Cette maison a été conçue et construite spécialement pour les groupes de golf Bandon Dunes! Ce n'est pas une maison typique avec un maßtre et quelques chambres d'enfants. Le plan d'étage et les équipements ont été conçus et construits pour des groupes d'adultes. C'est l'expérience d'hébergement parfaite à un prix raisonnable.

Les caractéristiques spéciales comprennent: 4 grandes suites de maßtre, chacune avec une salle de bain attenante et deux lits queen-size (8 lits au total). Les douches à l'italienne sont finies en travertin italien et les vanités ont des comptoirs en granit.

Le plan d'étage ouvert offre une grande salle avec une télévision à écran plasma de 50 pouces, une table à manger / poker avec des siÚges pour 8 et une salle de billard séparée avec une table de championnat Brunswick. Chaque chambre dispose d'une station d'accueil I-pod pour que vous puissiez profiter de vos morceaux préférés. Chaque chambre dispose également d'une télévision à écran plasma de 42 pouces.

La cuisine entiÚrement équipée est suffisamment spacieuse pour de nombreux cuisiniers, ou vous pouvez engager notre chef personnel pour préparer des repas pour vous. L'espace de divertissement en plein air est parfait pour se détendre au coin du feu, faire griller des steaks (grill en acier inoxydable) ou pratiquer sur le green de 800 pieds carrés!

Aucune dépense n'a été épargnée et aucun détail n'a été négligé. Notre grande maison est isolée dans l'intimité, mais idéalement située à seulement deux minutes du golf de Bandon Dunes. Le plus récent parcours de Bandon Dunes, Old McDonald, est à seulement deux dixiÚmes de mile.

Perfect homebase for Bandon! Beds are amazingly comfortable, 5 minute ride to Sheep Ranch and Old Mac, great hang out area for a big group. Was initially disappointed we didn’t get resort lodging but would choose this option for next trip in a heartbeat!

Perfect cottage for Bandon Golf group

For a group of 8, this property had it all. We were very comfortable in this private cottage with lots of space, well provisioned property with everything we could need for grilling, washer/dryer, fire pit, pool table, etc. Excellent, clean property with clear communication from Tanya made staying here a pleasure.

Perfect Homebase for Bandon!

It's very rare to find a place for a crew of 8 grown men that does not feel cramped or force you into sharing beds/sleeping on couches, but as the listing states, this is designed for Bandon golf groups. 8 guys, 8 queen beds, 4 full bathrooms, everything new, well appointed, great amenities with the firepit and putting green, secluded/private You are 2mins from being on property at Bandon (few extra minutes depending on which end of the resort you're headed to, but IDEAL LOCATION). Highly recommend!

Fantastic house with great location

1st Bandon Dunes Golf Trip

Perfect rental for our first visit to Bandon Dunes. Plenty of room for 4-8 people and perfect for golf trip. Only 5 min from the resort which was very convenient. Couldn't have asked for a better house to rent. Already looking forward to rent again in 2026.

Bandon Perfection

Wow! Me and 7 of my good friends csn all say this was a great place to stay. House is wonderful. Bedrooms are awesome for two guest each. Tanya was amazing at helping get our fridge stocked and help arrange a chef for our dinners... oh and did i mention you are sitting between sheep and old mac... dont look around... just book this house!

We have always found our way back to the ocean. From Vancouver to Toronto, we went back to Vancouver. Tofino beckoned and we vacationed there regularly when we lived in Calgary. When we moved to Texas, the Pacific Northwest kept calling our name. And then there was Bandon. Miles upon miles of rugged coastline, a laid-back and friendly fishing village and THE MOST SPECTACULAR GOLF COURSES WE HAVE EVER PLAYED. We knew this was our place, these our people - even if we couldn’t be here full-time right away.
We’ve been coming to Bandon for years now, staying at the resort or in other vacation rentals. In 2021 we finally took the plunge and bought Bandon Golf Villa and then in 2022, Bandon Cottage, for our personal use and to share with friends, old and new. David and our daughter, Tillie, play golf every day when they are here, regardless of the season. Dad used to tell her that “she’s not made of sugar”, and she has always embraced the elements as part of the game. We trust that she carries that attitude with her as a collegiate golfer at Vanderbilt University, and we know exactly where she’ll be playing when she’s on break. Our son, Tate, really doesn’t like golf at all, but Bandon calls to him, as well. He & I spend many of our days in Bandon beachcombing, hiking dunes and rainforests, mushroom foraging and berry picking. And we all eat. A lot. Beit fresh seafood we pick up in town and cook ourselves, home cooked Italian & amazing live music that shakes the whole space at Angelo’s, fresh baked bagels and coffee at Bandon Coffee, mouth-watering sandwiches, chocolates & desserts at Coastal Mist, diner breakfast at Shoestring Cafe, my personal favorite, fresh crab and a Dungeness IPA at Tony’s Crabshack. There are many great restaurants in and around Bandon!
We hope that you’ll love Bandon as much as we do, and that our home will be an inviting homebase to return to after a day on course, on the trails & beaches or poking about the shops & galleries of Old Town Bandon.
