Notre escapade Ă  Yosemite - Profitez de la nature!

Notre escapade de Yosemite est une cabine vierge, classĂ©e Silver, pouvant accueillir jusqu'Ă  6 personnes et comprenant 2 chambres Ă  coucher et 2 salles de bain. La cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e comprend des plans de travail en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable, un lave-vaisselle et une cafetiĂšre Keurig. Cette maison comporte un nouveau plancher, un dĂ©cor mis Ă  jour, des ventilateurs de plafond, le chauffage Ă  air pulsĂ© et un foyer au bois en roche (bois fourni en saison). Les dĂ©tails modernes comprennent un bureau en granit avec une station de charge, une tĂ©lĂ©vision par satellite Ă  Ă©cran plat et une connexion Wi-Fi. La confortable chambre principale comprend un lit king-size, un siĂšge de fenĂȘtre confortable et une salle de bains attenante de 3/4. La deuxiĂšme chambre peut accueillir quatre personnes avec un lit queen et des lits superposĂ©s. La salle de bain principale principale et mise Ă  jour a des comptoirs en granit avec des appareils en bronze, et le salon offre un divan-lit queen. La spacieuse terrasse privĂ©e fermĂ©e comprend un barbecue Ă  gaz pour les grillades, un Ă©clairage extĂ©rieur et des meubles de patio pour les repas et se prĂ©lasser Ă  la belle Ă©toile.

Yosemite Getaway

Property was super clean, spacious and all the details were thought out. I would stay here again and recommend this property. The location is incredibly quiet and away from the valley crowds. Staying inside the park boundaries also meant more than we realized upon booking. There are a couple smaller grocery options nearby, but try and bring in your food from a nearby town if you want a wider selection.

Cabin in the woods

Peaceful spot in a beautiful National Park. We had a minor electrical issue which was quickly remedied by Redwood staff. We enjoyed our stay very much!

quiet, spacious, modern cabin in wooded setting

A lovely quiet modern cabin just inside the South Gate of Yosemite. Nearby hiking is excellent or travel about 25 miles by car to the main trails of yosemite valley.

The cabin was cute and authentic ! It wasWell stocked. There is no AC but was cool enough with open windows and fans. The location was also great. The only issue we had was a minor one, There was pet hair in the master bedroom on the comforter and the sheets, also on the living room furniture ! There is a no pet policy so not sure why this even happened. The manager did have the comforter thrown into a dryer to try and get it off but sheets weren’t changed

Great Stay in the Park

Our cabin was conveniently located in Wawona, which saved us quite a bit of time accessing the valley floor. It was nice to be able to return to a clean, comfortable cabin after a long, hot day at play. Our only wish would have been for air conditioning as our stay was on one of the hottest weeks of the year, but the experience was great overall!

Great place to stay!

Our family of 5 very much appreciated the location and updated look. Everything was spotless. The kitchen amenities were fabulous! Everything was in good order! Very comfortable. The setting is beautiful!

Great Cabin

We had a great time in Cabin 74. We brought our two young boys as well as the two Grandmas for Thanksgiving and we were extremely comfortable. I've been staying at the Redwoods for almost 40 years, since I was a child, and it was great to have the upgraded kitchen while enjoying the preserved rustic charm that these cabins have always been known for. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful cabin with us, we'll be back for sure.

Great first visit to Yosemite

My husband and our 3 kids had a wonderful stay at this cabin. There were 2 hiking trails within walking distance (Chilnualna Falls and the swinging bridge) that we could do with our kids ages 5-7 that were beautiful. It was so convenient staying inside the park, it was about a 40-60 min drive into Yosemite valley. The kitchen was very well stocked, we brought all our own food and cooked every meal in the cabin. The only thing we needed was paper products and zip loc bags. There are lots of fun games for all ages, as well as a very well stocked book shelf and selection of DVDs. Overall we had an amazing experience.

Family of 4

Cabin 74 was a perfect place my family of 4. It was our first visit to Yosemite and we stayed 6 nights. We loved how quiet the area was and we are so happy we did not stay in the over crowded valley! We chose to wake at 6am, do breakfast, pack lunches and head out for our adventures before the tourist madness began. (The cabin is about 45 mins from valley floor) Then we beat traffic home and had a great dinner on the awesome deck! I can't wait to do it all again!!!

Celebration

We celebrated our 60th birthday with long time friends at your beautiful cabin! Everything about it was perfect. The kitchen was so well-equipped for any type of cooking. The living room was cozy with plenty of seating for family time. Games and books are provided. There's a huge fire place for cooler months. The beds were comfortable and clean .... felt a lot like the one I have at home! Oh! And the back porch was great for evening rest and morning prayer time! We did a lot of hiking in Yosemite and needed this lovely cabin to refresh.

Perfection at the highest

Our family getaway to Yosemite was absolutely perfect. Cabin 74 was decorated so cozy with everything done in the cabin theme. It was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was equipped with top notch cookware! Everything from the flatware, glassware, culinary knives, pots and pans, crockpot, coffee maker and serving bowls made cooking and dining a breeze. Beds and linens were very comfortable. The outdoor BBQ on the deck was awesome. Even had a small library, games and movies. Great internet access also. Located in this small quiet, beautiful town of Wawona was just perfect for our family. Just a short drive to the beautiful Yosemite Valley. The river and hiking was just walking minutes from the cabin. We shopped at the small little country store for items we had forgotten to bring. The staff at the lodge were very courteous and helpful. My grandchildren say this is the best family vacation ever. The only thing that would have made our trip better was to extend our stay to 2 weeks instead of one!!! Can't wait to return next year!!! Great Getway for a family of 6

This was a great place for our family. It was comfy, clean, and relalaxing. We were able to comfortably have 6 adults in this cabin. The deck was one of our favorite places to enjoy the outdoors and meals. The dining table was great for games and puzzles. We were able to relax in the family room and play games around the table there as well. It was an unforgetable trip!

Excellent. Amazingly well-equipped kitchen, nicely furnished, lovely deck. It would have been nice if Redwoods in Yosemite had provided more than 4 towels for 5 people staying for 4 days. A minimum of two bath towels per person should ne adequate.

Wonderful cabin easy access to Yosemite and great to make early drive to the valley!

We enjoyed this cabin, as a family of six it was a perfect size- it was 90+ degrees the week we were there but great ceiling fans helped keep us cool, as well as a walk to soak our feet in the cool river! Having a small store nearby was great! The office at the redwoods was helpful and have most anything you would need for the cabin- dish detergent, soap and access to W/D that are coin operated. Fresh towels to trade out if needed! Nice to have access to the park with no reservations, one less thing to worry about! Even woke the first morning with deer right outside the cabin! Would definitely stay again!

Yosemite get-away

Wonderful cabin- cozy, well-stocked, exactly as pictured. The only disappointment was that it was not an individual property but one of several cabins in a community called Redwoods in Yosemite. Not a criticism- just something to be aware of. We had a great time.

The Redwoods in Yosemite is located in the little community of Wawona, 6 miles INSIDE the south entrance of Yosemite National Park. It makes a wonderful home base while you explore and play in Yosemite. Depending on the season, there is always something special to enjoy!

In the spring, the rivers and waterfalls throughout the Park, including nearby Chilnualna Falls, are nothing short of awe-inspiring.

During the summer, you have the opportunity to relax in the south fork of the Merced River & cascading waterfalls. Enjoy a hike to nearby Chilnualna Falls, the Swinging Bridge, and the Meadow Loop Trail. Visit the nearby famous Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias. Enjoy fine dining and play golf at the historic Big Trees Lodge (formerly The Wawona Hotel), go horseback riding, fishing, enjoy Ranger walks and talks, or visit the Living History Center/Pioneer Village.

In the fall, the colors are spectacular as you enjoy the walking path around the golf course of the nearby historic Big Trees Lodge. See the nearby famous Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias.

In the winter, the family-friendly Yosemite Ski and Snowboard Area (formerly Badger Pass Ski Area) offers snowshoeing, snowboarding, skiing, cross-country ski tours, and in Yosemite Valley enjoy the outdoor ice skating rink.

In any season our Wedding and Event Center is open for all occasions! Whether it's for a group ski vacation, business training, a family Christmas or Thanksgiving get together, or a reunion of any kind this is the perfect spot for all to gather. Our Wedding and Event Center comfortably seats 100 for group meetings, and 80 for formal dining. There is a large open deck with a fireplace, and inside there is a second fireplace along with a separate Board Room and Catering Kitchen.
