Great villa

Lovely villa, good location, bit of a hill to and from strip but walkable. If not Ubers are very quick and cheap! Great space and we all loved the pool. Plenty of sunbeds and chairs. Great games room which kept a group of teenagers busy! Only thing we think could be improved is being able to store luggage on site prior to check in time and an information pack about what to do with rubbish and info on the local area.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Florida. The house was spacious with plenty of room for the whole family and lots of relaxing spots to unwind. The games room was a huge hit with the kids! The host was exceptionally helpful and always easy to reach whenever we had a question. The only downside was a faulty air-conditioning unit in the basement bedroom, which leaked water when switched on. This made the room a quite damp and stuffy, and unfortunately, it wasn’t resolved during our stay.Aside from that, everything else was perfect - the villa was exactly what we needed, comfortable, well-equipped, and great value for money.

The house was exactly as described and was in a great location for our needs. We had lots of room for our group. We made good use of the pool and the and the basement games area. My only suggestion would be that you have on hand a small selection of basic supplies. For example, some hand soap, dish soap, paper towel and toilet paper.

Amazing

From the moment we stepped in we were all amazed hay the villa, almost brand new, comfortable, modern design, absolutely everything you need to spend great holidays there and just relax and enjoy! We were there over 2 weeks and at the end we didn't wanted to leave the villa and definitely will come back as soon as possible. The villa was comfortable enough to accommodate more than 8 people we were there during the vacations. We enjoyed a lot the games room and the barbecue and pool area especially as the weather was amazing. Huge compliments to the owners for making us feel like home and for the effort they put in making peoples vacations a true holidays to remember.

Villa Florida - Albufeira: Fantastic!

Just come back from a weeks stay in Villa Florida with two other families. The villa was perfect. It had a 'downstairs' with three twin rooms and games room - ideal for teenagers. It was clean, well equipped, and spacious. The villa felt very private, despite being between two others. You weren't overlooked at all. It's location was great: a handy resort just a 5 minute walk away with a shop selling basic provisions. Restaurant 5 minutes walk (which was a real find and would highly recommend). 15-20 minutes walk to the sea. 15-20 minutes walk if you want larger shops / restaurants. All told could not have asked for more.

Lovely villa, well appointed

Spacious and well looked after. Beginning to show its age a little, but everything worked. Almost nothing we would have wanted that wasn't provided. Some baking trays for the kids' fish fingers and chips perhaps. Bit of a walk from the car parking area up a slope to the front door, not a problem for us but someone with less mobility?? Quiet area, didn't experience any intrusive noises. Definitely need a car, just a bit too far to Aldi to want to walk in the heat. Overall, thoroughly to be recommended.

Great stay. Nice home with lots of space for family. Great pool well maintained

Loved being there and everyone enjoyed this. I did think it was closer to town but that was fine and the view of the ocean is minimal. As a self catering unit I think renters should know that only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom is given and no dish washing soap or soap for bathing etc is given. Other self catering places I've stayed in provide these things as well as minimal cooking items such as coffee, salt and pepper, Olive oil and other condiments left by previous guests which is so nice to have. I would recommend raising your price by 50 Euros and having these things available. Thank you, Linda Vieira

Dear Linda, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Concerning the cleaning products, those need, in fact, to be bought by the guests. This is a self-catered property so those products should be acquired by the guests accordingly with their preference. There are food packs that can be provided. We have several sizes of food packs ( S, M, L, XL ), upon payment of a certain amount. We thank you for your cooperation. It is thanks to guests like you that we improve day after day.
