Better than advertised

Great apartment in a quite complex just steps from the train station. Train is direct line to Disney one way, and downtown core the other. Martin personally shows you around the unit. We saw other tourists in the complex lost, not able to open the door etc, so that personal touch is important. It looks just like the pictures!

This apartment is in an excellent location only a 3 min train stop from Disneyland, a couple of minutes walk from the station and the large Val d’Europe shopping mall. The hosts go above and beyond to ensure that your stay goes smoothly. In our case Martin arranged for a taxi to be waiting for our late arrival at the airport( which for 5 of us was comparable to train) and Martin was waiting on the footpath around 11pm to show us in. The apartment overlooks the pretty paths and gardens of the secure complex.

Expérience unique

Le séjour chez Martin et Sonia a été magnifique. Tout a été très facile grâce à leurs attentions et leurs conseils. Ils nous ont même proposé leur aide au-delà de ce qui concerne le contrat. En plus l'appartement était propre et répondait exactement à l'annonce.Location parfaite pour visiter Disneyland Paris.À louer sans aucun doute !

Points forts : Propreté, commodités, état et installations de l’hébergement et communication.
Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst: host houdt bij aankomst en na vertrek goed contact en leidt je uitgebreid rond. Perfecte locatie; dichtbij station, Disney , Village Nature, restaurants en Val d ‘Europe. Veel voorzieningen, maar toch zeer stil en vanaf de locatie is alles met openbaar vervoer goed te bereiken. Het appartement bevindt zich ook op een uitstekende locatie in het complex: middag en avond zon op het balkon. Kitwerk en schilderwerk zijn bijgehouden , maar keuken en badkamer zijn wat gedateerd. Verwacht geen ‘nieuwbouwstaat’, maar prijs-kwaliteit is in orde. Wij hebben met kinderen onbeperkt kunnen reizen in het Parijs district, wat zeer goed is bevallen. Met name ivm ligging en de faciliteiten verkiezen wij dit appartement boven een hotel.

Todo perfecto! Martín fue muy atento y servicial, dispuesto en todo momento a facilitarnos nuestra estancia. El piso está muy próximo a Disneyland (10 minutos en coche). De igual modo, está muy bien comunicado, ya que tienes a 5 minutos a pie la estación de autobuses que comunica tanto con el parque como con París y a 8 minutos a pie el centro comercial Val d'Europe con tiendas, gasolinera, supermercado y restaurantes. Además, el piso cuenta con un potente wi-fi y con una plaza de garaje (muy necesaria por el escaso sitio disponible en la calle). Cuando volvamos a París repetiremos seguro!!

Comvenient base for exploring Disney and Paris

This apartment provided us with a great location at a great price for such a large group. Located just two minutes walk from the train station, it was incredibly easy to get to Disney (a two minute ride) and to Paris (42 minutes to Charles de Gaulle Etoile, Arc de Triomphe). The apartment building is also just steps away from so many cafes, restaurants, and the biggest shopping centre in Europe, making it so easy to have a good meal or grab whatever you need. Martin, the property owner, was friendly, efficient and very informative. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and he was able to offer us great pointers for our trip. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from him again. The only reason I gave this apartment 4 stars instead of 5 is that the apartment would benefit from a little updating. It is exactly as pictured in the photos and some upgrades to the furniture, such as the sofa and beds, would make the place a little more comfortable, though I would emphasize the apartment is well-equipped with all necessities, including a nespresso maker and superb wifi service. Overall, a good experience!

"The apartment was really good and so near to the Disney Park we felt we could have walked there. The nearby shopping centre provided all we needed and the restaurants were within easy walking distance. This was really good after a long day walking around the parks. With 6 adults to feed they proved to be easy on my purse."

"We decided to stay in Sonia and Martin's apartment because of the proximity to Eurodisney. We were extremely happy with our stay. The apartment is very light, cheerful and quiet. We were at walking distance to the RER, which made trips to Paris very convenient, and were also at walking distance to a major shopping centre, which made life very easy. The shopping centre also hosts the biggest aquarium in Ile-de France, which our kids really enjoyed. The owners, Sonia and Martin, are sooo nice, and helpful. I genuinely recommend staying in the apartment."

Martin was born in France, raised in the country side and in Normandy.
We have family also in Indonesia, and Northern America.

We like to meet new people, spending as much time as we can with our young daughter, our family and our friends.

Sonia is a Boutique Manager,
specialized in Woman Fashion,
and she is a great personal shopper.
Her talent and passion for Feng-Shui is her secret.

At home, she is an Artist and likes to cook, to create, and loves drawing and painting.
Sonia loves cooking, and Martin loves eating!
Sunday brunch with warm croissants, or banana French toasts/pancakes with maple sirup !!! - is our favorite family time.

Martin likes real estate, has a strong experience in guest services, assisting VIP's and business and leisure travelers.
