Le meilleur emplacement à Protaras - 800m à pied de Protaras Entertaint, 1 km de la mer

Brand New pour la saison 2018 - Artemis Villa No2 est dans le meilleur emplacement Protaras possible. Il est proche (800 mètres) de l'animation Vibrant, des divertissements, des restaurants, etc de Protaras, mais assez loin pour que vous puissiez vous détendre dans ses magnifiques jardins et ne pas entendre le brouhaha de la ville.

La villa a eu une révision complète au cours des mois d'hiver - la terrasse, douches en plein air, salles de bains intérieures, divertissement Sat / TV etc tous les nouveaux et spectacles chaînes terrestres UK ainsi que des films sportifs etc. Les jardins ont tous été rénovés avec de nouvelles plantes de palme, astra gazon, éclairage de la piscine (lumières discothèque à des lumières subtiles) etc etc - trop de choses à lister.

Il y a une grande équipe de soutien pour la villa. Paul est le gérant de l'immeuble, puis il y a un autre Paul (qui vit de l'autre côté de la rue) qui gère la piscine - nettoyée deux fois par semaine, une équipe de lavage, une équipe de nettoyage et tout ce qui peut être nécessaire. Cette villa à l'extrémité supérieure des propriétés disponibles à Protaras mais nous ne facturons pas pour cela.

Envie de découvrir Scuba ou de progresser dans vos qualifications PADI - les amis proches gèrent un club de plongée et possèdent une expérience significative - ils sont moins chers que les fournisseurs locaux, la santé et la sécurité étant au centre de tout ce qu'ils font.

Amazing villa and great location

Fantastic property, everything we needed and more. Beautiful and spacious outdoor area with a fab bbq. Lorraine and Mike were so helpful and accommodating. Always detailed and quick responses to any questions. Would highly recommend.

Perfect 😍

Excellent villa, clean and had everything we needed for a perfect family holiday. Lovely pool and furnishings we would definitely buy ok again if we returned to Cyprus. Sue the villa manager was really helpful too especially organising our transport to and from the airport. I would give the whole experience 10/10 Thank you Lorraine for the excellent communication too

Wonderful villa, wonderful stay, wonderful owners - Highly recommended

From beginning to end this was the perfect holiday rental. We communicated directly with the owners who were incredibly quick to respond and went out of their way to be helpful before, during and after our stay. The villa is in a beautiful setting and only a short walk to the centre of Protaras. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and equipped with everything you could possibly need to self cater, BBQ and feel comfortably at home. It was fantastic to have milk, bread, orange juice and even a bottle of wine provided on our arrival - a few essentials which helped hugely as we arrived late at night. Paul the property manager dropped by the next morning and was friendly and welcoming without being remotely intrusive. He just checked all was okay and happily gave us some useful knowledge about local supermarkets and restaurants. The pool and outside dining area are fantastic and there is plenty of covered, shaded areas which was important to us as we have two children and the August sun was incredibly hot. The pool is cleaned every other day and so was a pleasure to swim and relax in. The gardens and landscaped area are also beautiful and the 3 bedrooms were modern and uncluttered with very good air conditioning and super fast fans. The upstairs bathroom was really large and there was a bonus of a downstairs loo and large shower which was great as we had both children and parents with us and all needed to get ready for a family wedding towards the end of our stay. It's the type of villa that is so beautiful and looked after that you are determined to look after it and leave it in the same way you found it. Especially when you know the owners are due to stay there the week after you! I cannot recommend Artemis Villa No 2 enough - perfect for a family holiday, relaxing and has all the facilities you could possibly need. Great place, great location.

This Villa has everything you need, all the rooms are large and comfortable and the outside space is really well set up with a large dining table, BBQ and enough sun beds for everyone. Lorraine and Mike provided lots of information on our initial enquiry and nothing was too much trouble. Once at the Villa we were met by Paul who manages the property for them who is on hand should you have any problems. We had been left a welcome pack of bread, butter, tea, coffee, sugar, milk and beers which was perfect to keep you going until your shop. If we visit Cyprus again we would certainly come back to this Villa.
