This was the perfect house for my mom and I. We planned a fun trip with my kid's, nieces, and nephews. Age ranges from 2-17 & everyone had plenty of space to spread out and have fun!! If we comeback to this area I will definitely book this house again!! Thank you for a great lodging option for my family!

Family vacation

We were a family of four adults and four kids. Lots of area to spread out. Basement was great for the kids to hang out in. Nice central location. Would stay again.

Very tired, but clean

The property was clean but overall felt very tired and in need of updates. Most of the dishes were chipped, the carpeting was quite worn, and the rug in the living room was a tripping hazard. Several fixtures like light fittings and toilet paper holders appeared to have been replaced without patching the surrounding drywall, which gave the home an unfinished look. The yard was extremely overgrown, and the patio furniture was old and torn. Additionally, the layout of the house was a bit unusual and not particularly functional. While it served our basic needs, the overall condition and presentation left a lot to be desired. I would not stay here again.

Excellent stay

We had a great time! Everything was as expected. The house was awesome and the views of the mountains were spectacular. Excellent location and the neighborhood is very quaint and quiet. We loved our time there and would definitely stay again when we come to Colorado Springs!

Weekend trip to Colorado Springs

We loved this house. Check in was super easy. 5 minutes from the interstate and restraunts. Very spacious and very clean. Host was very easy to reach and work with. Would stay here again.

Fantastic Weekend!!!

We were in town from Texas for a Chive Charities meetup. The location was perfect for getting around town for shopping and sightseeing, and for some unique libations (Lebowski’s Taproom). We cooked supper and breakfast on 2 separate occasions, and had plenty of supplies to do so. The rooms were perfect, and had we had kiddos with us, would have been very entertaining for them having the games in the house, (even us old guys enjoyed the arcade game)!!!

Chose the property because there was an arcade game and a Nintendo that i knew the kids would really enjoy. Neither worked. Other than that, the house was perfect!

Beautiful place

We stayed here with our family and there was 7 of us. The place had plenty of space that we could spread out or gather together. It had plenty of video games for my teenage son and he enjoyed playing them with his uncle. We had a very enjoyable time at this location!

Close proximity to UCCS

This property has all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The neighborhood was quiet. The website mentioned the views, but the homes surrounding the place blocked any views of the mountains. Otherwise, it was really relaxing.

Loved the porch And the games

This was a wonderful home to stay in. He was clean and ready to go and walked in. My husband and I enjoyed the large, quiet porch. Our kids were drawn to the video game machine- Which is probably why we were able to enjoy the porch 👍

Great location

Great location close to all the Colorado Springs locations and a little over an hour from the Royal Gorge. Big enough for the whole family and beds were super comfortable!!

CO Springs Retreat

The property was just as advertised. While there were only 6 of us, it could easily accommodate 10 adults comfortably. Most VRBOs I have stayed in have minimal kitchen tools and gadgets, not this property. we were able to prepare dinner without wanting for anything we normally have at home. We spent a lot of time on the deck, the deck and back yard were awesome, and peaceful. We did not need anything specifically, but communication was excellent and very responsive. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Would definitely recommend and return to this property. Thank you!

Son's Spring break stay

The house was well-sized, stayed with 3 other parents. Great communication with the owner. Pros-- Great Space to relax, Great Deck! GREAT Communication with the owners!! Cons-- Only had 3 coffee cups. Previous renters were not the best residents. That caused a few issues, but the owners quickly acknowledged and resolved them. We would stay/book and again.
