Villa Présentation Immmersa à Green accueille 8 personnes

La vue de la Villa Andrea est vraiment enchanté de gammes Citara Bay à l'église Soccorso et offre l'un des plus beaux aperçus de l'île. La vue est encadrée par un jardin pittoresque où de se livrer à une vie de détente.
La Villa bénéficie d'une position panoramique privilégiée à quelques minutes en voiture de la plage de Citara et les Jardins de Poséidon, célèbre dans le monde entier pour leurs eaux curatives et des soins spa dans un environnement naturel.
Villa Andrea est situé à quelques kilomètres du centre de Forio, où vous pourrez passer d'agréables soirées ou après-midi de shopping dans les nombreux bars et le célèbre port de S. Angelo, le plus exclusif de l'île, avec des restaurants traditionnels emballés et des bars de musique.
Le phare de Punta Imperatore est à seulement quelques minutes.
Alors villa Andrea est spacieuse, confortable, équipé de wifi et un parking.
E « se compose d'un appartement central, juste rénové et une annexe. central nell » il y a trois chambres (deux doubles et une avec des lits jumeaux) et trois salles de bains, une cuisine et un grand salon avec cheminée donnant sur la baie de Citara.
Dans l'annexe il y a une chambre double avec salle de bains. La cuisine est entièrement équipée.
La Villa est très fraîche en été et en hiver, vous pouvez utiliser le chauffage central.
Et « possible d'avoir un cuisinier, une femme de chambre et une nounou pour une taxe. Sur demande, nous ajoutons une crèche pour les petits enfants.
Les animaux domestiques sont les bienvenus. Le prix comprend la consommation d'eau, l'électricité, le gaz, le linge et le nettoyage final.

Great vacation stay

Thank you for a great stay. What we liked: the view is spectacular; the rooms are plentiful and the beds satisfactory; the location is quite good but be prepared to walk or take the car - get a small car - as the location is a bit remote - thus the view - you will need to drive or walk very far to get to centro except for Faro's bar just up the hill - Paolo and Angela run a good place five hundred feet from the property - but that is about all - Angela the property manager was extremely helpful, available and attentive; she even took care of the power going out for about one-half hour - came quickly, located the problem and got us up and running - the house is well equipped for the eight of us. the Casetta attached was a real bonus. The fact that it is on one floor is a plus; the patio is spacious with lemon tree and plenty of beautiful foilage - very private. Clean. Equipped. well-lighted. What we missed - internet - you can "steal" some from the neighboring properties sporadically - owner should consider getting wi-fi for the property; also, we as Homeaway. com owners supply more bath towels - even if they do not match - and at a nominal extra charge - say E20- paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper. We would be willing to pay a little extra to have those at the house when we arrive. We enjoyed all being on one floor. The roof view is great at sunset over the sea. Another suggestion - stress to all guests, hire a small care - nothing midsized - the viale is tight and tricky but a lot of fun. Thank you for a wonderful stay - we hated to leave. Joe

Dear Mr. Mecca, I’m glad you and your family have had a pleasant stay in the property. The quiet and the nature that surrounds it are distinguishing features so the few-minute walk or the five-minute drive by car to the centre could be quite pleasant. I’m sure Angela has given you all the necessary support, and that’s our must. For the towels, toilet papers and trash bags, you could have just called her. She would have provided all needed right away, of course without any additional costs. Regarding Internet, although we clearly specify it in our website, we will be pleased to add this service as soon as the network will be installed in the area. Thanks for sharing with us your comments, suggestions and good memories on this holiday. We look forward you next visit in our stunning Island.

Très belle maison, avec une vue imprenable de l'île, mais loin de la ville avec un accès compliqué pour une grosse voiture. Nous avons eu deux matinées sans eau ( pompe défaillante, mais resolu grâce au dévouement de Angela, merci à elle.) à part cela, la maison et l'île sont merveilleuses.

"La maison est superbe et...

"La maison est superbe et son environnement idyllique (un peu eloigné de la plage et donc du bruit). Seule ombre au tableau : pas de lave linge contrairement à l'annonce et une plomberie très deficiente (pas possible d'utiliser les douches en même temps). Cela ne nous a cependant pas empeché d'y passer d'excellentes vacances, mais il eut été agréable de le savoir avant."

Amazing Spot in Ischia

The property is as stunning as the photos. Mrs Angela was very warm and friendly, she took us to the property the first day and showed us how everything worked. The view of the sea from the large glass doors in the living room is spectacular. I woul highly recommend this house!

un'isola e una villa tutta da scoprire

ho passato quattro giorni col mio fidanazato dal 28/4 al 1/5..che dire..sara' stata anche la fortuna di aver avuto un tempo davvero bello ma la vacanza per noi e' stata indimenticabile.la villa se pur arredata in maniera spartana..mobili ikea..gode di ottima pulizia e di buon gusto..ma il punto di forza e' il panorama..una vista incantevole sulla baia di citara e su tutta forio in generale.la strada per raggiungere la villa un po' tortuosa ma una volta arrivati li' ne vale la pena

Le foto non rendono la bellezza del luogo, posto perfetto per trascorrere una vacanza ideale con amici. Villa pulita, ordinata, accessoriata di tutto il necessario. Grazie di tutto ed a presto rivederci!

Casa-giardino-panorama ..mozzafiato!

Sono arrivata con un gruppo di amici in questa doppia casa, appena ristrutturata. C'è una piccola strada per accedervi con l'auto ma essendo sportivi in dieci minuti a piedi c'è la fermata del bus che porta sia alla spiaggia di Cetara sia ai piccoli paesini dell'isola. E poi..se si vuole stare tranquilli, in un bel terrazzo sul mare qualche rinuncia ci vuole! La casa si presenta allegra..calda , visto che e' marzo.Posso solo consigliarla..a coppie con bambini , a chi vuole rilassarsi e fare delle belle escursioni a piedi: si arriva al faro in un quarto d'ora e anche qui il panorama è mozzafiato! Ci sono piaciuti molto la disposizione delle stanze e anche i bagni che sono stati appena ristrutturati. Sono certa che ci torneremo!

We really enjoyed our vacation

The location is beautiful with a well maintained garden. the view is wonderful. we had a great journey, Mrs. Angela received us, she has been lovely and provided useful informations. the house is absolutely comfortable. everything was clean and in order. an angle in the kitchen should require a painting but is fine. we think to come back for our next stay in Ischia and for sure we will recommend to our friends and relatives!

Very comfortable stay

First, I should start my review by saying I'm an extremely picky renter. My biggest demands are absolutely clean, no smells, comfortable furniture. Nothing grosses me out more than someone else's hair in the bathroom or stained furniture/carpet. My family of 5 stayed in this cabin and it definitely passed my inspection and met most of my expectations. It was very clean, kitchen was well stocked, furniture was nice, bedding was good, and most of the beds were comfortable, (didn't use any of the single beds, but they didn't seem to be too great. Double bed on main floor was very comfortable). Hot tub was very clean and in perfect working condition, maintenance guy came right when we were arriving to clean it after last renters. There's a newer washer and dryer that are a little small, but work great. For those of you from hot climates used to air conditioning, know that there isn't any here (like most places in the area) and don't be surprised when you walk in and the upstairs is extremely hot. But it's not a problem because it cools off so much at night and there are plenty of fans, so you don't need air conditioning. There's a nice sized yard to play games and both the deck and front porch are big and provide shaded places to sit at different times of the day. We used the grill once and it worked fine. I would recommend replacing most of the towels as they seem pretty old/used. My only real negative...there's a problem with gnats getting in the house at night when you have the windows open and lights on. I realize gnats are a part of outdoor life and I'm not unrealistic about having to deal with bugs, but the screens on the windows must not be the right size and this was ridiculous. As I mentioned earlier, we wanted to cool the house down by opening it up later in the day, but as it got dark there were huge swarms of gnats in the house, on the walls and windows, by the lights, in the sinks, etc. We ended up closing all the windows and turning off every light we could, which was less than ideal. Going forward we just made sure to cool the house as soon as possible then close it up before dark. A quick note on location, it's about 10 mintues outside of Lead on a dirt/gravel road. It's a very wide, well maintained road with no difficult climbs or turns. I definitely recommend this cabin as it is very comfortable, clean, and obviously well cared for. This picky renter would happily rent here again.

Beware the size and the implications

Coming from the perspective of a group of 10, the pictures give a vastly larger impression than the actual cabin is, and half the "cabin" in the overview pictures is a garage. The two twin beds are *inside* the two upstairs bedrooms, and pulling the trundles out shrinks the remaining floor space tremendously. Be prepared to only have one or two people walking in the smaller room at a time, because no more will fit when the trundle is being used. The trundles also don't come with sheets, and there is nowhere else to put them other than the room they're stored in. The upstairs bathroom's stool space and shower are very small, so if you bring any larger people with you, you'll need to send them downstairs to do their business or shower. Something to also be aware of that isn't listed anywhere on the site and that is only emailed to you after they take the rest of your money is that you have to do your own cleanup when you leave, and you are not allowed to move any furniture. When they claim to sleep 10, they have the physical beds for it but then don't allow you to create space for those 10 people when everyone is awake. The living room is not friendly for talking to anyone in the kitchen, and we ended up not using it due to the size and couch placement except for the occasional person who wanted to read a book. The bathrooms and kitchen cupboards were well-stocked for a rental. I would not stay at this place again due to all the memories of frustrations we had from this first trip, and I highly do NOT recommend it to anyone who might be lured in by the "sleeps 10" claim. If you are only a couple couples staying together, however, then this would probably make an excellent cabin. It is worth noting that the hot tub is excellent. We have zero complaints about the hot tub.

The bedding configuration is listed clearly on the site but we do apologize if there was any confusion. Additionally, the local managers just ask that you leave the home tidy before you leave - wash dishes and take out the garbage. These are common requests in the vacation rental industry. Two couples on vacation

This property was exactly as it was posted. We were two retired couples on vacation to see sights in black hills. Really enjoyed our stay away from lots of people. Close to deadwood and only about 50-60miles from mt. Rushmore. Great retreat!

Panorama, tranquillità e comodità

Villa molto bella e comoda. Vista sul mare meravigliosa. doppio posto auto privato gratuito e servizio di pulizia una volta alla settimana (a pagamento anche tutti i giorni).

Panorama meraviglioso in bel giardino

Ho trascorso con la mia famiglia una settimana nella villa ed è stata una vacanza indimenticabile.Quiete e tranquillità in una villetta solo per noi, a 5 minuti di auto dal mare. Panorama mozzafiato, un giardino verde, casa molto accogliente. Tutte le comodità (compresi pulizia una volta alla settimana e posti auto). Ritorneremo certamente ps. proprietari molto disponibili

Tolle Unterkunft, aber mit Mängeln

"Villa Sara ist ein wunderbares Ferienhaus in fantastischer Lage - aber es sollte im Angebot darauf hingewiesen werden, dass ein Mietwagen unbedingt erforderlich ist und die enge Zufahrt mit größeren PKWs nur auf einem weiteren Umweg zu bewältigen ist! Die Ausstattung mit Möbeln, Bettwäsche, Handtüchern etc. ist exzellent, die Ausstattung mit Kochgeschirr aber mangelhaft. Defekte Töpfe und Kaffeekocher müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden, eine Käsereibe fehlt und 3 Weingläser sind für ein 6-Personen-Haus zu wenig... Entgegen anderer Bewertungen hier funktionieren die Duschen aber allesamt perfekt und haben sogar sehr guten Wasserdruck!"

"La casa gode di una veduta fantastica anche se è scomodo arrivarci, peccato che nel periodo frequentato è risultata particolarmente umida e fredda (condizionatore soggiorno non funzionante) non preparata a dovere ad accogliere degli ospiti. La cura dei dettagli lascia a desiderare."
