La maison parfaite imbriquée droite avant d'entrer dans les montagnes Rocheuses dormir confortablement 8 personnes.

EntiÚrement meublé de luxe belle maison avec tous les nouveaux équipements. Situé à quelques minutes de Southwest Plaza Mall et C-470.

NO ONE under the age of 25 is allowed in this house unless accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Families are welcome. Tenant agrees that the premises will not be occupied by minors unless an adult of 25 years of age or older is present. Noise: Tenant agrees the unreasonable noise or disturbance may result in eviction. No Shoes allowed inside the house. On check out day, 11am, please put all towels and bedsheets in the living room. Smoking: Tobacco and MARIJUANA smoke or use is prohibited and strictly enforced. A $500 cleaning fee will be accessed. Smoking is only allowed outside and Marijuana by state law is only allowed in secured areas (backyard). Care of the Premises: Tenant agrees to promptly notify Owner of any necessary repair. We were in town for a wedding and this house was the perfect gathering place for family and friends. The house is really beautiful and spacious and close to Red Rocks and many other fun destinations in the Denver area. The backyard and firepit were especially lovely. Jorge made it easy for us to check in and out. I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to enjoy your stay in Denver in style!

We enjoyed our stay in Littleton at this rental property. The location worked perfect for our concert at Red Rocks. I think we were home in less than 20 minutes leaving the parking lot. The check in process worked well. The bedrooms were great. The home is located in a very quiet suburban neighborhood. We would consider staying there again when traveling to another concert.We also highly recommended eating at Angelo’s/Carboy restaurant for dinner and Lake House for lunch.

My (extended) family stayed for 5 nights and the house was perfect for our needs. We flew into Denver for a wedding near the house. There are plenty of shops and food within easy driving distance. Our furthest excursion was Garden of the Gods which was about an hour away.The 3.5 bathrooms made getting ready a breeze. We utilized the kitchen, both living rooms, laundry, and the outdoor patio. The kitchen was well stocked so we didn’t have to run the dishwasher after every meal. The host was very communicative leading up to the trip and when I reached out while we were there.I would recommend packing slippers with grips for the hardwood flooring. And ear plugs if you’re not all on the same sleep schedule. Neighborhood was very quiet - just some squeaky floors and not much carpet to absorb sound. We would definitely stay here again!

Littleton stay

This home is just what we needed. We were in town for my son’s wedding. We were able to sleep 8 of us easily. The home was roomy and very well equipped, kitchen wise. The backyard was perfect for my two little grandchildren. We happened to pick a very hot week, and we did need to buy 3 small fans for the bedrooms upstairs. The AC couldn’t handle 96 degree heat. The host communicated quickly with my questions. The location was perfect for us,

This Littleton VRBO was anything but little.

This luxury VRBO was everything it claimed to be. Spacious, clean, and a great location for going to the Red Rocks. We would certainly stay here again.

We very much enjoyed the back patio and firepit and the master bath was perfect for a bridal party getting ready. Beautiful home and a great location. Highly reccommend!

Another Great Stay over Christmas!

We have family and friends in the area and have stayed at this property twice now. It is a perfect home to have a holiday reunion for our family. The place is great, beds are very comfortable, location is great as well! We look forward to our next visit!
