Great Villa with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Good communication with the owners prior to our stay and provided all the details we needed for a relaxing break. We stayed for 2 weeks in the safest and cleanest resort we have ever stayed, golf on doorstep and beach within 10 mins. Bars and restaurants a couple of minutes. Perfect relaxing holiday

Holiday with family

Had a great time weather fantastic. Villa had everything you need in it . Location is fantastic if you want to use as a base and explore other towns in the area . The golf resort itself have plenty to do with bars restaurants and pool tennis and crazy golf for the kids very safe gated community can’t fault it

Week in the sun

We had a great week away in the sun. Property was clean and tidy. Villa was well equipped, pool was fantastic although a little cold at this time of year. Golf complex was very clean and tidy, plenty of activities available and includes a supermarket. Joy, the property manager, was very helpful and responded quickly to any communication.

As always this golf resort is immaculate, Villa very clean but a bit short of basic essentials, side plates, (only one) cutlery not enough had to keep them washing them, no small sharp knife, also no J cloth for wiping down table outside, silly things but would rent this Villa again if corrected.

Built over 20 years ago villa now in need of updating. Tired. Mar Menor golf is a very secure development. Loved close proximity to 'The Boulevard' (20 mins easy walk. Shame golf course is also need of updating as it is extremely busy.

Would highly recommend this villa. It has everything you need for a small group. Pool is small but it suited us perfectly. Villa was so clean and contained everything you would want for your trip. Beds and pillows also so comfortable and towels were decent. Communication with property manager was prompt and access to the villa was very easy. Local taxi service very good and taxi drivers very friendly. No problem booking them to go into the local Square area where there are lots of bars and restaurants. Overall this is a great villa in a great location. Nice and quiet but close enough to local hotel and supermarket.

Perfect property for a relaxing break

We had a fantastic stay in this villa. The facilities were everything you needed. Pool was a good size (although not heated) it catches the sun. We had breakfast up on the roof terrace one morning too - lovely and relaxing! The kitchen has everything you need to cook. You could easily not leave the villa. Easy to contact the owner, and help in Spain is offered from a friend on site, also very nice. Would definitely advise having a car as then can go and visit areas and pop to the supermarket off site too. I wish we were back there now! Thanks Hal. Loved the villa.

Wonderful Villa on a Great Complex

We booked this villa for our family of four over Easter. Hal was extremely helpful and friendly from our initial enquiry onwards, and we had a long phone call before booking to answer all our questions. The villa is spacious, quiet and modern, with a large roof terrace, the pool gets the sun in the afternoon and evening which is ideal (maybe also morning in summer). It was cold in April but would be fine in the summer. The villa was really well equipped with everything we needed (even beach towels) so you can travel light and save money. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine, BBQ etc It is a great resort, almost like a small town with mostly villas in quiet, tree-lined avenues. The golf course is woven among all the villas. The hotel on site is great, it has yoga and other classes available for a small cost (3€) and there is entertainment in the evening. The shop on site is very well stocked and reasonably priced, although there is a huge Carrefour supermarket 10 mins drive away. There are plenty of places to eat on site or you can drive to the Square at Los Alcazares (10 mins) for more choice. We had a great time and will definitely return!!

Tout ce qu'il faut pour des vacances réussies. Une maison très bien équipée et agencée, un lieu calme et sécurisé et de l'animation si besoin, à quelques minutes en voiture. La piscine permet même d'oublier que la mer est si proche...

villa tres confortable,bonne literie, bien aménagée. Nous n'avons vu personne pendant notre séjour, ni à l'arrivée ni au départ mais ça ne nous a pas gêné. Les sites touristiques sont un peu limités mais les golfs sont nombreux et de bonne qualité. un bon sejour ,soleil garanti.

We purchased this villa as a family property we were looking for place in the sun.We also wanted a resort with a hotel but we wanted our own property. We really like this resort as it has everything that we need as a family without all the noise of a large resort.

There is a 5* hotel on the resort with a superb golf course so the resort always seems to have people around.Our villa itself is furnished to a high standard as this is our second home and we want people that are staying to have all home comforts.The beds are some comfortable and the villa sits in a quiet location.
