Thank you for your stay in our holiday home. You turned off the heat pump after I left, so I'm not surprised that it gets cold in the house! During the cold periods the house is indeed heated, if we did not do this you would also complain. The dimensions of the beds are clearly stated on the site, we can not provide an adapted bed for every child's age. You write that the stairs are steep, but your children were jumping up and down on the new sofa. We are always friendly and we try to do everything for our guests, but apparently this was not accepted by you even you could use the hottub for free, that was our easterngift for you. If you complain that the Öresundsbron is too expensive and the wood is too expensive, then I wonder if everything is free in Germany. Kind regards Pascale & Steve

Hej Tim, thanks for your stay in Ljusadal and thank you for the kind words, we are happy that you enjoyed your holiday. In connection with the washing machine, there is nowhere in the advertisement written that there is a washing machine in the vacationhouse. In the beginning we had a washing machine in the holiday home, but it always broke due to incorrect use. So we decided to take it away. If our guests wish, they can come and wash at our place in our "tvättstuga"...like you did. We think this is a good solution:) All the best. Kind regards Pascale & Steve

Thank you for your stay in our vacationhouse and the low score! But you might have thought twice before writing this review because it is full of lies and contradictions. In connection with the water, you called to me and an hour later this was already resolved. You were not present at the house when i was there so you can't know when this was fixed. It was finished in 5 minutes when i reset the pump. So i don´t understand why you write that it took from 7 o´clock till 18 o´clock that you were without water, so this is a big lie. In connection with cleaning... by your check in you had first decided to leave at 9 o'clock, but the day before your departure 11,59 o´clock you send a whatsap that you want to leave at 7 am. It clearly states on the site of FeWo and in your contract(see email) that if you leave before 9 am you must pay for cleaning. And this is also explained to you on your arrival by me. When i arrived with your check out at 7 o´clock you said that the house was cleaned. I don't know what you mean by cleaning but the house was anything but clean. You did not agree that you had to pay for the cleaning, and then started to argue and shout at me about ripping of. So I felt threatened by you and your 3 friends, and that's why I asked to calm down or I had to warn the police. I had to sacrifice my Sunday to clean everything for our next guests. The kitchen was dirty, floor was still full of food scraps, drain of shower was still full of hair, the mirror was dirty, one toilet in the dressing room not flushed, the floor in the dressing room was still dirty, and so many other things... we have pictures of everything. Also hangs in the house how to sort everything, and on the garbage cans hangs how to sort the garbage and it is also explained on arrival. When i was there to fix the water I saw the garbage on the ground outside the bin in front of the bin in plastic bags, this is not how this should be done for nature and animals, it has to be sort and in the bins. I have sent a picture of it to you and you told me that you will sort it out, afterwards I saw that everything was pushed in the bins and not sorted. So after you have left I had to sort everything in the bins otherwise the pick-up service will not take it with them and this causes problems for us. So therefore the extra amount that you had to pay. And last but not least... when I left after you had checked out , I saw that there was garden furniture outside on the ground, this was not when I arrived, so one of you has worked out your frustration on the garden furniture. We would like to rent our vacationhouse to honest people who respect our goods, the nature and also have recpect for the homeowners and sorry you and your friends to not belong at all! All the best!

Please think twice before writing such a comment. First and foremost, you have chosen a later check-in time yourself without communicating with me. When you arrived, the house was warm, about 22 degrees, but you switched off the heat pump after I left, I can see this in my heating app. I could also see that it has almost always been below 15 degrees in the house, and this in November with freezing temperatures. This was your choice, even though I have asked for the heat pump to be turned on during your stay, also for the humidity. I kept a 50 € deposit from you because some things were not in order, such as more cleaning time in the house, including the floors very dirty, the stove that had to be completely cleaned by using the briquettes, as well as putting extra time into sorting the outside bins. Here you had mixed everything up, so I had to sort everything out and re-sort it otherwise the garbage truck wouldn't want to empty it! And then we have not yet calculated anything for the scratches on the floor in the living room, the grate in the hot tub that was burnt through by the use of briquettes, the house rules clearly state that you must use our wood to respect this for the environment as well as the stove installation. When guests check out early and I have to come by the day before for the final bill of wood and electricity it is difficult for me to check everything as I respect they privacy, but after all we are dealing with adult people! It happened never before that we had to withhold anything from the deposit and we hope this will happens never again. It is a pity that you are now writing such a bad comment as you told me the night before you left that everything had been fine in the house. We like to rent our house to people who show respect for another's property and also respect the house rules, and you do not belong at all! All the best.
