Perfect Beach House

Really loved this location. It’s on beach block but not that close to the beach, so there is a bit of a walk to the beach. Had the whole driveway to ourselves, plenty of room, well equipped kitchen, new washer and dryer… just a sweet spot and we were able to bring our dog!

The house is immaculate. Nicest house that allows pets I have ever found

I would definitely come back the owner has all the amenities even the pots and pans are nice and new not scratched. Dawn also has more parking than most and gives more beach passes than most houses. If you stay you will ded come back

Great vacation

Enjoyed our time in Lava with our friends and family. The house was in the perfect location, very clean, and in a quiet part of town. The back deck was great for eating outside or just hanging out and relaxing. The clothesline was also appreciated as was the outdoor shower. Each room had a ceiling fan for the cooler days as well as an AC which was nice for the hotter days. Enjoyed meeting Dawn, as well. Would return and rent this home again.

Beyond expectations

We arrived Saturday June 24 and were greeted by the owner, Dawn. She walked us through the essentials and made it clear that she would be available should we have any issues. Our week long stay couldn't have been better. The house was beyond comfortable. The neighborhood was perfect with most places we visited within walking distance. Amazing Stay

I couldn't wait to get home to write this review. My stay at Dawn's place in Lavalette was nothing short of spectacular!! Everything was exactly as listed. The property was the perfect location and landlord was very attentive. She met us right away (even let us in a tad bit early.) She provided immediate responses and helpful suggestions. I have rented almost every year in Lavalette and this was by far one if my favortites! The house was immaculate. The outside shower is to die for. Both showers had substantial water pressure . If you love to shop and u love all the great restaurants, this is the place to be!! Did I mention Beach Block!! No crossing a busy road. Also, if you've spent any time down the shore, u know how there can be power outtages ...but this house has a generator!! Bonus! We even brought our fur babies and she was nice enough to provide a gate for the deck. Also, we had a few different friends and family members stay with us. Each of them were impressed as well and are interested in renting from her. Dawn was a gracious host and this house was perfect for our week long vaca. We will definitelybe back.

EVERYTHING WE NEEDED

My husband and I extremely enjoyed our stay in Lavalette with our 2-year-old and infant son and two fur babies! The house was perfect for family to visit, with two bedrooms upstairs as well as an additional bathroom. The outdoor shower was an awesome accommodation as multiple people could get ready at the same time. Additionally, I enjoyed having a washer and dryer on the premise as I didn’t have to take home dirty clothes and was able to wash our beach towels when needed. The sun porch and deck offered nice gathering areas for down time. Needless to say, the house met all our needs and was EXTREMELY clean. The only downside was the walk to the beach was a little bit longer than we would have liked ( good to keep in mind if traveling with children or older family members.) Dawn was super attentive to our questions and needs and friendly! We would highly recommend and will definitely be booking again!

A nice getaway to the Jersey shore

House was exactly as described. Perfect location on the beach block. Easy walk to the beach and town. Bedrooms were good, great kitchen space and a nice outdoor deck. Good laundry in the basement. Would definitely recommend the property.

Lavallette getaway

We enjoyed our beach getaway! The property was in a great location on beach block and very clean! Plenty of space for indoor and outdoor enjoyment. Beds were comfy and all rooms air conditioned with ceiling fans. Dawn was very friendly and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. Highly recommend this property!

The Perfect Vacation Home!

We were lucky enough to rent this beautiful home last week for our vacation in Lavallette! Dawn was incredibly helpful answering all of our questions and available 24/7 if we needed anything. The home was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. We actually said the photos didn't do it justice! We were two families, 4 adults and 4 kids, and we had more than enough room for our stay. We especially loved the two rooms upstairs as they were perfect for the kids since they were nice and quiet. My two year old was able to take peaceful naps while the older kids played downstairs. The sunroom was perfect for the kids to play games in while we used the deck for nightly family dinners. The location can't be beat! The house is a 2 minute walk to the beach which was super convenient going back and forth with the kids, and even closer to ice cream shops, restaurants and clothing boutiques. We will definitely rent this home again for vacation next summer and we especially recommend this rental for families looking to beach, relax and enjoy the local sites. Big thanks again to Dawn for making our vacation perfect!

home away from home

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of this home as well as the location on the ocean side. There was ample parking in the driveway for three cars and available parking on the street. It was also nicely decorated and the appliances were up to date and also very clean. The owner was most friendly and helpful to answer any and all questions. We enjoyed the patio off the kitchen as well as the livingroom space.

Perfect Beach Home

LAVALLETTE......great place

This was our 1st vacation in awhile to the Jersey shore. It was very clean & had all the amenities that you would need to make your stay pleasant. This was a great vacation stay & very close to the beach.

Great week in Lavallette!!

This house was perfect for myself, my husband, 2 year old and my parents. Can’t beat being on the beach block, and In walking distance to pizza, coffee, ice cream, bike rentals, bay beach, shopping etc. Would absolutely stay again!

Great location and place!

This was the first family vacation my family and I had in over 15 years and it was amazing! The place was beautiful, homey and in a great location to local shops and the beach. Dawn was easy to work with and made our stay very comfortable. My family and I couldn't of been happier and are possibly looking to book again in the near future!

Lovely beach vacation

So happy to have spent a wonderful week at this beautiful home. The home had so much to offer and was very convenient to beach , shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed bike rides to town and visiting with guests on the back porch. Upon arrival the home was in perfect condition. Charming Light filled cottage

Really cute & charming house. Lots of windows so house is filled with sunshine. It is nice to have 2 bedrooms on each floor (with bathrooms). We enjoyed the patio as well as the first floor enclosed patio room. Ocean block - owner is super nice and attentive. Lovely place.
