Pool House Sa Marineta. Rustic design house in Es Llombards:
Sa Marineta is a fantastic, renovated village house of 250 m2 on two stories. It is in the center of Es Llombards and is very close to beautiful beaches. It is modern and practical. There is a swimming pool, terrace, veranda, a large kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: accommodates 4 with two extra places possible.

If to the dream of living in a little street in a delightful village like Es Llombards we add 250 meters of renovated, modern, practical living space, the result is Sa Marineta: a typical family house which its owners have re-modelled and re-designed to meet their own holiday needs... and yours! (although you might not have realized till now).

Behind its lovely stone facade, Sa Marineta is full of surprises in its modern style, dotted with art and traditional features. It has lots and lots of space designed for vacations of the highest quality and comfort. And everything has a fresh and special touch that makes it such a distinctive property: from the grand living/dining room where you can relax, to the fabulous modern and functional kitchen, to the cozy corner for reading and study. And you will doubtlessly adore the fantastic bedrooms upstairs. The main bedroom, in addition to a bathroom en suite, has its own private terrace with views... to the heavens!

And if indoors is astounding, outdoors will surprise even more: two comfortable verandas, a barbecue and a swimming pool which make the exterior such an important part of the house, where you can enjoy the sun or the shade and something very precious: privacy.

Umso mehr bin ich erfreut mit santany rentals ein zuverlässigen Partner gefunden zuhaben. Wir wurden von der 1 Minute fürsorglich umsorgt. Mit Belèn hatte ich stets ein zuverlässigen Ansprechpartner die bei jeglicher Art von Problemen umgehend antwortet und immer bestrebt ist Lösungen zu finden. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen .Ich kann die Agentur mit ruhigen Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

This was an incredible stay. The communication was excellent. There were so many extra touches that made the stay more convenient and comfortable like condiments, pool inflatable , pool towels , welcome basket .The pictures of the villa don’t do it justice as it is just magnificent. The aircon was brilliant. All three bathrooms were fantastic . We will definitely try to come back . One highlight of the island is ‘ no license boat rental ‘- highly recommend as you can access all the beautiful calas by boat where you can snorkel and swim .

This is an amazing house for those tourists who rent a car. It is not super close to the coast but not that far, just about 15 mins of car ride. But I would totally recommend it as it is apparently perfect for what it offers and its price. Facilities are pretty new and it's pretty well equiped with appliances and facilities. Especially air conditioning works super well and the location is pretty cool with the winds. Perfect to enjoy the views day and night especially at night with a good view of the stars accompanied with winds. Swimming pool is amazing. You can even do a spa there!Kitchen is new and well equipped. We also got some beers and snacks on our first day. Thank you for such a warm welcome! This place is not that far from the nearest LIDL, about 5 mins of car ride. So perfect for those who would like to cook some food on their own. There is also one barbeque facility in the yard and we did the barbeque on the first night. Nothing to complain literally. We also enjoyed the
