Location is fantastic!

This property is in a perfect location to enjoy the beautiful village and be “at home.” We met so many friendly and helpful people and enjoyed shopping, biking, hiking and driving.

Beautiful little flat

The flat was lovely…very clean and well equipped. It was very central and had a pretty view of the river out of the sitting room and kitchen windows. Very comfortable bed! I loved my stay and would happily come back.

Beautiful, cozy terrace house, close to High St. and bus stop to travel to Edinburgh. Many lovely walking trails, including along the Tweed River. Peebles is charming. Owner responded immediately to questions. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Lovely property in fantastic location

Charming ‘cottage-style’ flat in a historic and very convenient location just off the High Street. Tastefully decorated and well-appointed, with the added bonus of a river view complete with a family of ducks. Peebles is a lovely town and there are many beautiful walks in the area, as well as being a great base for exploring the Borders and Edinburgh.

Lovely Cottage in Peebles Biggiesknowe

Das Cottage liegt in einer Parallelstr. zur High Street mit vielen Geschäften, Cafés und Restaurants. Es war alles vorhanden und wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Leute sind alle sehr freundlich.

The Apartment was very comfortable and well appointed, especially the kitchen. It was clean and decorated to a good standard. It is well situated in the town, and close to attractions such as gardens and houses to visit, as well as excellent walking. There was plenty of information about this in the apartment.

Attractive apartment near the centre of Peebles

The apartment was bright, clean, well-equipped and nicely furnished with comfortable beds and seating. The sitting room faces south with an outlook over the stream. We would happily stay there again. The only slight down side is that parking can be difficult and may have to be a bit away from the property (which is up a short flight of steps). Also, we found it rather hard to find in the dark and the one-way system does not help. A map covering the access from the Edinburgh road, A 703, via March St. and Damdale would have been useful and arriving in daylight would have been better. (We had been issued with a map covering only the immediate area by the owner.)

Zuhause in Schottland

Tolle Ferienwohnung, wo man sich gleich wie Zuhause fühlt! Liebevoll und mit kleinen Details eingerichtet. Auch das Örtchen Peebles ist eine Reise wert und unbedingt sehenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder zurück ♥️

Cosy and central

Lovely apartment with all the mod cons with a view of a lovely little stream. The apartment had everything you could need and was warm and inviting. We really enjoyed it. Peebles and the surrounding area was wonderful.

Communication with Lynda was excellent. Very well equipped, clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the cuddy. Hope to return again.

Cozy well equipped flat - well located.

Comfortable, roomy, clean and well equipped. Quiet location and parking not a problem - always available within a few tens of metres. We particularly liked looking out onto the Cuddy burn and watching the ducks & ducklings. 3 minute walk to Peebles High Street.
