An amazing place to stay

7 of us have just had a really lovely holiday in this fantastic villa. It is very luxurious, and all the rooms were amazing. Andres was lovely and Manolo looked after us so well every day, everything was spotlessly clean. The spa was a real highlight every evening before dinner, it was wonderful! Hope to go back again sometime.

Amazing villa and amazing staff

After a few villa holidays with our group of 8 adults and 6 children we have finally found the perfect villa! The house is amazing and the owner and staff clearly show the love they have for the property ( Thanks Jefferey! ) Nothing was too much trouble. The underground spa was nothing short of breathtaking and the gardens are the perfect place to spend the day and evenings . We will be returning for sure . Thanks for a wonderful holiday Andres

Amazing

Just come back from spending new year with 12 fab friends in one amazing property, on our arrival every room we went in you could hear a WOW from everyone. OMG it was all amazing, everyone enjoyed themselves. Even more amazing was the spa which was in a cave under the villa. Out of this world. Jeff was amazing and a always there if we needed him.

Absolutely amazing ❤️

What an amazing place & as a lot of people have already said the pictures do not do it justice. We had a wonderful weekend celebrating our friends 40th & 50th Birthday & we had everything we could wish for & more (The Sun) Andres, Jeffery & Manolo were lovely & they were there within seconds of if we needed them. Wish we could do it all again but for longer. Great location only 20 minuets from the airport & several supermarkets near by, would highly recommend the beautiful villa

As you can see, our house is unique in Alicante, there are no houses for rent so prepared with a heated pool as big as ours, or with a Spa in caves. Our house is becoming very popular for people looking for a quiet beach and golf holiday, also tennis and Volvo Ocean Race. We appreciate your visit and your comment, we send a big hug to you all.

Spellbinding, captivating.

We have just returned from a week of pure luxury and relaxation. So many fantastic memories made in a superb location. We enjoyed the outside space and facilities and every time we walked back inside the villa it was just mind blowing. The spa in the caves is yet another amazing experience in this property. It was spotless and everything you need is on hand for large groups. Jeffrey was most helpful, nothing was too much trouble, such a friendly person he just felt like he was part of our holiday group. Fantastic accommodation, facilities and staff!

We (3 families) stayed here in April 2018 and had a great time. The pictures do not do justice to the villa. Rooms were well laid out and were extremely comfortable. The kitchen and dining areas had everything we needed and more. The outside areas were fantastic. Our young kids had plenty to do. The pool area was covered when we stayed and provided a brilliant place to relax, which was only surpassed by the spa area later in the day. We were met by Andres and Jeffrey who gave us the tour of the villa. Throughtout the week Jeffrey was available for any questions but wasn't intrusive allowing us to enjoy ourselves. Overall, a fab week and we'll definitely be loo king to return in the future.

As you have seen, the hotwater inthe pool in the spring time is fantastic and in the afternoon a Spa session culminates well-being and offers us health. Also the playground for children is well equipped and is ideal for them to play and let the parents enjoy. Wonderful stay and Villa

Have just got back from our wonderful stay at King James Villa . There were 9 of us and none of us were interested in going anywhere else. Our ages were from age 5 years to 73 years. Beds were very comfortable along with the pillows. ( Andres if possible can you let us know what the pillows are.) We were welcomed by Jeffrey and his girlfriend who were very smart in their uniform, as we had not told any of our family anything about the villa this added to the surprise. Bedrooms, pool and spa are out of this world décor was fabulous. As food and drink are one of our hobbies (owning a restaurant for 30 years and Hubby a chef) he and my Son were in their element in the kitchen. We look forward to returning soon. Thank you Andres for letting us use your house. Thank you Jeffrey for your help and not forgetting Manola.

55th Birthday Reunion

We were 12 people (6 couples) looking to enjoy some quality time together. We were looking for some hotel style luxury without the hotel type restrictions of fixed meal times and the impersonal aspects of sharing facilities with other hotel guests. We found exactly what we were looking for and more. In fact the facilities were so good that it was tempting not to venture out of the complex during our 4 night stay! The attention to detail provided by Andres and his staff provided all the luxury expected of a 5 star hotel (bath robes & slippers for the swimming pool, relaxing choice of music to several areas of the complex, internet access, well equipped spa, large swimming pool with sun beds and hanging chairs, etc etc.) The kitchen(s) BBQ and dining areas gave us the freedom to prepare our own meals, drinks and entertainment in the evenings. The property was clean, well-maintained and our washing up, room tidying etc. was looked after for us - and as if by magic, things were immaculate ready to start again each morning! We would highly recommend this property: both for reunions such as ours and also for larger family gatherings. Thank you Andres and your staff!

Nuestro equipo siempre y con cada inquilino intenta mejorarse con la finalidad de dar al huésped una atención personalizada y a su medida. Intentamos que no les falta nada en ningún momento, ser discretos mantenerlo todo limpio ordenado y correcto pero sin molestar, pues el huésped cuando alquila una villa como esta, lo que quiere es sentirse a gusto y disfrutarla al máximo. La limpieza, el orden y la amabilidad son nuestra prioridad. The most amazing house we have been to

This house is the most amazing house we have visited. We are a family of 7 adults and 4 children. There are 6 bedrooms, including one family room. A good bathroom attached to each room, as well as a playroom with cards and a full size bar, living rooms and more. Spa that is amazing and we used a lot. Words can not describe the experience of going to the spa area. Cleanliness was excellent inside and outside. Two adjacent kitchens with big coolers and all equipment that is needed for a big party. We celebrated the 50th birthday of my husband and held a party with about 20 people in the garden. The garden is incredible with a swimming pool, tree houses, a large barbecue grill, bars and more. There was enough room for everyone. Cremades has a staff who takes care of trash and keeps the garden and pool clean all the time. Manolo was incredible. It was a real luxury. The family could walk to a really nice restaurant in just 200 meters away, where we got food for everyone. There were only about 5 minutes to drive to the mall and 10 minutes to the beach and heart of Alicante and 25 minutes to the zoo. Everyone had a lot of fun and it was the perfect week in Alicante and Villa Rey Jaume fulfilled all our expectations and so much more with all its details. I can highly recommend this house for everyone.

Une maison et un jardin hallucinants !!

Un séjour parfait ! La maison est magnifique .Les photos de ne rendent absolument pas la réalité. La déco me faisait un peu peur sur les photos mais en fait ce ne sont que des pieces d'art ou d'ameublement de qualité . Nous étions un groupe de 9 personnes ,4 couples + une personne seules tous soixantenaires . Nous avions chacun notre espace chambre spacieuse et salle de bains . Le temps fabuleux du début octobre a fait que nous avons vécu dans le superbe jardin dans lequel nous prenions nos trois repas à des endroits différents .La cuisine exceptionnelle aussi. Si nécessaire, il y a un restaurant au bout de la rue. La piscine chauffée, le spa dans la grotte époustouflante sous la maison, la possibilité d'aller au centre ville en bus rapidement,les plages proches ont fait notre bonheur. Tout est d'une propreté parfaite grâce à Manolo qui s'occupe de l'entretien discret, prévenant et efficace. Cerise sur le gateau, le propriétaire est très sympathique . Bref à recommander

We were two families, 18 persons, who enjoyed fabulous two weeks at Villa Rey Jaume. We recommend the villa to everyone who asks. The villa exceeded our expectations in all ways. It's a place where everyone can enjoy their space, and also where everyone can be together. The house is well equipped with household items, and the swimming pool and the spa were used to the fullest. Although we are extremely pleased with our stay, there are clear signs that the villa needs some maintenance, especially around the pool area. We'd like to thank Andrés (the owner) for acting swiftly when one night some of the air-conditions didn't work. Andrés and Villa Rey Jaume get five stars from us!

Ein vielseitiges Haus

Das Haus ist richtig gut eingerichtet und bietet eine Menge Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung. Wir waren 14 Personen und haben uns zu keinem Augenblick gelangweilt. Hervorzuheben ist der Jeffrey. Er ist der Mann für alles und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Es ist auch sehr angenehm, wenn das Haus und Zimmer jeden Tag gereinigt wurden. Das war ein Service wie in guten Hotels. Bedingungslos zu empfehlen. Wir haben vor, diese Villa jedes Jahr zu mieten.

A fantastic villa that none of us wanted to leave and that we all want to return to.

Thank you Andres and Jeffrey for a brilliant time at a wonderful place. From the moment we arrived to our leaving the villa gates our experience was a happy one. The villa itself is stunning and spacious and set within a beautiful garden that we all had fun exploring and relaxing in its various parts. We were a group of 7 adults and 7 children and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa has plenty on offer to occupy everyone for a long stay - we weren't bored for one minute! The owner was very pleasant and greeted us on arrival and departure. Jeffrey who speaks both Spanish and English and is available to help you with your stay was amazing. You couldn't ask for a more friendly, polite and helpful individual to maximize your experience of this wonderful villa and area. Our entire party agreed that it would be hard to beat this villa as a place to stay with so much to offer. It certainly deserves the 5 stars we've given it. Highly recommended - you would not regret booking this villa. Scott and the McKay Clan.

15 of us stayed in this beautiful villa for a week celebrating birthdays.

When we arrived Jeffrey showed us round the garden and house, both definitely have the wow factor. Lovely bedrooms one of which is adapted for a wheelchair user so was good for my sister. We used the spa every night from 6-8pm which was great, I’m missing it. There is a bus stop at the bottom of the road where you can get the bus to Alicante city which is well worth a visit. There is a petrol station with a small carrefour supermarket where you can buy essentials and bigger supermarkets you can walk to, the staff phoned for a taxi to get us back to the villa. The villa has 2 kitchens and is very well equipped, we mostly ate in the dining room which is very spacious and there is a laundry room outside with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The garden has lots of seating areas so everyone can have their own space if they want it. The pool table was well used and the heated pool was great. Jeffrey comes in everyday except Sunday and takes away the rubbish and recycling and makes the beds, he was very discreet and we found him very helpful if we needed information. We would have loved another week here the time just flew by. I would recommend this villa highly we all enjoyed our holiday.

Unique 'villa' experience with excellent service

To say this is a 'villa' is like saying Burj Al Arab is just a hotel.... Every room was different and quirky, and the whole experience of the villa unique and special. The pool area outside was a delight and could accommodate all 14 of us easily. The fact that the villa was formerly used as a hotel meant that there were many other extras which added to the experience. The pool table was used extensively, as were the table tennis table and baby-foot tables. Jeffrey and his team did a fantastic job of making the villa ready every morning, and were both efficient and unobtrusive. It was also a really nice touch that Jeffrey made himself available out of hours to help with finding taxis etc. In summary it is virtually impossible to find fault anywhere. If I were to give 2 minor suggestions to make the experience even better, I'd suggest fixing the fan in the kitchen and getting better cool air circulation there generally (it got VERY warm in there during cooking times), and also consider more effective mosquito protection around the outdoor seating areas (although accept you don't control pest behaviour !). These did not at all detract from the holiday however. So...Thank you Andres to you and your staff for giving us a fantastic holiday. And thank you for coming round to wish us well on the last night. That was a really nice gesture.

Our intention is a unforgetable holiday in this environment that the villa surrounds you with, starting with the natural garden area and its huts, the total enjoyment at the spacious pool area, with the attention to detail of the decoration of bedrooms and lounges, the relaxing spa area, we like that our guests have the best comfort and all the possible extras to make the stay the best and a outstanding experience, we are always open to opinions and suggestions for the improvememt of the stay in the villa for our guets. It is satisfactory to know that you have taken advantage of the games and enterteinment like the pool table, table football and pin pong. We are happy to that our team has provided the service and the help that you deserve on your holiday to make possible the maximum enjoyment on your stay. Thanks for your suggestions always to improve and that has not degraded the result of your experience. Because of the equipment we provide in our kitchen the temperature is higher than in the rest of the house, we will improve the ventilation of that area. Its true there are mosquitoes It is a hard task to keep away all the mosquitoes having in mind that this year there is plague of tiger mosquitoes in all Europe, we fight to keep out all possible mosquitoe and do not disturb our guests. We are so happy that you have had such a fantastic stay in our villa here in alicante, you know where we are when ever you want you have your home greetings from Jeffrey and the whole team, a hug Mark and the whole family. 🤗

This a fantastic property with such excellent accomodation, furnishings and the way it is decorated

Our experience as a family of eleven guests was fantastic, from the beautiful sculptured gardens to the enormous swimming pool, sun loungers and lots of relaxing chairs available dotted around the garden. The three outdoor patio seating areas where used every day, with the extra long table out-side the kitchen big enough for us all. We all enjoyed the games facilities, table tennis table football and pool. The living room where we spent most of our evenings was presented to a very high standard as was the dining room and reception area's. The kitchen was a double kitchen which held everything you could possibly want, including four fridges and a freezer. The bedrooms were over three floors, all with their own facilities, the beds were very comfortable and the décor of all the rooms was excellent. Two hours on most days we went down into the caves to visit the spa which was ever more spectacular than is imaginable. We were looked after by Jeffery every day and nothing was to much bother for him, he certainly made our stay an ever more enjoyable occasion than we thought possible. Amazing Villa - Clean - Excellent Facilities - Friendly Staff - Friendly Owner

My family along with two other families (12 of us altogether) have been hiring out villas together for many years now and this one is by far the best! We had a lovely warm welcome from the owner Andreas and Jeffrey (who works for Andreas). Jeffrey is English and speaks fluent Spanish. The facilities of the villa are amazing. (The pictures do not do it justice). The villa is spacious and very clean and it was a refreshing change to have our beds made and rubbish taken away each day!! (even the BBQ grill was washed for us each day!!!) There is plenty to do in Alicante, however if you just wanted to spend the whole time chilling at the villa you would not get bored. There is a Restaurant at a walkable distance which does an all you can eat for 12.00 Euros and the food is amazing. We had a lovely time and Jeffrey was very helpful and contactable as and when we needed him. A great time was had by all and we would definitely recommend anyone to hire out this villa. You will not be disappointed!! Thank you Andreas and Jeffrey! Jackie and everyone. x

Our amazing family holiday in pure luxury❤️

From arriving at the electric gates to be met by the wonderful Jeffrey (who was the absolute backbone of our holiday stay)our holiday was just perfect.The opulence and luxury this house oozes has to be experienced to be understood,the house encompasses you and is all too consuming to the point we weren’t too bothered to venture out,we were enjoying the luxury and splendour of every room and especially the most amazing spa,this house is thee most amazing,comfortable,fascinating dwelling I have ever had the pleasure of staying in (and I am well travelled) Myself and my family (12 of us)enjoyed all the house has to offer,we had a 6month old (high chairs and cot provided)3year old,10 year old,14 year old and they were all entertained,the table football,table tennis,pool table provided endless competitions for the 4 men that were with us whilst the ladies sunbathed to their hearts content knowing the men were enjoying their time. Jeffrey was always on hand and not one thing was too much trouble for him,I cannot praise him enough,even when off duty was ordering taxis for us as the taxi firm could not understand our accents and promptly hung up🙄 6-8pm was family spa time and the spa is just fabulous. The World Cup is on at the minute and Jeffrey sorted that so the men could watch it,he does everything with a smile on his face and really takes delight in wanting to make your stay at villa Rey Jaume unforgettable and he definitely succeeded. Cannot wait to return with my family and several of my friends are also looking at dates to book on my recommendation. Villa Rey Jaume it’s been amazing Jeffrey thank you for all you did for us our holiday was amazing because of you,Andreas thank you for allowing us the pleasure of staying in your sumptuous beautiful home. Paradise

Paradise is the only word I can find to sum up Villa Rei Jaume and pictures cannot do justice to such a wonderful place. We stayed for 9 nights in May 2018, 6 adults and 2 children. We wanted somewhere private to stay but also somewhere big enough so we could “escape” each other if we wanted to. Villa Rei Jaume certainly gave us this and so much more. When we arrived we were shown around the villa and given instructions on how to use the numerous amenities. Jeffrey was on hand everyday, except Sunday, from aprox. 7.30am to 2.30pm and became a valuable resource giving us advice on local amenities and events. We were supplied with bathrobes, slippers, vanity accessories and towel changes every few days, along with daily cleaning of bedrooms and all complimentary. The gardens are so beautiful, filled with exotic foliage and plants from all over the world with numerous places where you can just sit and contemplate. To our delight the pool was heated free of charge. Of course the pièce de résistance is the cave spa. I can’t begin to describe how wonderful it is to have your very own cave with numerous spa pools plus Turkish bath to relax in after a day in the sun. The villa is full of little surprises and everyday I came across things I hadn’t noticed before. I can’t thank Andre and his staff enough for the kindness and understanding we were shown especially towards the children, one of whom has autism. We have relatives that have an apartment half an hour outside of Alicante and Andre kindly allowed them to visit us at the villa for a few hours. As we showed them around they gave out an audible “wow” as they entered each room and needless to say they are looking to book as soon as possible. Before leaving Jeffrey asked me if there was anything they could have done to make our stay more pleasurable and I couldn’t think of a single thing that would have made our holiday better and to be honest I still can’t. There really is only one negative about Villa Rei Jaume and that is having to leave at the end of our holiday. Really hope I can return one day.

In Alicante, only our house has such a large heated pool and a Spa in caves with pools at various temperatures and Turkish bath, all perfect to relax and enjoy a wonderful vacation. Seule une personne comme moi, avec un grand amour pour les choses et surtout pour ma maison, peut offrir à d'autres, ce type d'hébergement touristique. Je suis désolé, mais vous ne trouverez pas une maison égale à Alicante, préparée pour l'été et surtout pour les hivers.

Villa Rei Jaume est maintenant une boutique et une maison privée pour la location touristique. Il est loué complet pour vous et votre famille. Vous louez toute la maison avec le droit à toutes vos installations, à votre arrivée vous recevrez les clés de la maison.

Si vous voyagez pour une plage et des vacances de golf ou pour la Volvo Ocean Race cette maison est l'idéal. Il a toutes les commodités, et très proche du parcours de golf d'Alicante et du terrain de golf de Bonalba et à seulement 4 km de la plage. Vous avez une personne de service qui parle anglais, (Jefree) pour le nettoyage quotidien des chambres, des salons de cuisine et des salles à manger, a également un contrôle exhaustif des eaux du Spa et de la piscine.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Si vous cherchez une grande maison spacieuse idéale pour l'été, mais surtout entièrement équipée pour l'hiver, la Villa Rei Jaume est ce qu'il vous faut et ce que vous recherchez. Si vous avez aussi une grande famille avec des enfants et des bébés, vous pouvez profiter de vacances tranquilles, pour les enfants il y a beaucoup de jeux et pour les bébés le confort de manger des chaises, aire de jeux, baignoire pour bébé, table de jeu et chaises , berceaux, poussettes, sièges bébé pour votre véhicule (homologué) et bien plus encore.
 
La maison est louée pour obtenir des ressources économiques suffisantes pour son propre entretien, je ne le vois pas comme une entreprise et cela vous remarquerez avec les détails, j'essaie toujours de résoudre les problèmes, casse, et tout ce qui peut ennuyer mes locataires.

Ce que je veux le plus, c'est que vous passiez un bon moment et que vous soyez heureux pendant votre séjour à ma Villa Rei Jaume à Alicante.
