Un appartement de deux chambres récemment meublé, pouvant accueillir de 4 à 5 personnes, situé à East Looe. À seulement 200 mètres de la rivière pittoresque et à 7-8 minutes à pied de la ville et de la plage. Votre terrasse privée se trouve au bord d'un jardin commun dans une zone spéciale de conservation, pleine de plantes, d'animaux sauvages, d'oiseaux nicheurs et de faisan de caractère local, Keith.
Un salon confortable avec salle à manger pour 4 personnes (Wi-Fi gratuit), donne sur une grande terrasse ensoleillée privée permettant de dîner en plein air avec des vues spectaculaires sur la rivière et vers Looe, en face de West Looe, le port et en remontant la rivière jusqu'à la campagne environnante.
À l'arrière du salon, une cuisine nouvellement aménagée et entièrement équipée comprend un four, une plaque de cuisson, un lave-vaisselle, un lave-linge, un réfrigérateur / congélateur, un four micro-ondes, un grille-pain, une bouilloire, une cafetière Delonghi et une gamme complète d'ustensiles de cuisine, de vaisselle et de couverts .
La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size généreux et de 2 armoires de chevet, d'une armoire pleine hauteur avec penderie et d'un confortable canapé deux places. La vue depuis cette chambre donne sur la vallée de Shutta. La deuxième chambre offre soit une configuration twin, soit un double généreux, un grand dressing et une coiffeuse. Les vues sont sur la rivière, le millpool, les bois et la terrasse.
Une salle de bains propose des douches chaudes sur demande et des baignoires via un réservoir d'eau chaude.
Il y a un espace de stationnement privé dans le parking de Berkeley Court attribué au n ° 3 Riverbella.
Une partie du charme et du caractère de Looe est que la majorité des propriétés sont construites à flanc de colline, et bien que l'appartement soit au rez-de-chaussée, l'accès depuis le parking se fait par quelques marches (69), donc, malheureusement, il n'est pas adapté aux fauteuils roulants ou aux personnes moins mobiles. Les marches passent par le jardin et ne sont pas raides.

Quaint and Cosy
Stayed at Riverbella for 4 nights with our lifelong friends. Very clean and cosy.
Very well equipped. Location is excellent. Beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately It rained the whole time we were there, so we didn't get to sit on the decked area and enjoy the stunning views. It didn't dampen our spirits though. The only downside to Riverbella are the 69 steps to get to the front door. Very steep hill to drive up too. This is all clearly stated on discription of property. So provided you are fit and able we would highly recommend staying at this property.

Lovely holiday in Looe
Accommodation was lovely, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the decking overlooking the river. The resident neighbours were friendly but not intrusive and host checked all was ok. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Kirsten.

Urlaub in Looe
Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.
Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Weg in den Ort und an den Strand ist kurz. Das Auto wird dafür nicht benötigt. Die FeWo liegt im schattigen Bereich des Hauses.

Lovely property with great views.
Property is clean, well decorated and has everything you need. We stayed with our 3 children and it served us well. Great views from decking area and located in a beautiful place. The property owner was fantastic throughout our stay too.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft! Tolle Umgebung und hilfsbereite Vermieterin und Nachbarn.
Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub in einer sehr schönen und liebevoll eingerichteten Unterkunft mit einem traumhaften Bluck von der Terrasse! Looe ist sehr schön, man hat viele Möglichkeiten von hier aus etwas zu unternehmen. Die Haltestelle der Eisenbahn ist fussläufig. Kirsten war sehr hilfsbereit und kommunikativ und die Nachbarn geben ebenfalls Tipps! Ein sehr beeindruckender Urlaub, der uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleibt! Dankeschön

Riverbella
Riverbella is tucked away near the river but this property gives outstanding views and after a short climb was worth it. The property itself was charming, with a homely feel, clean and well kept and the beds were extremely comfortable. Kirsten had provided everything that you would wish to make your stay enjoyable. Everything from washing machine tablets, to a ruck sack and windbreak! you could not fault it.... it is a steep climb and a bit hairy when driving up the incline, but we enjoyed our stay as it was only a short walk to the local shops, sea front and restaurants and local pub on the corner where you could have a rest and a drink before retiring to Riverbella for the night. Parking for two cars is difficult but there was amble parking both short stay, the station car park and the long stay across the bridge ( which could be seen from the property).
I would recommend this two bedroomed holiday apartment and will be returning !

An enjoyable& relaxing stay.
Kirsten the property owner was v helpful and enjoyed the cosy apt. The parking space was v useful but the drive is v steep& tricky so getting in& out of the space was a bit of a challenge sometimes. Lovely to have the views though over the estuary and West Looe beyond which made the apt special. Must be fairly fit though with the many steps up. This is mentioned though in the info provided.

We enjoyed our stay in Looe, Kirsten was very friendly and informative as were her neighbours. The terrace was a lovely place to sit out and enjoy the view with a cup of tea or glass of wine. The people in the shops and restaurants were also very friendly and polite. Hope to return in future.

Amazing apartment in a stunning location
My family (me, wife and 2 kids aged 6 and 9) stayed at Riverbella over the Easter holiday and really liked the place. Its got everything you need and more. The location is amazing with a decking area overlooking the river and bridge of Looe. I loved sitting there in the evening and looking at the lights of the town. The bedrooms are very nice and we really felt at home there. Kirsten is a great host, great communication and provided us with great tips on where to eat etc.
We will definitely stay at Riverbella again when we come back to Looe.

Great location , stunning views
We loved our weekend stay , riverbella has been tastefully decorated , small and cosy but has everything you need , easy short walk to the main shops, bars and restaurants . We would defiantly recomeend a stay. Kirsten the owner was very helpful and always on hand if needed.

Great location, lovely views
Lovely well kept, nicely decorated apartment with everything you need. 5 minutes into Looe and not far from the beach. Convenient for the station. Nice sun deck with great views over the river. Easy to communicate with the friendly owner. A really lovely place for a peaceful break.

Superb location.
Superb location overlooking the beautiful estuary and town of Looe. Just a 5 min walk to the centre of town. Apartment as described. Comfortable beds. Clean and well looked after. Well worth a stay at this quiet, peaceful spot.

Great views close to beach loved it..
Riverbella is a beautiful cosy place and it has beautiful views. day and night time from nearly every Windows. The driveway is a bit too steep. The owner is very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful views
Lovely little gem on the east side of Looe, we visit this part of the world at least twice a year. This property was well equipped and with comfy beds. I took my children with me and they enjoyed being walking distance from the little town of Looe and the beach. There is a parking space just for this property and after walking up the steps the views are amazing over the Looe river. It had the bonus of free WiFi and sky tv. My son had great fun playing around the small pond in the garden. The owner was very helpful and friendly.

Looe is a very special place. Its friendliness always astounds me, and its beauty greets me every morning when I'm there. Riverbella is a name that came naturally for this lovely apartment, as it boasts stunning views across the river, woodland and towards Looe. It ticked all my boxes in terms of what I was looking for, and what I thought others would like for a relaxing break. Just lazing in my hammock on the sun deck makes all lifes' stresses disappear! There are some steps up to the apartment (approx 69), but they are broken up with walkways and once you reach Riverbella it's all worth it!

The private decking is high up and looks over a vast expanse of river and countryside views. It's airy and light and surrounded by a garden full of plants. Many species of bird and nesting birds can be seen in this Special Area of Conservation from the decking, and also bats! The allocated car park space is gold dust here in Looe.
