Beautiful villa in a great location

We had a great time at the villa. The location was peaceful and a short walk to local restaurants, shops and the the water park. Paul sent us plenty of information prior to our arrival and was on hand to answer any questions during our stay. The villa had everything we needed, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Definitely recommend

For us the villa was ideal. Clean, spacious, well equiped and in a good location. A bit far to walk into town but with a taxi call button within 50m of the front door it was perfect. No dogs barking or call to prayer heard which was a bonus!.

Perfect place

We have stayed in another villa in the same area a few years ago, so knew exactly what we were getting and it lived up to our expectations, communication with the owner was excellent when required. The villa has all mod cons required to make your stay comfortable and stress free. The villa is within walking distance of some very nice restaurants, Shiraz being our favourite. Will definately return to this villa next year

Simply Stunning

Literally left this property less than 24 hrs ago yesterday and we are missing it already. Set in such a beautiful location, the Villa is simply stunning, a home away from home in every sense, it promised so much and delivered on everything. From the beautiful surroundings, pristine pool, fantastic air conditioning and spacious living areas we could not have asked for more! Add in the amazing communication from Paul which ensured we were able to begin our holiday the minute we arrived💙 Thank you Paul We cannot wait to return

You then have the energy to get out and explore all that the local area has to offer. Whether , it’s exploring the city of Fethiye. The party atmosphere of Hisaronu. The beach life and restaurants of Olu Deniz or just a low key dinner in Ovacik. There is something for everyone. The taxi button at the top of the street . Is just far to handy . Fantastic 🤩

This property was even better than we expected (and that was great anyway hence why we booked 😜). Lovely pool one height (1.5m) all over, brilliant sun beds enough that we could position two in the right positions for all day sun! Toilets on every floor. Great kitchen. Nice shady area outside to chill and have lunch. Great position for short walk to water park and local shops and restaurants within 10 minute walk. Hisaronu is about a 25 minute walk easily done and if you don’t fancy walking a taxi call button just outside the villa. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked for next year.

Arrived late at night and overwhelmed by the peaceful surroundings of the villa , its facilities, the pool , just about everything really, including the availability of fresh cold water from the dispenser ( fabulous idea) We had visited before so knew where to go and who to call so this villa just made the week perfect Getting into town is easy, a quiet day by the pool is easy, and can't compliment the cleanliness enough. Cleaners, pool attendant , gardeners around every day. Wifi great to have. Would only suggest a welcome pack if poss for those arriving late at night.

Great stay.

Right from the start it was a brilliant experience. The communication with the owner Paul was first class we arrived at the villa there was a small problem with the air conditioning in one room. After 1 message to Paul it was sorted the next day. The villa is everything the listing says it has everything you will need. The pool area is first class for lazy day's at the pool. The villa location is a bit out of town but theres a button at the top of the lane. So overall i would give this villa 5 stars. David Cranston

Thank you very much for your review. I am glad that the air conditioning unit was replaced within 24 hrs. The pool maintenance man takes pride in his work. He is usually on site twice a day, six days out of seven. The taxi button outside the villa is very handy on an extremely warm day . I am so glad that you and your guests had a great time. Paul

Stunning Villa and views in ideal location!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. The location of the villa was perfect to enjoy the waterpark which was close but also value for money. If you do not want to venture out you can chill by the pool and as it is so peaceful take in the beautiful surroundings .. if you dont fancy going out?you can order food and beverages straight to your door. The resteraunts are not more than 5 minutes walk away were outstanding Shiraz resteraunt my favourite. If you do need to travel the taxi service is so cheap and efficient, just by pressing a button the taxi was there within minutes. The local markets are a wonderful place to buy literally anything either food or bags and clothes but still have the friendly and colorful nature that you would expect from Turkey. The host Paul Mackie was so very helpful and no matter what the question was he answered within minutes regardless. I could not have navigated around Fethiye without the pricless information that Paul gave. Sad to leave.. will definitely go again!! 10 out of 10!!!

Orka Valley Villas

The property is large and spacious and well equipped however many items are broken or worn. The property needs a little tlc and was not particularly clean on arrival. We only had 7 bath towels for a villa that sleeps 8. Throughout our stay we experienced significant issues with both electricity and water and the air conditioning simply kept clicking off. The owner did provide fans after day 5/7. The third floor was way too hot to sleep in. The area is residential with no local shops or bars although there is a taxi stop at the top of the street. No local information was provided in the villa however we did find a turkish restaurant approx 10 mins away. On arrival there waa a water cooler however no bottles and we purchased 3 for our stay. There is a local shop that delivers however it takes time. We didnt see the housekeeper all week however the gardener was fabulous. As a family we felt we should have been told about the electricity issues in the local area prior to our stay. As we were advised this is normal in that area. The water situation only seemed to impact our showers on all floors and after speaking with the neighbours they had lpurchased warer tanks and pumps. As regular visitors to Turkey we will not return to this Villa and would recommend that in future peopie are warned of the issues.

Fabulous villa

First ever villa holiday and blown away by the size and quality of this villa. In a peaceful setting with a lovely garden and pool. We were in heaven. Taxi button at end of lane took us where we wanted to go at very cheap rates. We also had the option of home deliveries for food and drink and could walk up to the main road for local restaurants and shops. Quiet area leading down into Hisaronou.

Brilliant villa with an excellent pool.

Paul was very helpful with booking process, and the transfers through Orka went without a hitch. The photos of the villa don't really do it justice, the pool is fantastic and very refreshing! The villa was cleaned regularly and new bedding/towels provided, the garden/pool men cone daily and are very polite and friendly. All in all a great villa in a nice quiet area, highly recommended.

Great holiday villa

This was our second time coming to Hisaronu staying in villas and we weren’t disappointed at all with this one. While there was unfortunately one or two minor issues (which were out of control of the owner or the Orka who manage the villa) we had a great time at this villa. We must say that the owner when contacted to let them know of the minor issues was excellent in getting back to us and also getting the Orka to get the issues resolved. The villa itself was perfect for what we needed to be able to relax and enjoy a great holiday. The facilities are exactly as described and meant that from the moment we arrived we felt at home and relaxed straight away. We would definitely look to use the villa again in the future if we go back to Hisaronu and a big thanks to the owners for letting us stay in the villa and for all their excellent communication before the holiday and during our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone else.

Amazing Villa

Just spent 14 fab days at this villa. It has everything you need for a perfect stay. We had a few hitches the first could of days (all beyond owners control) and Paul was in constant communication sorting things for us. Location is quiet and peaceful for lazy days by the pool but you are a short taxi (23lira) from the main town. We tended to taxi in and walk home which took about 20mins. You are a short walk from some fab restaurants with so many to choose from. Our favourites were Teras and Shiraz. Cleaners, gardener and pool man did a great job of keeping the villa clean and tidy and were very unobtrusive. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful modern villa with fantastic views

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at your villa everything you needed, loved the large water cooler, ideal for 7 of us. Any issues resolved swiftly and efficiently thanks Paul. Area ideal for all visits Teras bar great and 4 minute walk. Our only recommendations would be more sturdy brolley as most bent in the wind and perhaps one over the dining area to shelter during meals from the sun. We will recommend to our friends and return in the future. Thanks again for a memorable holiday

Amazing villa with brilliant views!!

A great home away from home with everything you could need on holiday! Lovely clean spacious villa,pool,bbq,washing machine,cooker,iron.. if you need a taxi jus have to press a button at the top of the road and 1 comes within a view minutes! The view from this villa are amazing with mountains all around and you can even see the paragliders in the distance over olu denziz. Fantastic family holiday

Amazing, we loved it in fact loved it so much have rebooked for next year. The villa was everything we could have wished for and more and we still miss waking up to those views!! Paul the owner has been great to deal with and ensured everything went smoothly & answering all questions we had, the team at Orka did a great job of looking after us while we were out there. Home from home. Fantastic !

We stayed at this villa for two weeks in July/ August. We are two families of 5 adults and 3 children. Ovacik is the perfect place to stay for a fantastic holiday at great prices and this is our 6th year of visiting the area. This villa is the best villa that we have stayed at. The owner Paul was a great help with local information and he checked we were happy during our stay and really went out of his way to make our stay a great one. The villa has A/C throughout, a great pool which is cleaned 6 days out of 7 first thing in the morning and the villa is cleaned by a great team of staff 3 times a week, changing the sheets and towels. The kitchen has everything you need to make great meals but with so many great restaurants around at amazing prices we were never tempted to do this. We had great lunches by the pool with fresh bread, cheeses, olives and honey etc, for those who fancy a cooked English breakfast then take your pick from £1.50 to £3 at many pub/restaurants. At the end of the street you can push a button for a taxi which arrives in minutes and cost's about £4 to Hisaronu. We went for a fun game of ten pin bowling at the shopping center in Fethyie which by taxi was about £14. We found a friendly taxi driver who we used during our stay and just called him via WhatsApp. The local independent supermarkets will drop off your shopping for you for free or you can visit the larger chains for cheaper prices. The villa has games, books and dvds to keep you entertained. There is an HSBC cash-point in Hisaronu which if you have a UK link cash card you can withdraw English pounds, so no bank charges and then just walk across to the exchange center for a reasonable exchange rate with no commission. You will not find a better villa at this price with a great helpful owner. Very impressed and thank you Paul it was fantastic.

Wonderful! Fantastic location, beautiful villa

When we opened the door to the Villa we were amazed at how well equipped and kept it was...absolutely stunning, clean and tidy. In a fantastic location in the middle of all our favourite places Feyithe, Calis, Olz Deniz, set in quiet, peaceful surroundings just a stones throw away from the town. Beautiful views what more can you ask for. We had a brilliant stay and would definitely be back at some point again. Paul was very accommodating in giving directions, information and everything we need. Thank you so much. Clare & family

Fabulous villa in a fantastic place

The villa was superb exactly as described. Facilities exceptional. Immaculately set out and very luxurious. We love ovacik and have holidayed there for the last 3 years staying in hotels and apartments but this accommodation was by far the best. There are many good restaurants and bars... teras bar and angora are our favourites. But because of the facilities especially the pool and outside terrace we opted to stay there and cook meals and have takeaways delivered at least 5 nights out of 14. We would recommend the jeep safari and boat trips plus a visit to fetiye. We were a party of 8.. 2 couples in our late 40s and 2 couples in their early 20s everyone of us had a fantastic holiday and will definitely be going back, can't wait!

My family and I have been going to Turkey for over 16 years.
The reason why we chose to buy a villa in Ovacik was for the tranquility and to live and mingle with the locals.
Our 10 minute walk from the villa to the main road gives us access to all that this area has to offer.
We can get the dolmus to Fethiye,Kayakoy and Olu Deniz.
Hisaronu is only a 25 minute walk along the low road and we normally walk there.
You wake up in the morning to a beautiful mountain view with the sounds of the surrounding local animals.
