Au coeur de Sienne à quelques pas de « Piazza del Campo » il y a ce bel appartement au 3ème et dernier étage. En remontant une soixantaine étapes que vous entrez dans le logement par une vue sorrounded à couper le souffle, un escalier intérieur vous ramènerai dans une terrasse panoramique où vous pouvez voir Sienne avec toutes les beautés jusqu'à la campagne pour une vue à 270 degrés. Merci à ces caractéristiques Ces toits ont été faites dans la fusillade du film 007 « Quantum of Solace ».

La maison est caratterizzata par un grand salon, avec une salle de bains, relié à une cuisine spacieuse à partir de laquelle vous pouvez accéder à une belle terrasse, se déplaçant dans la zone de couchage, nous trouvons les trois chambres à coucher et une salle de bains plus. Accès à la plus grande terrasse au dernier étage, vous serez charmés par une vue imprenable sur toute la ville et la campagne du sud de Sienne.

Ce qui a trait aux aires de stationnement, la zone dans cui notre appartement est situé est Soumise à ZTL (zone à trafic limité), malheureusement, Par conséquent, vous ne pouvez pas accéder à l'appartement avec la voiture même que de laisser les bagages, donc nous recommandons deux parking couvert, multi étages, à, supervisé (ouvert tous les jours 24 huors) à seulement 10 minutes à pied de l'appartement:
- Parking « Le champ »
- Parking "San Francesco"
Le stationnement est disponibile anche sur le bord de la route non gardé « Porta Romana » avec un prix plus élevé, mais à seulement 100 mètres de l'appartement.

De la maison, il est possible d'atteindre en 5-10 minutes:
- Piazza del Campo (Place de Palio)
- La cathédrale
- La basilique Provenzano
- L'académie de musique Chigiana
- Le rectorat de l'Université de Sienne
- Les rues de Banchi di Sopra et Banchi di Sotto (les principales rues commerçantes)

À l'arrivée des invités, il sera mon soin de vous faire découvrir un large choix de cartes et cartes de visite sur la ville et ses environs. Vous trouverez un paquet contenant également les bienvenus produits locaux.
Il est possible de louer des chaises hautes et des lits pour bébés, demander des informations pour en savoir plus.

Je suis à la disposition des clients avant, pendant et après le séjour.

Le quartier de cui l'appartement est situé est très calme, idéal pour ceux qui veulent se détendre, mais aussi pour ceux qui veulent passer des vacances d'amusement. De plus, cette zone de la ville est très proche de toutes les commodités (supermarché, restaurants, bars ...), mais aussi à toutes les beautés et les attractions qu'offre la ville. Compte tenu de la position de l'appartement, vous pouvez vous déplacer à pied pour atteindre tous les besoins et les parties de la ville à visiter.

Great Stay in Siena

This apartment is in a good location with a great view of the Duomo tower and other attractions around piazza Il Campo. The 3 flights of stairs gave us a great workout, but it was worth the view. It truly is 10-15 walk to all the major attractions, and lots of restaurants are close. We would stay there again!

What a terrific place to stay!. Everything was as advertised. Niccolo is the best! We hope to return to this property. Our first time overseas & it was magical ! Five Stars all the way for Niccolo, the property & Siena !

Incredible apartment with the best view in Siena

Don’t be intimidated by the stairs! We are late sixties and no problem. And the view is totally worth it! Sunrises with pastries from around the corner and drip coffee from the well equipped kitchen in the morning and sunsets with chianti in the evenings. Siena is one of the most welcoming places we have been and it begins with Nicollo! Grazie Siena!

Couldn’t have chosen a better place to spend our 3-month stay in Siena! The apartment was simple but very clean with ample room for my husband and I and guests we had visit on occasion. The kitchen was modern with great appliances and ample cookware. Smart TV. AC and heat worked fine. But the BEST part was waking up and going to sleep to the amazing views! The Siena Cathedral and the Campo’s Torre del Mangia (campanile) are visible from the LR and Kitchen. There is a small balcony off the kitchen and another bigger balcony on the second floor with an outdoor table for eating. From these balconies, you have a gorgeous panoramic view of the Tuscan countryside to the left and the aforementioned city views to the right! Lovely to sit on these balconies in the early morning with a cup of espresso to hear the swallows and many church bells…equally to have a glass of wine as the sun sets on this beauty! The location was perfect…even though it is only a 10 minute walk or less from Il Campo, it is in a quieter area away from tourist traffic and crowds. Grocery store and butcher nearby. Very safe neighborhood although I would say that Siena itself is very safe. The host, Niccolò was amazing—very kind and responsive to any questions we had during our long stay. As mentioned in previous reviews, there are a lot of steps up to the apartment, but we are in our 60’s and got used to it…and the steps were worth the views and location. Highly recommend!

Flat is really reflecting description of site. Real high standing. Very comfortable, well-equipped. Magical view on Siena. As a family of 5 people, we really recommend this flat. Good place, great time !

Beautiful apartment very well located in Siena. Host, Niccolo greeted us upon arrival and did a wonderful job introducing us to the apartment and the stunning views from the balconies. If you are coming to Siena for a stay you should consider staying here. We would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment. View was amazing of Siena and Tuscan countryside. Short walk to the piazza. Apartment has been remodeled and in excellent condition. And it was big! Has. 4 separate sleeping areas, though room off terrace is not air conditioned. Niccolo was available If we needed assistance. Couldn’t recommend it more highly!

This apartment is spectacular, even better than the pictures. It is clean, well appointed and comfortable. The views are truly one of a kind. And Nicco was wonderful. No better views of Siena!

There is no better view of Siena than from the rooftop and kitchen terraces! Niccolo was a gracious host and this apartment exceeded our expectations, as the pictures do not do it justice. The bedrooms are comfortable with nearby bathrooms. The kitchen is fairly large, very well equipped and with enough room to accommodate our cooking class one night! Although not traditional in Italy, we missed having a microwave and American style coffee maker. The washing machine in the kitchen closet area was very handy. The location cannot be beat. We walked every day to all the sights in Siena including the Siena Cathedral, Piazza del Campo, Plazzo Pubblico, Torre del Mangia, Biblioteca Piccolomini, Siena National Gallery and many more within a 10 minute walk. In fact we could walk to almost every neighborhood (called Contrades) in Siena within 20 minutes! There is a steep climb up three flights of stairs to the apartment, but after a few trips it is simply good exercise and well worth it for the views. There is a very well stocked market only a couple of minutes walk for everything you need for food and drink on your own, additionally there are literally hundreds of restaurants within walking distance as well. We highly recommend this apartment if your travels take you to Siena.

Amazing apartment in a fantastic location!

This apartment is AMAZING....2 minute walk to grocery store, gelato, pizza, five minute walk to the Piazza del Campo and all it's restaurants and shops. The view is spectacular. The apartment is completely re-done and the best equipped apartment we have ever stayed in, absolutely anything you might need is there for your use. The host was very responsive and such a nice man! We will be back!

Wonderful apartment in Siena city center

Siena is a magical city. The apartment is very nicely appointed and spacious. The rooftop patio was a gem with wonderful views of Siena. The location of the apartment is perfect -- Siena is a very walkable city inside the city walls. The location of the apartment makes easy access for taxi pick up and drop off when you arrive from or return to the train station. One of the charms of the apartment is that it is on the 3rd floor. But that comes with a small cost of going up many many stairs. If I ever have the good fortune to return to Siena, I would stay in this apartment.

Tolle Wohnung mit traumhaftem Blick

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Es gibt einen Balkon sowie eine große Terasse, von wo aus man den fantastischen Blick über die Stadt genießen kann. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und sehr gut ausgestattet (viele Schränke, bequeme Betten, komplett ausgestattete Küche, um nur Einiges zu nennen...). Niccolò ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der uns mit vielen Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflugsziele versorgt hat und der bei Fragen immer erreichbar war. Wir kommen wieder!

What a view!

We (two couples) thoroughly enjoyed staying in this lovely VRBO for 5 nights. Although we did not cook, the kitchen seemed to be well equipped. All rooms were nicely decorated with pleasant furnishings, and we were quite impressed with what seemed to be a recent renovation; even the windows were quality. The view from the upper patio was spectacular and unparalleled for evening wine time. The location provided walking distance to most tourist areas, restaurants, grocery stores. It was a bit sad to leave! (One note: the beautiful, but uneven marble stairs up to this apartment are a bit challenging. We might hesitate to stay here if we were quite elderly. Otherwise this is a wonderful VRBO.)

Lovely rooftop patio in central location to main square

This clean and well appointed apartment was perfect for 2 couples spending 2 nights in Siena. Location was excellent for wandering the town, getting to the main Piazza for dinner and a concert, and exiting the city walls to rent bikes from Siena Bike Shop. Rooftop was our favourite of the whole trip for a pastry breakfast, before dinner drinks, and late night Limoncello shots and card game. This place really satisfies!!

Amazing stay - our favorite in Italy!!

If you get lucky enough to stay here you will see the most amazing view that is breathtaking all day long. Of course the apartment itself is beautiful and comfortable. We loved walking to everything and Niccolo was a delight!

Terrace, balcony, great location!!!

This is a superb location! Well worth the climb up the stairs, has to be one of the best views of , and in the city!! Easy to walk everywhere. 5 minutes taxi from train station. Three good bedrooms, two bathrooms, everything very clean. Lots of essential items, incredible terrace and also balcony!!! Very well equipped kitchen . Also some kitchen staples , washer and place to hang clothes to dry. Had a wonderful stay!
