to Faro airport. The master bedroom in the villa has its own private balcony which was handy to escape to in the morning to catch the first bit of sunshine after waking up and we enjoyed many evenings using the fantastic barbeque! An ideal place to stay!

Peaceful villa in great location

We stayed at this villa for 8 days and we can't wait to go back! One of the best things about this villa was the location. Although it is in a quiet position it is within walking distance of the beach, a 5 minute drive from the beach restaurants around Vale De Lobo and Quinta Shopping, a 10 minute drive to the amenities of Almancil, if you need them, and only 20 minutes from the airport. The villa itself was absolutely lovely and within a private estate which was quiet, well maintained and beautiful and on the edge of a nature reserve. The villa was again quiet, well maintained and beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. Both the estate and villa felt very secure. All bedrooms and living areas were beautifully decorated and the pool area was where we spent most of our time. We had our 8 month with us and it was perfect for her and us as a fmaily but this place would really be good for anyone looking for a relaxing break.
