À propos de la propriété. Il s'agit d'un tout nouveau penthouse 2015 qui s'adresse à toute la famille car il sert avec ascenseur. C'est au 4ème étage et il a une grande terrasse avant avec canapé extérieur. Toutes les chambres sont climatisées

L'appartement dispose d'un garage à la disposition des clients, donc si notre client a du mal à se garer car il est difficile de trouver une place de parking le soir, il est à leur disposition inclus dans le prix.

Beautiful property

Our stay at this property was a very comfortable and pleasant place to stay. It was very spacious and modern. There was restaurants and the beach were a short walk away.we met Steve the host and he was such a lovely person.I would recommend this property to anyone.

Malta at Christmas

We enjoyed our stay in this large, comfortable flat. It is well equipped and only a short walk to the bus terminus, where you can catch buses to various places.

Excellent relaxing stay

The apartment was brilliant and spotlessly clean. There was everything we needed. Easy 10 minute walk down to the bay at Marsascala or 5 minutes down to St Thomas’ bay. Lovely bars and restaurants at each.

Lovely apartment

Loved the apartment which had everything needed to make our stay enjoyable, this was our first time visiting Marsakala, the beach and town were really nice so we hope to come back. Jason was a good host responding to any questions we had quickly.

clean and well appointed apartment in Marsaskala

This apartment is very well equipped and had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. My only suggestion would be to provide shampoo as a courtesy; otherwise it was perfect!

Recommended Place

The apartment was spotless. Area is quiet, but has some good restaurants. With the centre of the town a 15min walk for more restaurants. Communication with Steve was great. If you have come to Malta for the scuba diving there is very good dive centre a 10 minute drive away. Divemed. I would highly recommend them.

Wonderful penthouse apartment

We had a lovely family Christmas holiday in Malta. The apartment has everything you need and is large and spacious. Steve and his wife were both very accommodating, giving advise about the surrounding area. The apartment is in a quite residential area, 5 minuets from a nice small beach, and 10 minutes from the small town. Great location, I’d definitely go back but possibly in summer time when the weather is a little warmer!

Excellent base

The apartment has large rooms and a great front terrace which gets the morning sun. It is very well equiped too. There is a lot of building work in Marsaskala, thankfully this didn't disturb us. Marsaskala is a good base to explore from. We took the bus into Valletta most days to sightsee there or take a second bus to see more of the island. If planning on using buses buy your weekly ticket in the airport. Should we return to Malta we wouldn’t hesitate to book this apartment.

Super Appartement

This is a VERY nice apartment with big and modern rooms, well furnished, a huge and well equipped kitchen, a big garage and with a very kind and reactive owner. Since there is a key box check in and check out was very convenient. The only negative point for us was the very dirty and stinky underground garage (but we were happy to have a garage since parking outside would have been very complicated). We thank Steve for the great holiday we spent in his apartment and we definitively recommend this place! Regards Thomas & Stephie from Germany.

Apartment is great

The apartment is great! With 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is very spacious and leaves nothing to be desired. In addition, it is very well equipped. You can find everything you need in the kitchen and the apartment. It is also very conveniently located. You can walk to the city center and the bars and restaurants in 5 minutes. You can also reach the beach and the beach bars in 5 minutes on foot. A great apartment with a good location and transport links. Communication with the landlord is flawless and problem-free. We were able to get into the apartment earlier and the parking in the underground car park is also very good

Big and clean apartement with drawbacks

Nice, very large apartment, very good condition, very clean. Nicely furnished, lots of storage space. Kitchen well equipped. The large balcony is in the shade from late morning. The apartment is directly under the roof, so it gets very warm. The A/C in the master bedroom blows directly onto the bed and is quite loud. The internet in the apartment was slow (5-10 MBit). The mattresses are hard. There is no smoke detector in the bedroom. The surroundings are not so nice: no sea view, just houses. Since you are on the 4th floor, you can still see quite far. There are a lot of construction sites in the area, so it can get quite loud starting at 7:00 in the morning. There is a small supermarket around the corner. It's about a 10-minute walk to go swimming. The entrance was a bit difficult to find, but the owner took good care of it and responded immediately, even late in the evening. The garage entrance is so steep that our car crashed the first time we tried to drive in. We always parked on the street, which actually always worked with little effort. Warning! The A/C in the living room and the kitchen must be paid (free in the bedroom). For us it was around €1 for two evenings.

Enno kept the apartment in perfect condition,the remarks he said about the A/C are funny he just needed to set the flaps so they are not directly on him,regards the construction Malta at the moment is all construction were you go,and regards the sea view we didn't advertise our apartment is sea view so you could have chosen sea view apartment and pay more but you chosen country views.Enno complained about the kitchen and living as it's to hot the A/C is runed by coins €2 it will last you 4 hours or more so you fell comfortable during your stay.and Enno must say thank you there is sgarage in use free of charge because in the street after 1700 is difficult to find parking so our guest have parking space so don't moan. Splendide Penthouse

Très facile d'accès, nous sommes rentré dans un penthouse extrêmement lumineux, très spacieux, décoré avec goût, totalement équipé, au dernier étage de l'immeuble équipé d'un ascenseur. Le propriétaire,très sympathique et très disponible a la moindre question , la mer est a seulement 5 minutes a pieds, restaurants sport nautique,bar a cocktail, nous y avons passé de belles vacances, je recommande vivement ce logement

Nice holidays

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. L'appartement était bien propre à notre arrivée Il est bien équipé et est spacieux (nous étions 3 adultes et 2 enfants). La garage a été très apprécié lorsque nous ne trouvions plus de place pour se garer dans la rue. L'hôte a été rès reactif aux demandes que nous lui avons faites. Nous recommandons cet appartement

Bel appartement

Un peu étonné par l'environnement, beaucoup de terrains vagues. L'appartement est trés spacieux et trés agréable. Par contre des étagères ou des placards seraient bien appréciables dans les salles de bains car on ne sait pas où poser ses affaires. Nous avons dû déboucher un lavabo. Une petite superette n'est pas très loin. On peut se rendre à pied à une petite plage, ainsi qu'au port. Trés bon séjour et location à recommander

Magnifique appartement, spacieux très agréable

Très bon séjour, même si difficultés de calage au départ pour y rentrer, trouver l'adresse, indications du parking, un peu compliqué avec la fatigue du voyage, et surtout une porte d'entrée de l'immeuble un peu capricieuse au niveau de la serrure, mais la qualité du séjour a ensuite largement permis de dépasser ce petit désagrément plus dû d'ailleurs à notre fatique qu'au logement ! A recommander.

Good enjoy vacation

We feel very good in the flat of Steve. Spaces are really the same as described in the site. Big, quiet and very comfortable prestations. Furthermore Marsascala bay is near of the appartement. Steve and his wife are nice and adaptives. We recommand these vacation!
