We do want to sincerely apologize for the additional issues you experienced during your stay. Had we been made aware of these while you were here, we would have absolutely taken care of them right away. For example, we would have gladly replaced the bedroom TV if needed. We also checked on the outlet concern and found that the power strip/light switch had been accidentally turned off—once switched back on, everything worked properly. Regarding the dryer, we have since inspected it and confirmed it is functioning as intended. However, it is a smaller unit and may not handle heavier loads as efficiently as full-size dryers typically found in homes. We also want to clarify that the note in the rental agreement about no reimbursement refers to broader property-related issues outside of our control—not concerns within the condo itself. Guest satisfaction is always our top priority, and we absolutely do address and correct issues as they arise. Had we known about these concerns during your stay, we would have done everything possible to resolve them quickly and make your experience more enjoyable.
