Charmant bungalow de 3 chambres doubles situé dans la campagne de Mid Ulster dans le comté de Tyrone, à 10 minutes du bourg local de Cookstown. 20 minutes de Dungannon et 30 minutes d'Omagh.
Peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes, adapté aux familles. Lit de voyage et chaise haute disponibles sur demande.

La propriété dispose d'une grande salle de bain principale avec baignoire et douche à jets puissants et d'une salle de bains attenante à la chambre principale. Cet hébergement indépendant dispose de toutes les commodités modernes disponibles, y compris un réfrigérateur, un four micro-ondes, un four, un lave-linge, etc. Toutes les chambres ont des radiateurs de chauffage central au fioul avec des statistiques de radiateur individuelles pour un contrôle facile de la température. Tous les draps et serviettes inclus.

We had a wonderful stay at Josie’s lovely home! After a warm welcome from our host upon arrival, she showed us a few key points about the place. The kitchen and baths were extremely well appointed and clean. Communication throughout our 3-night stay was gracious, friendly and quick. Lovely house in the country. For a get away from it all yet centrally located, hard to beat. House is lovely and the owner is wonderful. The house was well equipped had all the basics needed supplied. Highly recommended!!

Josie had the house spotless for our arrival. She met us outside when we arrived, which I am glad she did as she was able to provide us the code to the lockbox to get the key to the house since our phones 4G wasn't hitting at the time. Her communication is excellent and the snacks provided were spot on. We were happy to see horses in the field around us and were surprised to see a bonus little filly running in the field. While we were there one of the mares gave birth to a second filly, so we got to see a second one for a bit. All in all it is a great place to stay. House is clean, good sized, well stocked, beds are comfy, and the host is on top of everything and responds very quickly to questions you may have. It is about 10 minutes to the nearest town (Cookstown) where you can pick up essentials from Lidl and get gas if needed. Would definitely stay again!

Cookstown Perfection

This property, the hosts, the home, the setting were all perfect. This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in and Josie and Bryan were the perfect hosts. They are truly wonderful people. If this home is available in the time frame and area you are looking at then book it ASAP. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and made some new friends as a result.

Wonderful place to stay . . . And centrally located too!

I was in Northern Ireland for a combination of business and pleasure that would take me to Belfast. Donegal, Banbridge, Portrush, and more. This place was perfectly located to serve as a central location. The house was clean, comfortable, warm, and inviting. The owner was absolutely delightful and responsive to my communications. Best of all, the owner really prepares for guests in a manner that demonstrates how welcome you are to stay there.

Fahy's visit to Cookstown

Great home, perfect location, everything we needed and above all the best host imaginable! Josie went out of her way to welcome us and prepare for us. We had arrived just days after storm Eowyn when much of the country was without power. She secured back up lodging for us just in case the power didn't return. We will definitely stay again if back in the area and highly recommend this lodging!

Fantastic! Josie and Brian are the best hosts ever! There was a lovely gift basket in the kitchen when we arrived and Josie was there to greet us. She always has a smile.We loved the house (very clean) and organized. The location is perfect. Very close to Cookstown for shopping and in the center of Northern Ireland, so going in any direction was not a long drive. The kitchen and the baths were fully supplied, and all of the rooms were nicely furnished. If we return to N.I., this is where we will stay!

From the moment I drove up the driveway and was greeted by the horses in the front paddock, I felt an instant sense of peace, like I’d come home. Each morning, waking to see them grazing just outside my bedroom window was such a gift.The house itself is spotless, comfortable, and has everything you could possibly need. You can tell how much love and care has gone into creating such a welcoming space.The hosts were wonderful, kind, genuine, and so easy to talk with. Their hospitality made my stay even more special.It’s one of those places that stays with you long after you’ve left. I’ll definitely be back.

Perfect Relaxing Rural Home Base

We felt right at home in this comfortable, well appointed country self cater. Our host was helpful and easy to contact. The location, as described to us is ‘in the middle of nowhere in the middle of everywhere’. If you are touring N Ireland and want to be an hour from everything, the location is perfect with picture perfect rural roads to explore.I can’t say enough about how wonderful the host is and how well prepared she is, including a basket of much appreciated supplies

We had heard about Irish hospitality, and Josie meeting us at check in, having some food treats, and helping us figure out some tech issues made a great start of our trip. The accommodations were comfortable, well-appointed, and everything we needed was close at hand. It was a very peaceful setting next to a pasture where Mama mare gave birth to a foal the morning of our departure. It was a convenient drive for our three main destinations in the area - back to Dublin, to Belfast, and to Rathlin island to see puffins, then on to the rope bridge and Giant's Causeway. We would highly recommend a stay at this wonderful accommodation.
