Good morning Jeremy Your review is my first 3 star. It is never pleasant to receive criticism but I thank you for the detailed feedback as it brings attention to what I can improve. I wil try to deal with the issues you raise point by point, indicating where I agree or disagree, and what I plan to do about it. 1) Regarding access to green space, I think this problem is mainly about personal choice and sensitivity. In the property descripion it is clearly explained that the two houses, on the property, share a common courtyard and garden (as well as each having their own private outside space). If full privacy is important to you than maybe you could have chosen an other formula more suited to your needs. 2) I understand your disapointment with the lack of shade on the roof terrace (although there is shade in other parts of the property). In the summer it is hot during the day but pleasant in the morning and evening. Because of sudden winds I find it dangerous to put a parasol on the roof which can blow away. However (thanks to your feedback) I have looked into other more stable systems and have found a solution (which will be implemented at the latest this coming spring). 3) There was indeed a problem with one of the chairs in the kitchen (but not all of them). I have already replaced the whole set of chairs 4) You mention that the rooms were warm during the day. Although there are fans (and I personally find the temperatures pleasant inside) I do realize this could be a problem for some guests. Indeed while you were in Silves we experienced the worst heat wave since I live in Portugal. This is why I have decided to purchase an electric heat pump system which will provide both air conditioning and heating in the house. This will be installed in October or November when the house is vacant. 5) There was a spot of rust on the ironing board and it has been replaced. 6) You showed me some small imperfections in the cleaning. Almost always I do a quick check of the house after the cleaning (and indeed am often present in the house doing the ironing while my cleaning lady does the cleaning) but this time it was not possible and I apologize the cleaning was not completely up to the normal standard. However I also feel there was some exaggeration. You suggested a space had not been cleaned for months and this is simply not true 7) As suggested one utensil has been added to the inventary which I consider, otherwise, adequate and complete.
