Dispose d'un ascenseur, d'un accès internet haut débit par fibre (wifi), de la climatisation, du chauffage par pompe à chaleur, d'une piscine communautaire de saison (01/06-30/09), d'un parking en plein air dans le même bâtiment sous réserve de disponibilité à l'arrivée, 1 ventilateur de plafond dans la chambre, 1 téléviseur Smart TV, fer à repasser.

La cuisine américaine en vitrocéramique est équipée de réfrigérateur, lave-linge, micro-ondes, congélateur, lave-vaisselle, vaisselle/couverts, ustensiles/cuisine, cafetière, grille-pain, bouilloire et presse-agrumes.



- La remise des clés et le check-in se font dans notre bureau situé au 62 avenue de la Méditerranée, rez-de-chaussée Tour Principado, nom commercial BenidormBooking, juste en face du Casino.

- Un dépôt de 200€ est retenu sur carte de crédit/débit comme caution ou en espèces à défaut.

- Check-in à partir de 16h30 (haute saison à partir de 18h00)

Location, well equipped apartment, kitchen welcome pack. Pillows to hard and thick, no hair dryer, maybe a couple of washing machine tablets in the welcome pack so no need to buy a big pack.

Really clean, excellent location and great value for money

Location, security of the building Would have liking a balcony to sit out on in the morning but I knew it didn't have one at time of booking. And had to buy an Iron as the one supplied blew all the electrics anytime it was plugged in so that needed to be put in the bin.

Lovely big apartment which was very clean on arrival

Lovely big apartment which was very clean on arrival. Security doors made us feel very safe in such a busy area. Unfortunately the pool was not in use due to being “out of season” this was not made clear to us prior to arrivalwhen booking which is frustrating. Apartment was generally very cold in the night time. The memory foam mattresses were very uncomfortable and the was an odour that would come from the bathroom throughout the day

Good value for money

Property is located in very great spot as there is less than 5min to the beach, good grocery stores around (best kebab in town just on entrance for 5euro). Flat is located on 11th floor and is very big, have a nice view as well. Property is pet friendly and there is only 10euro charge for full stay. Also there is less than 20ming walk to Aqualandia! Very quiet area like for Benidorm. On our stay unfortunately fuses tripped couple of times which made us stay in apartment for time when electrician was in (we travelled with dog and we have to stay with him for the time when guy was in). Also chairs in living room were a wee bit damaged and windows did not lock. The worst part of stay in this apartment was morning cleaner downstairs very very rude person. He did not like like our dog and told us that dog has to wear a muzzle pointing some notice (after translation of the note it only turned out that dog must have a lead while on property - nothing about muzzle). Air-Con only covers only one room and is not the bed room.

The apartments is big, clean, very open and spacious with everything you will need. Well equipped kitchen, toaster, kettle, washing machine and dishwasher too. There is a hairdryer and iron too. There’s little starter pack provided with washing up liquid, laundry detergent, sponge, cloth and bin bag. Shampoo and body wash dispensers in the bathroom. Great touch. Also a cloths airer to dry everything since there is no balcony which we didnt miss to be honest. The air con is fab! There is a seperate ceiling fan in the bedroom. My kids loved the bed as it pull out from the wall and easily stored away through the day so great for saving space. Location for us was perfect, I know the area well and it’s close enough to everything 10 moan to beach 10 mins to strip. There is a Lidl’s just a 5 min walk. Felt so secure in the apartment as there is gated security entrance and key to get into pool area too. We loved it here and will deffo return and reccomend This isn’t a reflection of the property but the pool rules are a bit strict. My little boy got some sunburn and had a uv swim top on and the management came out saying no to tshirt. I tried to explain it wasn’t cotton it was swim material but he said tshirt offout, so something to be mindful of if you have little ones who were the uv suits. Also the lift is a bit temperamental at times, sometimes the door wouldn’t close correctly so the lift wouldn’t move and it wasn’t working one morning at all so we had to walked down the 11 flights but it was fixed for us returning home later in the day, which we were glad of as the apartment is on the 11th floor. You do have to pick up and drop off keys to the office which can be tricky with luggage and little kids but we knew this before coming so we were prepared.

Bel appartement bien équipé, proche toutes commodités (commerces alimentaires, plage, restaurations, transports, hôpital,...). Hôte disponible à toute heure de la journée. une installation WIFI serait appréciée, surtout pour un long séjour. Nous n&#39avons pas pu profiter de la piscine.

Adorei a estadia, a apartamento tem otimas condições, bastante seguro, com lugar de estacionamento gratis e a localização é perfeita. Apenas achei o colchao da cama muito mole, faz doer as costas pois parece que o corpo se afunda no colchão, na casa de banho apenas tinha 1 rolo de papel higiénico e apenas tinha um esfregao e um saquinho pequeno com liquido da loiça e outro para a maquina. Nao é suficiente quantidade para 1 semana devia ter detergente da loiça e das maquinas de lavar a roupa e a loiça em maior quantidade.

Muy bueno!

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de la playa, con mucho comercio alrededor. Ha sido tranquilo aparcar a mediados de mayo en el aparcamiento del condominio. El apartamento era muy cómodo, limpio y bonito, y tenía todo lo necesario para una buena estancia (buenas camas, buena TV, buenos utensilios de cocina, etc).
