Great Family Vacation

The resort was great - we loved having the pools and beach steps away. The condo was also great - exactly as described and had everything we needed for a family of 5. We would highly recommend to family and friends and can't wait to go back!

Loved our Maui vacation

This is a wonderful place to stay

This is a wonderful place to stay! Although it is right next to the pool there was no late noise because its not open all night. There are all the amenities you could need and easy access to shops and activities. We had our two adult daughters with us and they loved it as well. I would recommend this unit to anyone who wants to have a relaxing and memorable holiday. We will definitely be back!

Family vacation

We had a great stay in this condo.the condo had plenty of room for my husband two kids and myself. We did a quick stop to Costco on the way in and it was perfect. We were able to cook a quick breakfast in well equipped kitchen before we headed out to our daily adventure. The pools were nice after a long day at the beach snorkeling or touring another spot. The condo has a beautiful ocean view that we enjoyed frequently. Steps to the beach. Lots of amenities to make your stay pleasant. We also enjoyed their beach chairs which were so handy and helpful! Thank you so much we will definitely be back and highly recommend staying here.

Perfect spot to stay

This 2 bedroom is perfect. It was clean, beautiful interior and has the most beautiful view. Everyday we would watch the whales, morning and evening. A couple of beach chairs, beach toys, and bodyboards are provided. Had everything you needed including Maui coffee and candy. I can't think of anything it lacked. It's just steps from the pool and the beach. The location is nice. There is a local store across the street from the property. Also some restaurants, and food trucks all within walking distance. I highly recommend this property. I plan on going back and staying again. Loved it.

Paradise

This condo was perfect for our family of 4! We loved having such an amazing view of the Pacific, pool, and grassy areas. Listening to the ocean and the sounds from live music at the restaurant were perfect. Fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds and very clean. Having the beach chairs, towels and umbrellas were much appreciated! Property managers were incredibly quick to respond to two quick/minor issues. We would highly recommend and definitely plan to come back again. You are truly on island time in Maui and at the resort!

Great property, location, view, and amenities!

We had a wonderful time. The unit was in great condition. The kitchen was well equipped. Our 20 year old kids liked having separate beds in the second bedroom. The pool and ocean view was fantastic; just like in the advertising pictures. The overall property was great — clean, well maintained, and staff were friendly and helpful. The two pools were excellent and very clean. The poolside bar/restaurant had delicious meals and the drinks were excellent. The beach was very nice and not crowded. Loved the location, near Lahaina and whaler’s village in Kaanapali Beach. Highly recommend this property; and, no, I don’t know the owners.

Would come back again!

We were at this property for 6 days in May 2025 and it was perfect for our needs. My husband and I travelled with our 2 daughters, 21 and 25, and the condo had everything we needed. The resort/property listing was just as described - the view from our balcony was great. Beds/pillows were super comfortable. We ate at the resort restaurant a couple of times and the food was great. There is a food truck plaza right next door to the resort - really convenient, lots of options and tasted wonderful. I would note that there is a 10.95 per day parking fee payable to the resort upon check-in...I had specifically asked KBM resorts about that before booking the room and was not given that information, but other than that, they were responsive to my questions/concerns. The tub was not draining properly in the 2nd bathroom and they got it taken care of immediately. Overall, we had a fantastic stay here and would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Great View

The view from the unit was fabulous. Unit was stocked with everything needed from cooking a full meal to enjoying a day on the beach. Although the property management responded via email right away, our requests weren’t taken care of timely or at all. For the price of cleaning that was charged I would have expected the unit to feel cleaner.

Spacious and well appointed Maui rental

This unit is just a few balconies back from the ocean and was very spacious for our eight night stay. Traveling with our children who are both in college now has gotten a little trickier and this rental was a great option for our family. The two beds in the second bedroom is not common and having a second bathroom was also great. The appliances in the kitchen are very new and nice and there are plenty of kitchen tools to make full meals. The property management company is great at communicating details and everything was sparkling clean when we arrived. Our only complaint is that the complex is somewhat dated and a little farther north than we’d prefer. That was a choice we made and has nothing to do with the unit itself or property management. A+ all the way for the physical unit and our experience.

We had a great trip and would stay here again!

This is our second time staying at Kaanapali Shores. First time in unit 258. Condo was 2 bedroom and 2 bath perfect for our family of 6. Reservation process was flawless, Great communication from the host. Received our access code to the room the day before and they promptly followed up with a call to make sure we had everything we needed. Even provided beach chairs and a boogie board that the kids loved using. Place was clean and had a great view of the ocean & Moloka'i. The live Hawaiian music on Wed and Thur nights was a nice to listen to from the lanai. We had a great trip and would stay here again!!!!

This is our second time staying at Kaanapali Shores. First time in unit 258. Condo was 2 bedroom and 2 bath perfect for our family of 6. Reservation process was flawless, Great communication from the host. Received our access code to the room the day before and they promptly followed up with a call to make sure we had everything we needed. Even provided beach chairs and a boogie board that the kids loved using. Place was clean and had a great view of the ocean & Moloka'i. The live Hawaiian music on Wed and Thur nights was a nice to listen to from the lanai. We had a great trip and would stay here again!!!!

KBM Resorts was very professional

Impressed that it looked exactly as advertised. I was a little leary dealing with KBM HAWAII never having heard of them but wholeheartedly recommend them. Very professional and diligent in ensuring your perfect Hawaiian experience.

KBM Resorts does an excellent job

KBM does an excellent job, very responsive and easy to work with. Kaanapali Shores is a great resort, this is our fourth year here. However, the unit we stayed in is need of upgrade: tile flooring and carpet/rug in living room, king bed in master bedroom, stove-oven, and toaster.
