This is a beautiful apartment that was perfect for our family of 5. It’s in a great location that is walkable to everything. The owner and property manager are both very kind and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely property in the heart of Cannes

We had a fantastic stay at the property, was made very welcome on arrival. The property is ideally located to the beach, shops and train. It was lovely to be able to explore beyond with neighbouring Nice and Monaco not far by train too.

Excellent location to walk to Rue d'Antibes for shopping and La Croisette promenade with lots of restaurants and cafes. The apt was perfect for 2 couples with an excellent kitchen and living/dining area. Spacious, clean and bright! Secure underground paid parking nearby. Would stay again.

Wonderful, spacious apartment in an ideal location. Would gladly stay there again. One thing, it’s a walk up to the second floor so be prepared to carry your belongings up a long flight of stairs.

Beautiful apartment with great location

Would definitely stay/recommend this place for anyone making Canne their home base. It was a short walk to the train station. The apartment was decorated very nicely. The beds were more comfortable than my bed at home!! I cannot say enough good things about our stay there.

Perfect stay in every way!

Amazing location with a short walk to the beach. Shops, cafes & restaurants just steps away... Apartment is very comfortable and is decorated beautifully, exactly as advertised. Our group of 4 adults was very comfortable here. Michelle is amazing and was very communicative and helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommend!

As a group of 5 ladies on a girls trip, this property was absolutely perfect for us. The host, Michelle, went over and beyond in making sure we were taken care of during our stay. The communication before and during our stay was excellent. The property itself was beautifully decorated and spacious.Location was great and a very short walk to dining, shopping, grocery stores, a cute outdoor market, and all the beach clubs. The property was located in a quiet square with a couple of restaurants below. Very conveniently located.We enjoyed our stay even more because of Michelle and the property manager's hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again in the future!

The Perfect Flat

This was our third time staying at this flat, while in Cannes for a tradeshow, because it's our go to accommodation. The check in is always seamless, the flat is exactly as described, the area is quiet and close to the Palais and all the shops on Rue D'antibes. We will continue to stay here as long they'll host us!

Excellent Apartment

This was the second time my colleague and I stayed in this apartment as it's the perfect spot to stay while in Cannes! The location is excellent in terms of proximity to shopping, restaurants and the Palais. The space is large, well-appointed and easily fit a business meeting we had to hold in the living room with 10 people. We will continue to stay at this apartment as long as they'll have us!

A Delightful Stay in Cannes!

The flat is spacious, central to shopping, groceries, restaurants and beach. With excellent AC, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, it’s so comfortable. The flat overlooks a quiet park square and is adjacent to a very clean and spacious public parking garage. Emmanuel was delightful and prompt in greeting us to show us all the details. It has two bedrooms and a loft, all of which can be made into a variety of configurations based on your party. The place is thoughtfully decorated and has many touches that show a true dedication to making your stay delightful.

Great stay in Cannes!

This apartment was fabulous. Great washer & dryer, two bathrooms, double pane glass so quiet for urban setting. Emmanuel checked us in graciously and spoke good English and answered all our questions. Immediate response to all our needs during our stay. Location is ten minutes from the beach and two minutes from great shopping and cafes. Wonderful experience all the way around!

Great Location & Condo

The location of this condo was wonderful. It was a 5 minute walk (if that) to the beach, train station, basically anywhere. Grocery stores were super close as well. The interior was decorated tastefully and the beds were very comfortable with cold A/C if needed. Emmanuel and Michelle were both very friendly, helpful and easy to contact if needed. I highly recommend this condo for people staying in Cannes. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Very nice apartment in the center of Cannes, close to the beach (10min walk). Everything was in good shape and clean. You will find everything you need the apartment - even a beach umbrella, and a set of beach towels we found which we forgot to bring with us. Restaurants and Cafes are right next to the apartment. A public parking garage, you can book upfront with the city on Cannes, is right next the apartment. Very kind communication with the owner and property manager upfront and during the stay. We are happy to return in case of our next visit to the Côte d'Azur
