Casa Ulivella est une propriété récemment rénovée. Il bénéficie d'une grande et spacieuse terrasse surplombant la mer. La terrasse est équipée de mobilier de jardin, d'une table d'extérieur, de chaises longues et d'un barbecue, ce qui en fait l'endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter de la côte amalfitaine. L'emplacement est parfait: à seulement 15 pas de la rue.



La maison est organisée sur un étage avec:

This was our second stay at Casa La Ulivella, and it was just as wonderful as we remember from our first time there nine years ago. The property is easily accessible by just a short flight of stairs (a real treat on the Amalfi coast) and is half a block from the perfect viewpoint for sunsets over Capri. The home is well fitted with comfortable furniture, a great bed and everything you need for a relaxing stay. But the highlight is the amazing deck and the unforgettable view!! A variety of outdoor furniture made it easy to spend most of our time out there.The online check-in process was seamless and Francesco took good care of us, checking in each day to see if we needed anything. We couldn’t have had a better stay in Praiano!

Great location, fabulous view!

Spacious villa with a fantastic view. Sitting and watching the boats and the sunsets was magical! Kasai, a wonderful restaurant is literally right across the street. I would come again!

Amalfi coast with amazing view!!

Casa La Ulivella is superb accommodation with amazing views from large terrace. Praiano is an excellent base for visiting Amalfi coast area. Good selection of restaurants and a couple of shops all within walking distance. Highly recommended. Nothing!!

We loved it!

With spectacular views and great amenities, we would recommend this accommodation to anyone. Checking in was easy and the villa was spotlessly clean. It’s a short walk to a local supermarket and a bit further to the beach. There is a fantastic restaurant right across the road and many others nearby. The secure car parking is a bonus(but will cost you extra). We loved the huge terrace with sun chairs, outdoor dining and BBQ.

Great Stay in Praiano

Our first time to the beautiful Amalfi Coast could not have been better! The view from villa was stunning. The villa was clean and well stocked. Francesco and his team at SMAAC were the best! We had a few minor issues while there but Francesco responded promptly to our messages. He was incredibly helpful in arranging our transfers to/from Rome. We could not be happier with the service Francesco provided!

the apartment was very efficiently laid out, nicely appointed and well equipped. the property management staff was very helpful and responsive. self check in and check out was a breeze! the deck overlooking the sea is amazing! praiano is awesome and quiet, because amalfi and poisitano are so busy with tourists!

Unforgettable honeymoon

My wife and I rented this unit for our honeymoon and were so impressed by the unit itself and the host. The unit is beautiful, has great views, and is located centrally to everything in Praiano. Communicating with Francesco and the entire SMAAC team was so easy and they were very helpful in explaining information on the area to us including transportation and recommendations. I would highly recommend staying at this listing if you are traveling to the Amalfi Coast.

A romantic week away with my partner, I felt privileged and like royalty.

Fantastic location in quieter Praiano. Plenty of good quality restaurants nearby. Close to supermarket. Close to bus stops to travel around the Amalfi Coast. The villa was amazing. Spectacular views. Exquisite furnishings. Everything supplied. The staff at SMAAC were very helpful, and the app worked wonderfully.

The Perfect Amalfi Coast Getaway!

We are sad to be leaving our beautiful stay at la casa Ulivella. Francesca and Aurora made our stay so memorable. They checked on us, gave us connections to transportation, excursions and resources. The house is beautiful with an amazing view. There was more than enough room for the two of us. The location was great. It was away from the big crowds but easily accessible to Amalfi, Positano, and Ravello. We took a seven hour boat excursion on their recommendation and it was perfecto! Right across the street was an amazing restaurant and only steps away was another great restaurant and market. We would definitely come back. Thank you Francesco and Aurora! Ciao!

Dream vacay!!

Our stay in Praiano in June was an absolute dream! Francesco was wonderful with communication and assisting us to book drivers, dinner, reservations, etc. We were in communication for several months leading up to our stay. Praiano is a lovely town to stay in, but be prepared that you will need to walk many, many steps! Of course, the higher up you are, the better the views :-). The view from this balcony was absolutely stunning. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable, after we reached out to Francesco to fix an issue with the air conditioning. The bed is comfortable and we have zero complaints! Would highly recommend this property and a stay on the Amalfi coast!

If you arrive with a car and are looking for a vacation apartment on the Amalfi Coast, this is one of the best options. There is a large balcony, an adjacent parking lot (for an additional fee), and the location is excellent, halfway between Amalfi and Positano. Francesco and Anna helped with everything needed and more! Their responsiveness exceeded my expectations.

First class all the way

This was one of the Best VRBO experiences I’ve had Francesco was very accommodating and always just a moment away with help with anything. The housekeeper was very sweet. This villa is spectacular. It’s probably best for a couple in love. The amenities were wonderful, but the view and the back porch really sell the experience. Don’t hesitate to book this for your next vacation.

Wonderful view, great accommodations.

Wonderful views, the home had everything we needed. It's a lovely place, but a broom would have been nice so we could tidy up. Also our host/mistook the day we were coming in and didn't have the small grocery order that we asked for as a result. That was a bummer, but not a big deal. He was super helpful in arranging ground transport. We also had a small ant infestation that we sprayed down. Overall a great stay.

This home is perfect for a stay in Praiano. It had beautiful views and a great restaurant Kasai just outside our front door. The home is very modern, up to date, and clean. It is very reasonable cost wise compared to hotels in the area. Be prepared to do some strenuous walkingtake taxis if you want to wander about town. Put a list of restaurants and how to get to them in the House. For example, everyone kept telling us to take the bus, but it was hard to figure out what bus, where it stopped and how to pay for it.

Wonderful place. Absolutely stunning view, big terrace, appartment cute andy tidy, everything that you may need in place. Kasai restaurant just cross the street - great food and nice staff. Owner of the appartment lives one floor below - very friendly and helpful. We loved holidays there, borrowed a scooter to go to Amalfi or Positano - leave your car on the parking spot, if you don't want to spend your day in traffic jams :) At least in August...

Amazing View in a Perfect Location along the Amalfi Coast

Wow! What an amazing place and location to stay along the Amalfi Coast. The space seemed practically brand new, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The accomendations supplied us with everything we could possible need. Carmen met us and showed us around the space, answering any and all questions we had. There were several restaurants close by and a market just down the street. This was our first time in Italy, and the Amalfi Coast was our favorite spot. Praiano was a perfect location- quaint, quiet, and great central location for excursions in and around the coast. We took the bus into Positano for the day, which was easy to do and a great place to spend an afternoon. We would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to spend some relaxing time on the Amalfi Coast.

Amazing Property!

The views alone are so magical from this property! 180 degree views of the sea. The apartment is super cute and is stocked pretty well (could use a can opener). There is a restaurant across the street and a market down the street where you can get the basics. The restaurant at the Hotel Margherita which is also pretty close is fabulous. If you are gutsy, there are 1400 steps or so close by that you can take up to the magical hiking trail called the Path of the Gods. Praiano is a very quaint, small fishing town. We really enjoyed our time spent here. Carmen was super sweet and accommodating. Thank you!
