IdĂ©alement situĂ© Ă  proximitĂ© des restaurants et des magasins Riviera Village et Ă  10 minutes en voiture de la jetĂ©e d'Hermosa. Les deux chambres comprennent un lit queen-size et la cuisine est Ă©quipĂ©e d'un ensemble complet d'assiettes, de casseroles et de poĂȘles prĂȘts pour la cuisson. SĂ©jour avec TV, Wifi. Il est situĂ© dans un quartier calme avec un accĂšs facile Ă  LAX.

This location was ideal. Quiet neighborhood and really close drive to various beaches/restaurants. The property had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and the outdoor seating area couldn’t have been more perfect for lounging.

We were very happy with our accommodations. The beds were comfortable, the little house & it's outdoor seating area were perfect for our needs. The neighborhood was quiet so we slept very well. We would definitely return if we visit Redondo Beach in the future.

Quiet, relaxing house with responsive host

My husband, 14-year old child and I stayed here in August and loved the house - the layout, decor, and the outside patio. With the windows open it was very breezy and was close to the beach and restaurants. Reasonable walk to beach, library. Whole Foods (15 min), though having a car is preferable. It is on the bus line though so can get to/from LAX via bus. Valerie was a great host - answering all of our questions and checking in to see we had everything we needed. The house was fully stocked with coffee, beach chairs, iron, blow dryer, etc. The outside patio was lovely for eating or reading. If I visit the area again, I would stay here again.

A friend and I rented Victoria's home for a high school reunion weekend in PV. The house was clean and bright and had everything we needed for use as a home base for activities. We weren't sure we'd use the nice patio space in front, but we had a lovely take-out Thai dinner with a few friends on the patio one evening. The two bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well-appointed even though we didn't cook. Victoria was just a text away if we had any concerns. We would have appreciated one or two comfy chairs added to the living room furniture, but otherwise, the home was just about perfect for us! Highly recommend and would definitely rent again.

Convenient and Functional

My husband and I were visiting our daughter who lives in Redondo Beach and wanted to have our own space for the week we were there. This cottage is not too far from her home and worked well for us overall. One thing to note is that there’s a big cement staircase leading down to the cottage. I wasn’t aware of that from the photos. It’s not a big problem, just something to be aware of if one brings a lot of luggage. I also didn’t realize the place actually has two bedrooms! Each has its own closet, but the closets were both kind of filled with a lot of stuff
a few small tables were in there, and stuff that just made it hard to hang clothes, despite the closets being pretty ample. The bathroom is adequate but small
the shower was very good. I can’t imagine four adults managing with the bathroom, but it worked fine for the two of us! The kitchen was nice and well supplied overall. If you notice anything missing, be sure to contact the host and she will provide it. We didn’t do that and we should have. The heat worked great for us, as it was quite chilly in LA at night while we were there. I understand that the cottage is air conditioned as well,though I only saw one small air conditioner in a window in the second bedroom. There might be a second one that gets put in for the summer. Many places to rent in the area do not have A.C. & with climate change it’s very helpful.

Wonderful Redondo Beach Home

We recently completed our third stay at this beautiful, well appointed home. Walking distance to Redondo Pier and the Strand, this home has an amazing outdoor sitting area and a kitchen with new appliances and lots of pots, pans and utensils options (unlike most Vrbo's). We can't say enough good things about this place and look forward to visiting again!

We found this house to be well appointed and a great value given the location. The only thing we would comment on is the mattresses, if you expect a quality mattress , at least at the time of this writing, you will likely be disappointed. The bedding however was lovely and the sheets super soft.
