Maison de vacances récemment rénovée à St Andrews

La propriété a été entièrement rénovée sans frais épargnés, salle de bain entièrement neuve, nouvelle cuisine avec toutes les unités et chaque appareil remplacé.
Tous les planchers ont été remplacés par de nouveaux tapis dans les chambres et des planchers en bois massif dans le salon / salle à manger.
Il s'agit d'une maison de vacances très confortable, située à seulement 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville de St Andrews.
Les lits de qualité hôtelière sont de nouveaux lits zippés et articulés et peuvent être disponibles en lits simples ou doubles superposés ou en toute combinaison avec des surmatelas confortables, ces lits sont très confortables et confortables avec des draps en coton égyptien de Next.
Il y a un très beau jardin avec une table et des chaises pour le petit déjeuner et aussi un banc de jardin qui reçoit le soleil du soir!
La propriété est située au coin du supermarché Morrisons et dispose également d'un Marks and Spencer juste le long de la route.
Le haut débit est fourni, chauffage central au gaz, TV avec décodeur Talk Talk et lecteur DVD ainsi qu'une station d'accueil pour iPhone.
La propriété est disponible sur une base flexible avec un minimum de 3 nuits en été et 2 nuits en hiver!

A nice quiet neighborhood, close to a couple grocery stores, as well as close to the town, without having to worry about parking. Home is clean and set up well for enjoying a family vacation. Host is responsive and things were communicated well for our stay.

Great place to stay to get to downtown quickly.

We had a famiy of 3 stay there. We thought there was a dryer but there was a drying rack so me made that work. Very comfortable and clean.

Golf trip

Great spot for a base for a few days for my son and me to play golf in the area. Excellent location for quick access to city centre and St Andrews golf courses. Grocery store a block away. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Home itself was clean and had everything we needed. Host was very helpful and accommodating. Would stay again.

The home was very clean and well set up for everything we wanted to do - relax, cook a few meals, and explore St Andrews. The beds were very comfortable. Alan, the host, was proactive in reaching out before we arrived and responded promptly when we had a question about the process for departing. We did find the tub/shower very deep to get into and out of, so made use of the broad step that was provided. We would definitely recommend the property.

Perfect stay in St Andrews

Clean, well equipped semi-detached house with little garden, very calm and with easy access to St Andrews or the trunk roads for longer trips. Morrisons store within walking distance. Nice contact with the owner, smooth communication. Perfect for our short visit to St Andrews. We would love to come back.

Charming house in St. Andrews

This house was perfect for our family. We traveled around Fife for multiple days of golf and, this location was perfect!! My husband, adult son, and myself enjoyed all the well stocked amenities in the home. The backyard garden was beautiful. The photos are very accurate and the host was so fast with his communication with us! I would recommend, and I would choose to stay here again if I ever had the chance.

Very comfortable, quiet, and convenient home right on a free roam trail that connects to the Lade Brae garden trail to town. A big grocery store and bus station about one block away. No need for a car in St. Andrews. The owner was very responsive to questions. Would definitely rent again! Only one suggestion: the house needs a serrated bread knife to slice the beautiful bakery loaves at the Morrison grocery store.

Welcoming

Lovely and quiet neighborhood close to several grocery stores. Bus stop is close but we usually walked into the heart of the town for sightseeing and errands. I was with my son starting at university. We took a taxi to the residence hall on the day he moved in.

Very comfortable, clean holiday home with 2 supermarkets nearby and within walking distance of town centre. Private back garden was a bonus. Unfortunately only 1 dessert spoon supplied and grill tray had not been washed since last used but these are minor issues.
